Replace rusted Bolt and Cap Nut
The mounting bolt and cap nut of the rear suspension have rusted and were replaced to refresh them.
The replacement was done at the same time as the AxelShaft, so it is incidental.
It doesn't look much different at a glance, but I feel better when it is clean.

Good quality front fork dust seals!
These NTB Front Fork Dust Seals for the Honda MSX/GROM seem to be at least as good quality as the Honda OEM ones at a much lower price than the original ones! Recomended. View detail
If you are dissatisfied with Cornering in v9bobber, Recommendation
I've ridden more than 25 large small bikes from PAL to HarleyFLH in the past, and I think this v9bobber is the right bike for the end of my life,
I was wondering if there is a weakness in v9 that has been bothering me for a long time:when I open the Axel after breaking hard during cornering, the frame seems to sag. I feel like I'm afraid of it.
I found an update on the Net that it became easier to drive after changing the front suspension spring, so I got a Matris FKE Spring Kit and installed it on my car.
NORMAL is Winding with Tight Corner, thanks to Torque? But when I changed the front suspension, the front fork seemed to bounce and sway. But when I changed the front suspension, I found that the front fork was bouncing and swaying! I had never changed the suspension of a motorcycle before, but I was surprised at the change this time. However, the spring rate and oil level have been raised, which makes the fork harder, so small puddles of water will push the fork up. However, the cornering has become much easier to ride. Especially when you open the Axel on tight corners, the stability is good. You can feel secure when entering a corner, especially on downhill tight corners.
If you are not satisfied with the Cornering on v9bobber, I had a Recommendation Motorcycle shop do it along with Oil replacement, and I think it is a very cost effective part even with labor charge.
I also wanted Rear suspension in the future ^_^.

Unexpectedly good
The HRCGROMCUP Regulation has given us the OK to start this year.
Purchased
I've been replacing Spring for a while now, so I'm just going to get cracking.
I was able to install it.
If you are doing this for the first time, you will need a Spring replacement tool.
It is good to be able to start from Initial 0. It is good to be able to change Initial by Course, Temperature and Condition.

KITACO suspension tool for the Honda MSX/Monkey
These KITACO Fork Thrust Adjustment Gauge Set are extremely useful in assisting you on setting the exact same height on both fork legs. They have 8 different height settings and are made of stainless steel which means they wont rust. Only improvement is that they could come with a ring to attach the two together, but you can easily add one. Overall it's a quality little tool from Kitaco! View detail
Fits: HONDA CT125CT110 HUNTER CUB, HONDA CT125CT110 HUNTER CUB
I can now drive like I've drawn a clean line both Curve and straight ahead.
While curving Curve, it often went in a direction I didn't expect.
Curve on a rough road surface is a real thrill.
After the installation, this was no longer the case, and the car was able to turn in the desired direction as if a clean line had been drawn.
Straight line driving has also improved.
It also reduces Handlebar being taken out on rough roads.
Installation is a snap if you have the right tools.
It's pricey but well worth it and I'm happy with the Large change.
I am rather upset with Honda for not designing with this rigidity from the beginning.

Can be raised or lowered freely
I had previously raised the ride height of my 25R with BEET's SportsLINK, but I couldn't stand the gold or silver-colored parts that stood out, so I looked for a product that was less conspicuous and more functional.
Installation is easy if you have a Rear Stand and Jack. However, it is difficult to adjust the plate under the weight of the car because of the narrow space, and it is difficult to turn the plate with Spanner, so it would be easier to turn the plate with Jacketc. There is an adjustment allowance of 2cm up and down, so considering the time and effort required to replace the plate, I think this is a good product.

Rear shock with good cost performance
[How is it used?
Bore up the LITTLE CUB and it became faster, but it bounced around on the fluffy Normal suspension due to road surface gaps, etc. and could not keep pace, so I replaced it.
We chose this product when we looked for something that did not change in appearance from OEMNORMAL to LARGE and was not too expensive.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I like the thinness of the OEMRear suspension and the large difference!
Plating and paint texture also felt overpriced.
Was the installation difficult?
Very Kan Tan. just replace one side at a time with OEMRear suspension.
The Instruction Manual says that applying Grease to the vibrating parts will make the movement smoother, so it is recommended to prepare it beforehand.
How was your experience with it?
Quantity:I did not expect much since it was cheap, about 10,000 yen for 2pcs, but I found it to be more than I expected.
In the past, the fluffy OEMRear suspension was bothersome when picking up road surface gapping, but this product absorbs the shock so smoothly that the rider can maintain his pace.
[Others]
The Cap Nut and Washer at the Rear suspension attachment point tend to be rusted, so it may be a good idea to have a new OEM one.
We also want to make sure that the Overtorque is not too tight to prevent movement.

Does not fit the KL250 Sherpa.
The Manufacturer's list of compatible models says it is compatible with KL250 Sherpa, but that's too long.
If installed normally, there will be excess
The quality of the product itself is not bad, so I think it will be fine for cars with longer forks.
KL250 Sherpa's Fork outerTop to bottom of trident is 240mm
Catalogue value WheelTravel is 230mm
100mm remains above the Outer even when shrunk the most without processing.
This would make Stroke about 130mm.
If it was just for Inner Tube protection purposes, it would be fine, but I don't think it is, so I cut it off, even though it will look very ugly lol.
In hindsight, I lightly regret that using the top half wouldn't have made it so ugly.
However, even in this state, the Stroke will be reduced by about 50mm
Boots itself becomes Bump rubber.
Even other companies' products that say they are compatible with KL250 Sherpa are quite long.
Would it be better to just use a shorter product with more extension?
Maybe I'm losing my mind, but I'd like to find a good product!
I bought it + even processed it so I'll be using it for a while lol.

Wife, Large joy
I bought it for my wife, who is in the early 150cm height range, because she had bought an SV650 but was concerned about her footing.
The result is a wife Large joy.
In NORMAL, I was supporting it with the base of one thumb,
When this Link Rod is inserted, the base of both thumbs will be grounded, and one foot will be sticky.
I am 177cm and I already have sticky sticky feet, stickier than my AXIS-Z that I use for commuting.
Write down the installation.
I assume you are familiar with maintenance if you are trying to do it yourself, but I hope this will be helpful to someone else.
First, you need an environment where you can hang Jack or Motorcycle.
Rear stand alone is not acceptable (since the LINK cannot be removed …).
Jacks are unstable, so it is safer to hang them if there is an environment in which they can be hung.
Also, the Exhaust System has to be removed before we can work on it,
If you do not want to use Gasket all over again, please buy a new Gasket.
14181-22D01 1pc.
14771-32E10 3 pcs.
When removing the Exhaust System, remove in the following order:Silencer→ front exhaust pipe→ O2Sensor&rarr attached to the middle exhaust pipe; middle exhaust pipe.
When you put it on, it is in reverse order.
Gasket stuck in the exhaust pipe can be pulled out with a radipen.
Please pull out the chisel with your spirit.
It seems to be the correct way to loosen the O2Sensor after raising the Fuel Tank and removing the Coupler, but I was too lazy to remove it as it was.
It was completed successfully without disconnection, but you are on your own there….
Once the Exhaust System is removed, all that remains is to replace the Link Rod.
If the Bolt of the LINK interferes with the base of the Side Stand and cannot be removed, it can be removed by lifting the Swing Arm upward.
I have not tinkered with the Fork protrusion mentioned by others, as I did not feel any particular discomfort with it as is.
It is my wife's Motorcycle and I will respond when she tells me.
I got a good deal.
If you want to improve your footing, I recommend it.

I was looking for Shock absorber due to OEM fluff, but only Mukawa and Endurance had it as 50cc compatible by Manufacturer.
