Fitting quality
We have now installed all the cooling fins from the first to the third level. The installation is very good, and the fitting to the SR is so well made that we thought it was OEM. I bought it this year to prevent heat leakage in summer, but in the past, oil temperature has risen up to 100℃ during summer touring. I am reporting the effect on the cooling fins with high expectations. We also considered using an oil cooler, but considering the concern about over-cooling during the winter, we decided to go with the cooling fin system. OilRoute partially changed Custom
We have installed Cam Screw together with Camshaft ChainBypassKit at the same time, and by changing a part of OilRoute, we have been able to increase Torque at low to mid speed range as well as improve Throttle I feel that the throttle response has improved as well as the Torque up at low to mid speeds. The hose length can be adjusted to your preference, I used it as it is and added a Colgate Tube to the hose for protection. It is fun to customize the Ideas to your own taste, isn't it? View detail

After searching for a compact product that could be directly connected to a 6mm inner diameter Hose, we found this product, which fits easily into tight spaces and meets our objectives.

Is perfectly sized for engine breathing applications when connecting to the factory barbed hose fitting
About quality and texture - The 8mm breather hose from SP Takegawa is made from a soft rubber material with reinforced strands featuring a clear finish and the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect. About the feeling of use - The 8mm breather hose is perfectly sized for engine breathing applications when connecting to the factory barbed hose fitting and the majority of other breather system barbed hose fittings, like on my Honda Monkey 125 but is only to be used with air systems and not oil or fuel. Products to buy together - The 8mm breather hose does require to be firmly secured to the hose fitting, the use of zip ties is not my preferred method as a permanent solution so the use of specifically sized 13mm hose clamps from SP Takegawa is what I would recommend. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the 8mm breather hose is a simple task that took 0.5 of an hour to complete. Some slight mechanical aptitude and the use of a measuring device, cutting tool and sandpaper to neatly finish the hose ends off is how I like to carry out the task for my breather hose fitment. Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products SP Takegawa sell to be on par when compared to what most other companies sell their products for and the 8mm breather hose is no different. A reasonable quantity of 1m with no lapse in quality. About shipping and packaging - With there being no cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the 12mm breather hose, I chose EMS for a earlier arrival date. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing - For my location, purchasing common use products like this from Webike Japan is the best option even when taking into account the shipping cost, as I find local stores tend not to stock products I can use on my Monkey 125 or they are priced higher the majority of the time. The OEM filler cap on my CB400SF had deteriorated and was not looking good, so I replaced it.
I purchased this product because the Ditona product was good in terms of Cost. Installation was a simple task of removing and replacing the OEM, but I was a little concerned about the ORing being a little loose, but there are no oil leaks, so I think it is a good idea.

I used KIJIMA oil for replacing the oil in my KLX230R. I bought KIJIMA oil because it takes a long time to deliver OEM products and they are often more expensive than the Replacements. I was able to replace the oil without any problems. View detail

Bore up GSX-R150 is the best.
The bore up was done immediately, but the ECU and Quantity:The O2 Sensor of the set is 18mm type, so the boss for 18mm had to be welded to the exhaust pipe. 。 Break-in. Two hours of revving up and then driving at Tomin MotorLand.
At the beginning of the run, the gas was thin and there was no Torque feeling. 。
Final was NORMAL because it was a test run, but it was still the same speed as 250 Class MotorcycleCBR in the end.

The people on board were all about 60 kg, all old international A-class. I don't know about durability yet, but it is a good product,

5,000 to 8,000 rpm has a lush feeling.
I have driven about 3,000 kilometers since the replacement, and the torque is very comfortable, and I enjoy it, even though it is natural that the engine life is getting shorter because I have to turn the engine so often. I can't drive on highways, but the Grom handles most of my long-distance touring. I have changed the Sprocket and tried various Final settings, but have not been able to find the best one yet. Not just fitSize, but no problem.
It was used when Oil was replaced in May 2023. Gasket removed at this time. (used by a familiar Dealer). The outer diameter of the "Gasket" is φ20mm, which is larger than the outer diameter of the "Drain bolt" (about φ19mm?). The inside diameter is also larger than the drain hole on the crankcase side, and there is a recess in the shape of the drain bolt left in the gasket. The inside diameter was also larger than the drain hole on the crankcase side, leaving a convex shape in the form of a drain hole, which is evidence that the Gasket was properly deformed and fulfilled its packing role.
The Daytona Gasket I purchased this time has an outer diameter of φ18mm, which is smaller than the outer diameter of the drain bolt, so I am a little worried about whether the tightening strength per area will be too much, but aluminum is soft and easily crushed, so this is about the same size as the Torque. (25N-m) Crankcase at (possibly made by Casting Iron?). The side will not be deformed.
I drove it as fast as I could for about 100 km after the replacement and about 250 km after that, including after that, until I gave it away in February 2024 at 8038 km, and there was no Oil leak. It is functioning properly.
