Note the viscosity of the fork oil!
The product I received was the one with 20W Oil. At first I thought I ordered the wrong one, but it was for CT125 and the part number was correct. The feeling was Solidly and I could not ride it because my wrist was so sore.
When I checked the SettingData inside, it says recommended Oil:15W. What does that mean?
I bought a new 15WOil and replaced it and rode it for a while. it is much better than 20W but still feels a little stiff.
I switched to 10W to try it out. (YSS 10W is more viscous than FOR JAPAN MODELManufacturer's 15W)
I also ran on the dirt, and it felt really good. This is what I was looking for.
The end result was satisfactory, but I gave it three stars because it seems that there are two types of Oil, 15W and 20W, and from the comments of others, I wondered if the quality varied.

Better than nsr50 early period.
The nsr50 early model Fork does not have damping and pre-road adjustment, but by changing to this, the ride quality can be set.
Good product for Circuit and for public roads.

Additional elements in the internal structure of Front fork
It's not the last bonsai, but I've abandoned the style of the past.
CT125 hunting turnips have been thoroughly sentenced to interestingItems
However, the Concept is a long distance touring custom down the road ω
We are not looking for anything other than durability and reliability from Silencer, so we naturally end up going for the high satisfaction suspension system.
So, I ordered Front's ForkInner Kit because I got enough feeling with NITRON for Rear.
In short, it looks like a kit to add a Preload Adjuster and a flow control PD Valve to the CT125 front fork that has no adjustment mechanism whatsoever.
And the installation process
It's hot and I'm overworked from yesterday, so my concentration is low, but I might not get a chance to do much, so I'll do it.
I have it but I don't look at the service manual ω

Remove the Front Fender (10mm×4)
Loosen the ForkPinchBolt. (6mmHEX ×4) Pull out the Fork
If you have trouble pulling it off, you can use the bellows Fork Boots (ph0×4) and twist the Inner Tube off.
When you pull it out, dump the fork oil first.
Prepare an oil pan, remove the cap, collect the Spacer and Washer in the spring, let them stoke sufficiently, and leave them upside down in the oil pan for a while.
Put the Oil in the Teketoh.
Included Fork oil is 15w
Designated oil surface is 185mm
If you measure by volume, it is difficult to discharge, so the oil level is more reliable except for complete overhaul.
Pour a little less than half a pound of water into Teketoh, let it stoke 20 times, and leave it for a while.
If the air bubbles aren't removed, the oil level can't be accurately measured.
Manufacturer's Manual would be about an hour, but if you ask the Shop at FuTwo, they won't wait an hour for you.
It's an hourly rate...
Privater can wait all night.
There is a lot of information in this area from MotoMaintenance magazine, which the WeBigMagazine writers belonged to, but ω
(in addition to)
In the meantime, the maintenance of the Fork inner tube
Lightly wash with water, lightly clean with Parts cleaner and polish with PIKAL.
Then Parts cleaner again.
Fork Boots should also be cleaned.
The Inner Kit is installed in the PD Valve, Spring (Top is dense, bottom is coarse) Put in the top cap, Washer and collar in that order, apply a light coat of fork oil to the O-ring of the top cap and assemble.
Temporary fastening is sufficient
Fork Boots can only be passed through and concluded later.
Insert Fork into Triple tree
If the inner tube is tight, hold the inner tube and twist it in, and fasten the Pinch Bolt at the position where the upper end line of the inner tube and the upper part of the tree are in contact.
Before you put Fork Boots back in.
Fluorine oil sprayed near the fork seal
This time, the procedure was back and forth between ω
Then, screw lock the ABSSensor, put back the Cover, put back the Fender, assemble the Wheel, fasten the Axle Shaft, fasten the Hose guide and Brake Caliper.
After that, fasten the bottom of the ForkPinchBolt and tighten each part to complete.
I did a quick test run and the Front Shock input is pretty Mild.
PD Valve seems to be doing a good job of softening up Shock in Gap etc.
This guy's not so bad.
Dirt and other tests to come, but I'm generally happy with it.
My only complaint is that it's hard to tell which direction the Spring is pointing up and down during assembly unless you look closely!
Maybe the OnLineManual has something to say about it.
These things should be clearly stated.

Fits: HONDA GORILLA, HONDA MONKEY
It'll look better.
For the makeover of 5LMONKEY, I installed Boots along with Front fork spring replacement.
It was easy to install because it was a part of the Spring replacement, but if you want to Rose the Front fork for this part only, it is Large strange, so if you want to Rose it anyway, I recommend you to strengthen the Spring and Overhaul at the same time.
I used OEM Product for Boots, but since I made it 15mmLowdown, Bellows becomes a little painful, but it is acceptable.
The Boots color is G-Craft, the precision and quality is perfect and it fits the 5LOEMFork perfectly.
The Screw juts out less than 1mm when tightened, so I sought a position that would make it less noticeable, about 45 degrees from facing inward to the second half of the vehicle.
However, I had a hard time with this Screw.
I fix it with screw of M3×3mm, but when it becomes overtorque, I blame the thread, and when I tighten it a little weakly, it comes off while running, and I don't want to use screw lock because the diameter is small, and the tightening condition is difficult.
I am Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) I had to buy it again at Home center. The screw is protruding, so it becomes a wrinkle by all means, but I made this measure because it is a place that cannot be seen without looking into.
If the Screw comes off, the parts won't fall off, but the collar can damage the paint on the Fork, so it's best to do something about it from the start.

Excellent!
Hello you all! Just recieved my g-craft nsr mini forks. They mount up nicely with my Agras triple tree's. The quality seems good and i like that you can adjust the dampening on them. The dampening isn't to soft or to stiff when i got them. But that depends on what you use them on. I use them on a Z50 with 12 inch wheels and they work great. Much better then my chinese forks that i had before. View detail
Installation Bolt is ....
Installation Bolt was Steel, even a little disappointing.
I think Bolt is also better if you make it Stainless Steel.
Other than that, Bolt-on makes texture feeling good as well.

Recommended for Normal fork
This time I exchanged with Moldy's Reinforced Spring.
Hydraulic Inner Fork was also attractive, but I felt disgusted at high prices and Chinese Parts, so I made this combination.
And the result is satisfactory.
There was no funny feeling that fits the OEM at Breaking, and it became a feeling that Cornering firmly stepped on.
Certainly, if it is a bit cheaper it is even better, but even with Spring I think that it will be satisfactory enough if it is over 8000 yen.
For people who adhere to Normal look, I feel it is a good product.

I got tightly around the legs.
I used it because the z 50a's normal shock was played..
Tightly firm than OEM.
The price is expensive, but it is worth that much.

Do you need attention to install?
I think that there is no problem with OEM Inner, but you may need to pay attention to re-Plating and Inner of Other Company Product. Conversely, it means that the dimensional accuracy is good. View detail

Exactly to fix Reserve tank
I was worrying about installing OHLINS's Reserve tank, and found this product and purchased it immediately.
Because it is made firmly, Cushion's Rubber is also attached, so the Reserve tank is not scratched.
In FJ, since there was no Screw hole in Resolution Tank Bracket attached to Frame, I created and installed Bracket by myself.

I have stuck the OHLINS to APE100.
Although the Tank stay of the Type which the Frame of G Craft is put before
and attached was used,
a Hose interferes in the Stubby of a Swing arm and a Hose bends a place is not changed -- take -- it was lost, and this Stay was found when it worried about whether what we will do with the Type which puts a Frame, without the ability making it move to others, or to do.
Since this Stay has simple how to attach, the place attached very well can be chosen.
Making
is a perfect good thing.
