Down a little and the footing is improved!
The replacement was done as a DIY project by myself; it was a little difficult to remove the normal suspension and install the new DownSuspension by lifting the rear wheel from the Center Stand position.
It would have been a little easier to work with Jack in the car.
The suspension hardness can be changed, but since this is a commuter spec, I set it to the longest setting.
The footing has been improved.
Side Stand is used as OEM, although care must be taken when stopping.
I am generally satisfied with the product.

Preload Adjuster.
The Gold part is just a Cap, but it is fancy and looks good! (Lol)
There is no problem with the product, but the fork cap on the Ninja 250SL is not screwed in, but is attached by CRing, which makes the removal and installation of the fork cap difficult.
It is much easier when two people can work together.

Looks and practicality are both good.
Installed on JA44 without modification. 5 minutes with Torque wrench1 pc.
YSS is well known, but I chose this one because of the color.
I weigh 67 kg and ride with normal equipment, the weakest Pre-road is just right for me.
Some people say that the adjustment mechanism is too hard, but if you wear motorcycle gloves, you don't need any tools.
The effect is obvious, and the Damper is very large compared to the OEM. Acceleration to Axel is also a little better.
As for fine corning, it behaves quite differently and is harder to turn (that's because the center of gravity remains high). If you lean it properly, it is Large sturdy, so it is like having Motorcycle teach you how to ride it.
It is difficult to use in residential areas, but on main roads, it is great. It is best if you are using Main on a main road.
I hope it is not Rust.

SKFFork seal
SKF's Fork seal and Titaniumium coating's ForkInner were a great match.
Friction loss was very low and I could feel the suspension moving.

Front is the best, Rear is difficult!
The front spring is replaced with a new Fork oil (viscosity equivalent to OEM) and then the quantity is changed to a new spring.:Set
Thrust bearing was put in.
Fork cap was replaced with a Chinese one with Initial Adjuster.
The Thrust bearing was preloaded by 4mm, and the Initial Adjuster was further tightened by about 1 turn.
This was a good feel for Front, so I didn't touch it any more.
The Tire does not feel like it is rolling, it is smooth as if it is gliding. Amazing.
Tire is RX-02 both front and rear.
Exhaust System with OEM Quantities:Pair (for Left and Right) One Side1 Material from 2 out:We replaced it with Stainless Steel and added PLOT side bag support, so the Rear is about 7 kg lighter in total.
My weight is 61 kg.
In this state, when the static sag of the Rear was adjusted, the initial sinkage when riding became too Large and the Seat height became very low, so that the heel did not touch the ground at all with the Normal Shock, but with the HYPER PRO, the heel almost touched the ground.
In this condition, the Rear absorbs the shock and allows me to ride without being aware of uneven road surfaces, holes, gravel, etc., just as I do with the Front.
The position became easier, but I felt uncomfortable because I could no longer turn with my preferred (habitual) front load.
Then, the Rear is slightly bounced by the Pre-road, which raises the Seat height somewhat,
The front grip during cornering felt very high, and I was able to turn with a great sense of security and drive very comfortably.
Now I just need to find Rear's DumpingAdjuster to my liking.
Also, I want to raise the Seat height a little more, and it looks like I can raise the ride height by only 3mm with Rear shock, so I'm thinking of raising it by 3mm.
Perhaps, but in the development of this product, it is obvious that it is de NORMAL and they went with Rider, which is a bit heavier in weight.
If you weigh less Rear or are a light weight person, it will take a lot of work to maintain the Seat height and appropriate stiffness.
For example, it may be necessary to be creative, for example, to put Spacer between Spring and Preload Adjuster of Rear shock to raise the ride height and make Pre-road a little weaker.
If the Exhaust System is NORMAL with a weight of 70kg or more, a stationary sag as per Manual may be fine.
Manual was never easy to see.
I guess the fact that the original is made overseas and that these things assume a certain level of experience and knowledge, and also that there is no Sense to make Mr. ACTIVE's instruction manual.
Also, I think the reason I feel that way is that they don't make separate Manuals for each type of car.
Only the numerical values are written for each car model.
The text is so small that it's hard to read (laughs).
Pre-road adjustment of Rear is not easy to work with EmulsionUnit.
When the pre-road is close to the proper hardness, more force is needed when turning the wrench. It was very tiring, because the hook was not easy to put force into it, but it took a lot of force.
I guess it would be better to use a Racing Stand to lift it up and remove the Rear tire.
I don't want to do that and it's exhausting, but it's a choice between the two.
A hexagon socket set screw (Screw) is used to prevent the preroad from gapping while driving, but since there is one screw hole per 180 degrees (two screw holes in total), the adjustment must be made half a turn at a time.
If you have Gold, with HPA Ki is a recommendation.
I wrote a lot of negative things, but if you can find the Sweet Spot, you can see how low the performance of the NORMAL Shock is, or rather, how high the performance of the Other Brand Product is.
You cannot go back to NORMAL Shock anymore.
It is too different.
I guess SS like R1, RR-R, Ninja1000, GSX1300R HAYABUSA, etc. have NORMAL and amazing Shock, but I have never ridden such a thing, so I had no idea that such a world existed.

Rear suspension replacement Parenthesis good!
We felt that the OEM Suspension was a little soft, so we replaced it with SP Mukawa Suspension.
The look and feel has changed from the cute OEM look to a Large person-like look with Chrome plating, which is a nice touch.
However, I was a little disappointed that the edges of the Seal were a little peeled off.

Almost satisfied
Z-CARBON has terrible Quality, but ZETA seems to be Large and strong.
I had no particular problem with NORMAL, but when I changed it, the footing improved somewhat as it lowered.
Overall balance needs to be adjusted again.

It just got better.
Installed on MT07 YSSMonoshock.
Spring rate was changed to 120N/mm→115.
Now it feels like it's moving solidly!
I did the replacement myself, but it was an amateur job.
The paint on Spring has peeled off…
It is difficult to do so without the proper special tools.
It is absolutely RECOMMENDATION to have it replaced at the Shop if at all possible.

Cheaper than YamahaOEM
The vehicle model used is SE-44J 08. This is the second time ForkOverhaul has replaced it, the last time was with OEM Parts.
The price is a little lower than collecting and purchasing OEM parts, and ordering parts is less hassle than it would be otherwise. (WeBig is a big help because OEMs can purchase a number of PartsNumber.)

Simple and fully functional
Simple is good enough for me. The standard setting is a little stiff for me, but the Shock return is good and the handling is quick. I have not installed it yet, so I am looking forward to seeing how it works out. I installed the left side of the Shock in the OEM condition and it interfered with the ChainManufacturer's design. The stiffness, firmness, and suppleness of the new car have been restored.
The stiffness, firmness, and suppleness of the new car have been restored.
This is an over-marketed TDM900.
The motorcycle is used for touring (9) and running errands (1), and for touring, it is used for driving on mountain roads, ranging from a comfortable ride to a more aggressive ride with a safety margin.
Before the conversion, there was a feeling of discomfort and near-misses due to poor “splash” and settling before the corner and in the downhill deceleration zone, as well as a large vertical movement in the corner caused by the undulation of the road surface.
After the conversion, the large capacity was improved and it became easier to ride.
It is easier to ride and more secure, and the averaging speed of Touring has increased.
Setting is working Shop to intermediate/standard for now. The improvement effect by the conversion is clear and I am not dissatisfied with it, so I will leave it as it is for the time being.
The price was less expensive and helpful compared to other OEM companies' products and OEM sus, although they are no longer sold.
Spring is red, and I like it because it matches the color of the RedBlack car body.

softness
I heard that Spring rate is 20% higher than Type1.
Still, it is softer than the external Rear shock.
I think there are two ways to look at this:either it is a comfortable ride or it is not rigid.
Heavy weights, for example, will bottom out.
Plating is not very good either.
However, it is soft enough to be recommended for those who run many long distances.

PR adjustment, but I wonder if it's a visual effect.
I was trying to decrease the poyo-poyo feel of the f-sus.
We installed this one that allows PR adjustment.
Installation was quite easy.
+PR can be applied up to +10mm, but the feeling of riding on it is not so Large.
Note that ORing is not included and must be removed from the NORMAL fork bolt.
The instruction says to reuse the ORing, but it is better to prepare a separate ORing for the OEM Product before installation.
I did.

If Black.
The single body is installed due to the lack of overall length of the diverted suspension, and since there is no change in ride height, we do not know the extent of the effect of the single body.
The quality of cutting and Anodized is so-so, lower than AELLA or Trickster.
I wish there had been an arrow engraved or something on the inside because it is hard to tell which way to install it.
I would have liked to have selected the color Black if it was available.
