Keep the factory preload spacer for a Gen 2 CT125
Firstly Zeta make awaesome products and quality is always top notch, now regarding this product I recomend keeping the factory preload spacer tubes and not using the ones from ZETA that come in the pack as they are shorter (less preload) than what the factory spacers are in a JA65 / Gen 2. I cannot comment for a JA55 / Gen 1. SO if you just undow the fork cap bolts, just drop in the Zeta adjustable preload bolt set to about a third of the travel on the bolt, you will be away with a nice level fork when riding. View detail

Lowdown essentials
I installed it on my GasGas EC250 that I always use for forest road touring.
I tried to install the Lowdown Link on my full size Enduro bike because it was not easy to get a good footing and I couldn't handle the motorcycle as I wanted to. However, the Rear was lowered more than I imagined, and it did not give me the low-down feeling I wanted, so I ended up changing back to the OEM Link. In the end, I pulled out the Rear Pre-road and lowered the Rear and it felt just right.
I also installed the same product on a 2017 TE250, which is a bit large, and lowered the Rear very nicely, making it easier to ride.
Therefore, it seems to vary from good to bad depending on the vehicle.

Maintenance ImprovementsItems!
This is the best item to easily add nitrogen to WP's Rear suspension, which does not allow nitrogen to be added without a special tool.
I installed it on a TE250i my22, but the Valve was facing backward because it was very close to the Joint of Chamber and Silencer when installed as shown in the Homepage.

24MODEL klx230rs For cheap bottoming-out solutions
The bottoming out in the V-shaped valley where the EnduroCourse cannot accelerate is eliminated, and the speed of the movement of the front fork is changed by the initial adjustment of the legs when climbing a gale slope, making it easier to run, and since the expansion and contraction bounce back depending on the initial, it is necessary to compensate to a certain extent with the body. 。 Still, it is gratifying that the bottoming out has been eliminated. Rather essential equipment
Equipped with air vent of 13mm height
This is the first time for us to use this product because the product we used to use was not available.
I was concerned about interference with the surrounding area due to the gap between the suspension and handlebar and the ease of hitting the handlebar when it tipped over, but I decided to purchase a short.
As you can see in the photo, the height is about 13.5mm when installed, so almost the entire line fits inside the screw of the fork cap, so there is little risk of damage.
Air venting performance also seems to be fine, as the air seems to be coming out without blowing any oil.
One point of improvement is that it cannot be rotated by Driver, etc., so it is difficult to detach and reattach.
The low Body height also affects it and makes it difficult to pick even by hand, so you may want to be concerned about this point.
(Although it is possible to grip the groove with pliers, it is not recommended because the screw part and other parts are not strong enough.)

New O-rings are used and installed with the specified Torque
I installed it on a CT125 (JA65) and just swapped it with the OEMCap, which is not particularly difficult. I was considering using the YSS Front forkUGKit, but I am satisfied with this one for now. If I don't need the adjustment mechanism, I'll just add a couple of Washers. Note that I personally do not like the Red colored Air ValveScrew. I am glad it is Black here. View detail
Necessary and sufficient Lowdown
I purchased and installed these to lower the ride height of my WR250. The lowdown is just enough to keep the balance of driving, and it makes it much easier to drive. It also looks good. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to improve the leg height. View detail
To prevent standing out
[Usage] I made the front suspension stick out as much as possible, loosened the rear suspension spring as much as possible, replaced the seat with a low &WideSeat, and also tightened the adjuster end of the Rear Shock Absorber, but I was not satisfied with the footing, I was not satisfied with the footing, so I replaced it with Lowdown Link as a tome.
[Use it and see. Although it is not a correct measurement, the seat height is about 15mm lower than before the replacement when the car is empty, and thanks to the increased sinking of the rear axle when the driver is in the car, the footing is better than before, and I can stop/start the car easily.

[Point and hang of installation]. LINK is Mounting Bolt/Nut (Two side width 19mm) Quantity:The drive chain roller is attached to the bolt on the front side, so it is easy to work on the later process if the roller is removed before loosening the nut.

Makes adjusting your sag easy & more accurate
What a great product! Zeta quality. I can't talk about its longevity but I can definitely say this thing is pretty awesome! Off-road bikes should come from the factory like this, I just hated having to adjust my sag due to the long process and now I can sit there and still fine-tune the bike on my own. If the first step in tuning your suspension is adjusting sagging, why not make it easier and more accurate? Solid design and a well made product. My only issue was that to attach it to my CRF shock, the shock had to be completely disassembled. So when you're ready to do this, make sure it's linked to your normal shock absorber service. The best investment ever made for my dirtbike, it allows me to adjust my SAG quickly and easily and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect sag on the go. View detail

Almost looks likeParts
CRF250L (MD47) does not have an adjustment mechanism for the front suspension, so it is only air bleed.
Anodized stands out, so there is a sense of satisfaction.
The replacement work requires shifting the Handlebar and lifting the Front.
Translation (it also comes with an Instruction Manual that you can type in here, and if you're doing the Tire replacement yourself, it should be a piece of cake.
Fork top cap is 30mm
Thin Open Wrench 17mm is useful to loosen the fixed nut of ROD

The legs look better now.
I have been interested in this product for a while and finally installed it. 。 The installation was more difficult than I expected and I found it hard to do alone. (I did it with my Motorcycle shop friend). The lowdown is perfect. The ride quality and driving feel is almost the same, and although the back is a little lower, the WR250R originally has a raised rear end, so the parenthesis is not as bad as I thought it would be. I recommend it. View detail
Almost satisfied
Z-CARBON has terrible Quality, but ZETA seems to be Large and strong.
I had no particular problem with NORMAL, but when I changed it, the footing improved somewhat as it lowered.
Overall balance needs to be adjusted again.

PR adjustment, but I wonder if it's a visual effect.
I was trying to decrease the poyo-poyo feel of the f-sus.
We installed this one that allows PR adjustment.
Installation was quite easy.
+PR can be applied up to +10mm, but the feeling of riding on it is not so Large.
Note that ORing is not included and must be removed from the NORMAL fork bolt.
The instruction says to reuse the ORing, but it is better to prepare a separate ORing for the OEM Product before installation.
I did.

Easy air bleed
I got a YZ125 and asked my fellow YZ riders what they needed. I asked him what he needed, and he told me about these Air Vent Parts, so I bought them.
In NORMAL, air venting is done by turning a slotted screwdriver, and the handlebar was in the way, making it difficult and frustrating to vent the air easily.
Installation, I just remove the OEMMinus and install it, but I didn't know how far to insert it (I found out later that there is a specified Torque, but...).

Installed as soon as Motorcycle arrives
The NORMAL air bleed cap is a minus screw.
If you open and close it many times, the Screw Mount will be crushed.
This makes it easier to bleed the air itself and prevents the Screw threads from being crushed.
There have been instances such as when the Fork Overhaul is sent to the Shop for shipping, or when Oil comes out during servicing.
I am keeping the NORMAL ones and replacing them when Fork is serviced.
