Minimum Quantity to Overhaul carburetor:Set
I used this for an under-seat engine hole on a 2000 XL883XL1200C SPORTSTER 1200. The vehicle had been immobile for a long time and the Carburetor rubber parts were hardened and leaking fuel. The beauty of this kit is that it omits the Float, DiaphragmRubber, and other parts, and only requires a minimum quantity of parts.:The Carburetor functions have been restored and I am generally satisfied, but the rubber packing of the Float chamber does not fit perfectly and I am not able to assemble it. Thank goodness for OEMAir cleaner box support.
I used this on my 2000 883XL1200C SPORTSTER 1200. The air cleaner element is easily dirty from the inside due to the engine oil from the Breather, and the one before the replacement was sticky. Even so, I don't feel any deterioration in performance, but it still feels good to put on a new one. Also, I think it is good that the new Sponge part is stiffer and can be fixed firmly. I think that there are few users who use the old type and Normal air cleaner, so it is nice to have a new air cleaner element at a relatively low price. View detail
As the name suggests, Idling adjustment is now easy!
[How is it used?
It is Carburetor Vehicles, but when I am warming up and running with the Chalk pulled, I let the Plug cover it.
To avoid this, the Chalk is turned back on as soon as the engine starts, and the Idle Screw is used to make adjustments during warm-up operation.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was just like the image.
Was the installation difficult?
Installation itself is easy, but care must be taken not to drop Washer or Packing.
If you count how many turns you made when removing the current Idle Screw, installation can be done smoothly.
It is too long and bloat, so it needs to be supported by something. I made the guide out of Stainless Steel Wire.
How was your experience with it?
I am Large satisfied with the ease of reaching and adjusting the Idling even in the straddle position.
Other items that would be helpful
Since there is no guide for rotation, it is a good idea to have something to mark the rotation. I am on Knob. The Smile badge. pasted.

Fits: HARLEY-DAVIDSON Most Harley HSRs using CVCarburetor and EFI, as well as Carburetor carburetors according to the CVCarburetor Air cleaner mount.
I installed it on my XLH883.
I purchased this product to use on my HarleyDavidson XLH883.
The price was reasonable and the installation accuracy was excellent.
One complaint is that the Chromium Plating has a strong Shiningly feel to it, which is good for the current XL1200C SPORTSTER 1200, but a little too bright for my older, rougher 883.
I think it would be great if there were also types such as Matte Black.

Strongest Needle?
SUcarburetor's Needle.
BCG. part number, like vaccinations (laughter)
The reason why I bought it is because it is called the strongest (laughs).
Well, I'm not sure. In short, it is thin.
Looks like something Umeyasu Fujieda would use (laughs).
When I buy Needle from the UK, it's gold.
This is a very long term inventory (laughs).
It's pretty dull (laughs).
Also. it came in a Vinyl bag.
It's a bit of a mess to handle. You'd normally put it in a Case:。。。。
It's something that shouldn't be bent.
A little disappointed.

When I Rose again for Carburetor setting, …
I took the carburetor apart again for carburetor setting …
The Gasket has been stretched to a larger size and is no longer stuck in the groove;
It is not possible to reassemble the unit after setting it to "Rose".
Unfortunately, it was below my expectations…
I had no choice, so I reused the old one anyway…

That's all we need!
I purchased this BasicRebuiltKit because HarleyShovel's Ecarburetor overflowed.
After disassembling the carburetor, I had guessed that the most likely problem areas were around the float valve and acceleration pump.
Therefore, we decided that this Basic type was sufficient.
As it turned out, it was the right decision.
NeoFac Handling's RebuiltKit is also helpful because there are other Types to suit the scope of impact.
Basically, all parts in Kit were replaced.
The attached hose is not heat-resistant, so it is recommended to adjust the length and fix it to the body so that it does not come in contact with the exhaust system, etc.
I hit the Exhaust System and it melted.
I think it is good to have one set for emergencies.
