NSR50 being assembled
I am building a NSR50 from the frame up, and although there are a lot of cheap used rear suspensions on the auction site, I thought it would be a bad idea to mess with them, so I bought a brand new, moderately priced rear suspension from SHIFT UP.
I have not ridden the car yet, so I don't know how comfortable it is or how controllable it is, but I am satisfied with the cost performance.
Also, regarding the installation, I had to tap on the top and bottom of the frame to get the tight tolerances for the frame fit. I am not sure if this is correct or not, but I was able to install it.

This is my impression from the simultaneous installation with OUTEX's Stem Stabilizer.
The front suspension has been strengthened and made stiffer to increase stability at the Corner!

Normal front fork is now pre-road adjustable!
I installed it on my 23 JC92.
The front fork of the NORMAL is quite sunken even in the 0G state, but after installation
Pre-road adjustment was possible and quite firm.
The fluffiness is eliminated and the front brake can also be used firmly.
I think it will be even better if the Oil viscosity is also adjusted.
Replacement installation is not difficult, but the front of the front standetc. must be able to be raised and lowered.

I installed this product from SHIFT UP on Mukawa's φ27Front fork.
It looks good without processing.
I am satisfied with the product since it was installed for dress-up purposes.

Sufficient performance for introductory use.
[How is it used?

For me, the Rear shock is a separate body type. The Parts I've Always Wanted." And it was one of the parts we really wanted to install in this Restore.
When I searched Webike, the price is relatively Reasonable and I am looking for Rear shock with separate tank. was sold by SHIFT UP, so I jumped on it because of its appearance, and the product looks just like Image.
Was the installation difficult?
In my case, it was relatively easy because I installed it when my car was in RoseRose for Restore. When replacing only the rear shock, it may be a troublesome job if the car is in NORMAL condition (because the air cleaner box and various other small parts are in the way). If it is for Race vehicle, it will be an easy job because those parts are removed.
How was your experience with it?
Although I haven't done any intense riding such as race or sports driving after the Restore, the performance is clearly better than the NormalRear suspension of the early to middle model (maybe a little better than the Normal suspension of the late model and NSR mini). (A little better than the Normal suspension of the late model and the NSR mini?)
The damping force can be adjusted in 4 levels on the compression side and 14 levels on the extension side, but the compression side adjustment is almost imperceptible and the extension side is not as sensitive as expected. For introductory use as a RACINGShock." It's like

However, if you use BALIBALI with Race as the product name suggests, it may not be enough.

Point and hang of installation
It is not difficult to install the rear shock in the same way as when removing the previously installed rear shock.
It would be even better if the moving parts were thoroughly greased up.

I bought it because I often go Touring.
I installed them because they felt fluffy while driving on mountain roads, and I could tell the difference immediately.

Rear suspensionSpec. Because the car height rose by about 30 mm at the front fork we made 25 mm UP from the OEM. The height that the Fork protruded about 5 mm from the Top Bridge became the car height. (I measured it)
There is no particular problem in terms of installation. I am still a Drum brake, but when assembling the Front wheel, the outside dimensions of the hub and the inside dimensions of the Fork coincide with a pleasant feeling. It seems to be okay if you do not mind the friction during operation.
However, let's install Handlebar Lock's Bracket in the state of Single Body. Bracket can not be installed after installation. (It's natural on crime prevention)

I think that Fork with adjustment function can set your preference Setting, but if it is low price and this degree of completeness omit it, is not it 100 points perfect score.
Rear suspension relation changed before Front fork. At that time, I was able to confirm the improvement of straight running stability and the goodness of fit at the time of overcoming Gap, and the reduction of yore at cornering. (Of course, Front up was suppressed when starting at 106 cc. )
However, exchange of Front fork was more effective than I expected.
- Cornering stability Up.
- Breaking stability Up.

- Flat ride throughout.
(Touring is really easy. Average Speed ??has risen)

- It is really fun to ride!
(The mileage has increased unnoticedly)
Changing the Rear suspension is absolutely necessary unless you change Front fork.
In addition, it is also attractive to install a disc brake later with a pon attachment.
By the way, in the case of OEMHandlebar Brake Cable, Meter cable could be used as it was. Also, Motorcycle collapses with the wind if you do not exchange Side Stand (Lol)
