About quality and texture - As always Kitaco products are very well made with great craftsmanship. About the feeling of use - Rides so much better from stock. My old shock were too soft and the kitaco shock is much stiffer and adjustable. Difficulty of installation - Installation is easy for me as i have the proper tools and equipment. They sure do increase the appeal when fitted to a set of red forks on the Monkey 125
About quality and texture - The front fork top bolt set from Kitaco is made from billet aluminum with detailed machining and a red anodized surface finish, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect. About the feeling of use - This top bolt set serve no purpose other then to increase the appeal on the Monkey 125 and they sure do achieve that when fitted to a set of red forks. Products to buy together - A key product to purchase when working on the front forks would be a set heavier set of springs as the original ones need upgrading for just about everyone that ride a Monkey 125. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the front fork top bolt set is an advanced task that took 1 hour complete due to the unloading of the front forks and loosen of numerous fasteners allowing for access. Mechanical aptitude and the use of basic hand tools is what is required to secure top bolt set to the front fork tubes. Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products Kitaco sell to great value when compared to what most other companies sell their products for and the front fork top bolt set is no different. About shipping and packaging - With there being no cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the front fork top bolt set, I chose EMS for an earlier arrive date. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - Webike Japan is the first place I look to for all my motorcycle needs. I've been replacing Spring for a while now, so I'm just going to get cracking.
I was able to install it.
If you are doing this for the first time, you will need a Spring replacement tool.
It is good to be able to start from Initial 0. It is good to be able to change Initial by Course, Temperature and Condition.

KITACO suspension tool for the Honda MSX/Monkey
These KITACO Fork Thrust Adjustment Gauge Set are extremely useful in assisting you on setting the exact same height on both fork legs. They have 8 different height settings and are made of stainless steel which means they wont rust. Rear shock with good cost performance
[How is it used?
Bore up the LITTLE CUB and it became faster, but it bounced around on the fluffy Normal suspension due to road surface gaps, etc. and could not keep pace, so I replaced it.
We chose this product when we looked for something that did not change in appearance from OEMNORMAL to LARGE and was not too expensive.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I like the thinness of the OEMRear suspension and the large difference!
Plating and paint texture also felt overpriced.
Was the installation difficult?
Very Kan Tan. just replace one side at a time with OEMRear suspension.
The Instruction Manual says that applying Grease to the vibrating parts will make the movement smoother, so it is recommended to prepare it beforehand.
How was your experience with it?
Quantity:I did not expect much since it was cheap, about 10,000 yen for 2pcs, but I found it to be more than I expected.
In the past, the fluffy OEMRear suspension was bothersome when picking up road surface gapping, but this product absorbs the shock so smoothly that the rider can maintain his pace.

The Cap Nut and Washer at the Rear suspension attachment point tend to be rusted, so it may be a good idea to have a new OEM one.
We also want to make sure that the Overtorque is not too tight to prevent movement.

It looks very beautiful. But it bounces.
The rear shock of the ADDRESSV125S was damaged due to age-related deterioration, so we replaced it with a reliable KITACO shock.
The replacement itself is easy, just a 14mm Glasses Wrench, Phillips Screwdriver and a 10mm or 12mm Socket.
The overall length is the same as the OEM model (315mm), so it can be replaced without any change in ride height. The replacement was completed easily in about 30 minutes.
Pre-road is not touched and hung, and when I finally got on it, it bounced on bumps anyway. (Always one person on board)
I think the Spring rate is high due to the small number of Spring rolls, and I don't feel much improvement in traction, which I was hoping for the most.
I'm going to try to adjust it with pre-road adjustment etc., but I don't have high expectations for it. It is just too sticky and not at all flexible.
The effective Stroke seems to be short and I am wondering about the damping force against the Spring rate. I can't even feel the damping force.
It is too hard to shrink and too resilient. It is like the four wheels of ShacoTan.
The damaged OEM suspension was also Large approximate, but I didn't expect it to bounce more than that. Perhaps the OEM was more supple with the way the Spring was wrapped.
I thought it was a shame because it looks beautiful and the details look well made.

Makes the overall look of the Grom that much better
About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the material used is aluminum that is CNC machined to shape and finished with a black anodized coating. About the feeling of use, The black front fork outer tube set makes the overall look of the Grom that much better. The removal of the gold and addition of the black up front is perfect, offering the Grom up as a modern motorcycle and not a toy. Products to buy together, The original silver rearsets are another part that don't suit the overall look of the Grom, so a set of black rearsets would be ideal to also add to your cart to better match the colours.Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the front fork outer tube set for my installation was difficult due to the amount of disassembly and special tools required to complete the process. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of the product is good. You receive a part made from high quality material with a matching finish. There are limited options available and the original black Monkey 125 front fork outer tube set from Honda that can be used are only slightly more expensive. About shipping and packaging, My order was shipped within 24 hours of the product being in stock and I received a few emails advising me of the status up until the order was dispatched. Visual Satisfaction
I bought it for the looks anyway.
I think that the NORMAL's thin Black spring has been replaced by a sturdy White spring, which gives it a more luxurious feel.
I am sure that the ride quality is good since it is made by KITACO.

I am satisfied.
It was installed on a JA55 and has traveled approximately 20,000 km since the replacement.
I weigh 57 kg, and my cargo is about 6 kg in Rear with tools, etc.
It is used in a rural area and is driven in a whole range of conditions, from city streets, fast-flowing national roads, and flowing prefectural roads to Winding.
Touring 250-350 km per day is Main.
The NORMAL ratio provides a comfortable ride and almost eliminates pain in the lower back and buttocks. Also, the setting range for damping and pre-road is wide and almost satisfactory. I also like that it is very easy to change settings and can be changed quickly depending on load conditions.
The road surface tracking has also improved and driving has become more stable.
It looks and performs well, but it would be better if the pre-road and damper damping could be lowered a little more.......

My Monkey 125 concept is black & gold. So I'm putting gold points everywhere. I also bought Kitako Mount products to give a point. It has a better gloss than pure nut, and a plain washer can be accentuated with a gold washer, making it a dress-up. Each brand has different gold colors, so we are focusing on Kitako products. I used to use KYB's MGS305, but the spring rate was too high and it was too lumpy, so I removed it immediately.
The next choice was this one.
I weigh 54kg and I sink to the middle of all strokes when riding.
BumpTouch occurs when riding on large bumps, but it doesn't happen often, so it doesn't bother me.

I didn't notice much change.
This is a 2008 ZOOMER.
Although the mileage is low for its age, it no longer feels as massive as it did when it was new, so I changed the Shock first.
I didn't feel any change after the replacement, probably because I only drive around town.
It looks perfect!
