Blue Spring DAYTONAPower Filter
I think the only difference between Power Filter and Funnel is that rainwater doesn't get in, but I want to graduate from direct carburetorKids, so I bought it.
It reminded me of the Blue Spring people time when I put it on the first Motorcycle I bought.
The Carburetor used was a PB16 and a PZ19, which is a cracked PB16, Exactly because the outer shape of the air cleaner side is about 35mm.

Multiple positions collectively.
Purchased for setting up a DRZ400sm K9OEMCarburetor.
I bought this Motorcycle Carburetor secondhand, and the settings were so strange that I opened it up and found that it had the old-fashioned Kenso Bomb kit built in, and the Main was No. 167 … that's a no-no, of course.
For now, you can buy this Jet set and set the quantity to 140, which is the same as the standard one.:Set, and a large hole was drilled in the Air cleaner cover. (The purpose is to increase air intake) I had blocked off all of the walls, but it looked like I hadn't completely blocked them off, so I raised the wall to 145, and then I was almost there! I removed the pig nose, and it became a setting that turned around beautifully and comfortably.
The amount of return on the PilotAir screw was also messed up, so I first returned it to the OEM standard and then repeated the fine tuning.
Although it is said on the Net that it is a thing in terms of accuracy, it is nothing special as long as Setting is available.
My concern is why the fuel economy of 17.5 km/liter is so far off from the Catalogue specifications and Large, even though I try not to drive fast with the Normal muffler in almost OEM standard settings. Why is this so?
At any rate, this Kit itself is a product that I can fully recommend, based on my experience using it.

Used for Circuit practice
I use it for my Circuit practice runs.
I don't need it to be full, but it is too thin as it is on NORMAL.
Exhaust system was replaced and air cleaner OEM was installed, but Torque was raised and the burnt condition of the plug was good.
I am satisfied with the price because it is very effective with a simple installation.
By the way, since the driving is Cart course, I still think full control is necessary for long periods of high RPM in full Course.
It's like a city drive Plusα.

Used for Big carburetor setting
Used for Carburetor setting of STREET MAGIC 110 obtained from an immobile vehicle.
The carburetor was a big size, so it was difficult to set up the carburetor without knowing the appropriate value.
When we purchased this Needle (standard size) as a trial, we found that the length was completely different from the original.
While feeling the response to the replacement, he finally decided that the mid-range fuel tone needed to be thinner.
Changing the Clip position was not enough, so we purchased and replaced an even thicker two-dollar, which blew cleanly.
Jets are sold by many different manufacturers, but I could only find Needle here, and I was able to choose the thickness, which was a big help.

Fits: HONDA CBR250R (MC17/19), HONDA CBR250R (MC17/19)
I switched from another company's product to KeyStar's and it was OK the first time.
After repeatedly removing and reattaching the carburetor using other products, I finally tried using a Key Star product with fine-tuning capabilities and was able to adjust the carburetor adjustably when I adjusted it to the standard setting. I am not surprised that the problem was fixed in one shot when I changed to Key Star's product. View detail

Used in GSX1100S KATANA CR33
Although there is a deviation from the vehicle listed as compatible, it was installed on a GSX1100S KATANA.
The installed car did not have Bore up or High Camshaft, and the Engine itself was NORMAL with good condition.
The ignition system is up-dated to AS Uotani and a 4-1 Megaphone Exhaust (V&H) is installed. This is a realistically common Level modification.
Initially, the unit was installed with the initial setting values that were included in the package.
The cold starting performance was extremely poor, and the engine seemed to be very thin at low openings from Idling, but if Chalk was used, the engine would start anyway.
At first, I tried opening and closing the Air Screw in 1/8 increments while raising the Slow Jet one step at a time, but after changing the number of Clip steps to 3/3, the fee rings from idling to medium openings were clearly improved.
If I fix the Clip step number at 3/3 and choose a Slow Jet from about 50-55 or so in the 3rd or so while matching the Air Screw in the 3/4-1 1/4 range, I will soon find a good fit for city driving. So far so easy.
Although it is not at the level of "Large and fully packed", I think it can be used not only with Z1 that is matched to the specifications of the setting vehicle, but also with a big bike with four air-cooled engines.
Even in its current state, in the good area of Fee Ring, there is a different vector of Torque feeling than CR Carburetor set up with the usual Needle, which is very fresh and enjoyable. The sound has also changed a lot. (My impression is that the sound has become lighter)
It's hard to verbalize, but Response is excellent and seems to be faster. (Whether it is actually faster or not is another matter.)
However, the Quantity in KEIHINOEMSetting parts that was originally used:The cold startability is a little bit lower and the idling to warm up is a little bit unsettled, but not Negative.
It will be very different from CR Carburetor of KEIHINOEM, so I think it is a Level of what kind of taste you like here.
I was surprised to see a large improvement in fuel economy from about 12km/l with the conventional setup to about 15km/l with the new setup.
The better atomization characteristics reduce fuel consumption for more efficient combustion." I was a little thrilled to be able to experience I didn't know it would be this good.
Originally, with CR33 of NORMAL, I was able to run all year round without any stress at all with a slightly thicker setting, but it is interesting to see the improvement in fuel economy without any power down feeling, even though the fee rings are different.
often MJN doesn't have detailed settings. I have seen Negative notations such as "I'm not sure if this is the opinion of those who are utilizing it in a very SEVERE dimension?
As long as I am testing it, I have the impression that it is not impossible to pack it down to the practical Level for normal city driving and touring. The Level of effort is the same as that of a normal CRcarburetor.
It depends on the Level you are looking for, but I think that MJN is easier to set up to a certain Level.
However, because of the compatibility with EngineOthers, or rather the fact that Nozzle has only a 3-step clip adjustment mechanism, it is probably out of the range of vehicle specifications that Nozzle can handle.
In my case, I used up to 3/3 of the Clip in NORMAL KATANA, so I may not be able to handle it if you are working on the Engine.
Also, although it may not be a function of MJN itself, unlike KEIHINOEM's Jet Needle, MJN's nozzle is fixed rather firmly to the throttle valve, so nozzle oscillation does not occur.
Clearance with Needle Jet may be severe for that, but the so-called The Needle Dance. I think the structure of the MJN is suppressed, so other than the MJN mechanism, maybe that's what produces good fee rings as well?
Even if assembled correctly, it seems that the Nozzle may interfere with the Needle Jet due to individual differences on the carburetor side, so I thought it would be better to assemble it nervously, taking into account that there is also a Merit.
I think it would be very good if PRO were to get serious about putting it together, but I wonder if there is any data comparing it with Chassis dynamo.

Can
The carburetor itself was Large satisfactory.
I had been wearing CRcarburetor until now, but it does not compare to CRcarburetor at all.
The only disappointment was the lack of a bracket to hold the Power Filter in place.
I would appreciate confirmation before shipping,
Bracket previously used for CR was substituted.

It's fine
I was able to pimp my CB1300SB 2BL−SC54. I think it is good cost performance that it can be used repeatedly. After installation, I could not feel any change in acceleration or exhaust sound. After Fire became worse when decelerating and Axel Off. I think it is because the fuel condition became thinner. I bought it on the assumption that I would ECUTuning anyway, so there was no problem, but after ECUTuning, the exhaust sound, acceleration, and blow off were considerably different. View detail
indispensable
The standard PilotAir screw on the PD22 was difficult to adjust with the screw installed in the vehicle, but after installing this product, the adjustment can be done without removing the screw from the vehicle.
Some people say it is expensive because it is adjusted only a few times a year, but I thought it was inexpensive considering the time and effort involved.
