It's a great cosmetic
Used to Refresh MAJESTY 125.
We chose the Bore Up Kit because we wanted to do something about the inefficient acceleration if we were going to do it anyway.
It is much cheaper than OEM Type Cylinder, but the quality and precision are perfect.
Since there is no instruction manual included, I think it will be quite tough if you do not have the skills to make your own motorcycle loose to some extent.
It seems that the 160cc engine finally has the acceleration power that is commensurate with the large size of the body.
I think it will be much easier to overtake, start at a traffic light, and start at Tandem.

It looks good quality.
The Engine of CB125T is being overhauled.
The engine was purchased used, but the inside of the engine was covered with sludge and was completely brown, probably due to poor oil management.
This is a Level that is coated with something from Brown's.
Fortunately, the condition of the Cylinder and Piston was better, but out of curiosity, I bought a Cylinder kit from ATOP.
Since we are working on a 125cc to make a Hen LeverMachine, we dared to use Replacement for OEM. instead of Bore Up Kit.
I was a little worried when I saw the Bore Up Kit made by Large Land for CUB-type engines, etc., but it seems to have a brand name, at least.
There was a Laser engraving of ATOP on the LeftIntake side of the CylinderTop.
The paint is a darker Silver.
It will be a little while before I can use it, as it is taking a long time to rosette due to various sticking points below the waist, but I think it is better than using an OEM with an unknown history of use.
I would like to Review it again when I put it together.
Naturally, there is no Instruction Manual for handling or assembly, so if you do not know what you are looking for, please refer to Honda's Service Manual or Parts List.

No problem
I used it on the Engine of my CB125T which I am using as a RoseRose.
All the main Gaskets are included. What was unexpected, in a good way, was that the rubber packing for the head cover was also included.
It was very helpful because if I had taken it off, I would have been rattled.
When I bought a Cylinder kit at the same time, it also came with a Head Gasket, but it is not expensive, so it is good.
This Engine seems to be copied a lot on Large land, so it would be nice to have a Knock Pin Set or something.

A defective product?
After breaking in, the engine was disassembled again and the valve hit the upper part of the piston, causing the EX valve to deform. I think it is a defect due to the forced structure and the position of the shaved part of the Piston that dodges the Valve is gapped, so it is better not to buy it. View detail
Gasket and oil seal are included in the price.
Since the OEM Clutch Cover Gasket is about 2100 yen, this price is a good price for the Gear case Gasket and Oil seal included.
However, compared to OEM Gasket, the cut edges are rough and BALI is more common, so the quality of the appearance is clearly lower.
I haven't used it yet because I bought it as a spare after using the OEM I had on hand, but it would be nice to have one Stock.
The Gasket on the neck has not been used yet, but it will go to the warehouse until the time comes to maintain it someday.

For advanced players! Bowling/Honing Additional Work Required! High-octane Spec.
I purchased this for my JA10 light motorcycle registration.
As a conclusion, the Bore Up Kit cannot be used as a stand-alone unit, and additional work for bowling and honing is required.
The clearance between the Piston and Cylinder is very narrow and will cause the Engine to blow if assembled as is, such as if the Piston gets stuck.
As a countermeasure, take this Bore Up Kit to an internal combustion engine shop for additional work to achieve the proper Clearance, which will be immediately apparent when this product arrives in your possession.
Although not mentioned in the product description, the Bore Up Kit increases the compression ratio to approximately 12.1:1, making high-octane gasoline a must for sure.
The problem is that I am a little concerned about whether the engine of JA10, which is famous for its failure, will be able to withstand such a high compression ratio.
Also, the ValveHit on IN and EX, which was a concern, did not occur.
So far it is working fine, but it is still in the break-in stage, so I would like to review it again somewhere after some driving.
