Genuine GBRacing Pulse Cover for Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R 2016
There are some pretty important parts behind the standard pulse cover so this is a must to finish off the protection job. Although it is a small piece, it does an important job. Even though I have the generator cover and the clutch cover, I had to get this one too to make the bike look complete. I cross referenced the part numbers with GBRacing website to make sure I had the right one for the Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R. The cost that Webike sell for is really good and around the same as I could source locally. I could not tell you for sure what exactly the composite of these covers is but they have fibre and plastic from what I have read. GBRacing have made a composite of the materials to be durable, long lasting and take a good beating if they need to and yet, still protect the bike. They also look really cool. When I got the packages, the pulse cover looks amazing. The finish is a smooth satin black with some great detail in the logo and lettering looks really cool. Install took around an hour for all 3 covers so not a hard job and anyone can do it. Just remove the bolts stated in the instructions and replace with the ones proveided in the packet. Super simple. End result is awesome. Very pleased with how it all looks and now I do not have to worry about damaging anything. Thank you Webike, great help. View detail
NS400 Carb rebuild
Well made part fits well with no issues, replacing the original plastic part. Finish on part is good, got the replacment rubber sealing caps to complete as the original rubber had gone hard after 40 years. View detail

I love it, but...
I like the texture and design.
Even when tightened to the end, the inner groove on the clutch cover side? The edge of the O-ring seems to collide with the edge of the cap side. The edge of the cap side seems to collide with the inner groove of the clutch cover side even though it is tightened all the way. I am worried about the OIL blotch. I am worried about OIL seepage when I use it from now on.
If it's not there, it's not a problem.

Products to buy together - Parts within the cam chain tensioner system suffer significant wear with engine upgrades that allow for much higher RPM riding and a key product to buy together with the cam chain tensioner roller is the cam chain tensioner push rod head that SP Takegawa also sell as a repair part. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the cam chain tensioner roller is an advanced task that took 1 hour to complete due to the disassembly of the engine required to access the area in which the super chain chain tensioner is installed. Mechanical aptitude and the use of a special tool and basic hand tools is what is required to secure the roller to the tensioner. Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products SP Takegawa sell to be on par when compared to what most other companies sell their products and the cam chain tensioner roller is no different. About shipping and packaging - With there being no cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the cam chain tensioner roller, I chose EMS for an earlier arrival date. The part was extremely well protected while being covered in bubble wrap and surrounded with air pillows in a sturdy cardboard box. Products to buy together - A key product to purchase when upgrading the ignition system is an iridium spark plug to complete the transition from original to performance system efficency of iridium technology. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the ignition coil is an simple task that took 0.5 of an hour complete. Idling stabilized?
I changed the oil as part of maintenance, and it seems to have stabilized the idling, but I don't feel that the power is increased. I really don't know if the period to change the oil was too short and the oil was not so deteriorated, but it is an old motorcycle and I will replace the oil as soon as possible. Next time I will buy a Torque wrench and tighten it with the specified Torque. View detail

However, switching to this Cover will super reduce the hassle when changing clutches!
Since only the clear part is removed from the O-ring, there is no need to peel & attach the liquid gasket.
OIL is also hardly reduced, so that's great to think about!
I think the price is about the same considering the design and quality of workmanship.

These NGK IRIDIUM are simply the best spark plug for the Honda Grom! The NGK CPR7EAIX-9S IRIDIUM spark plug is a cooler plug than the OEM version that comes on the Honda MSX/GROM, it's better if you spend a lot of time with wide open throttle (like lots of freeway riding), besides that, it has superior longevity, better ignition and improved fuel economy. This is part of my most power engine setup but comes at the cost of a higher maintenance schedule. Products to buy together - The key product to buy together with the 181cc 4-Valve cylinder kit is the X-Beam connecting rod crankshaft from SP Takegawa. This kit when added to the original crankshaft increases the chances of failure but this can be lower when the X-Beam connecting rod crankshaft is installed. Difficulty of installation - The installation of the 181cc 4-Valve cylinder kit is an advanced task that took 0.7 of an hour to complete due to the preparation and alignment of the piston rings. Mechanical aptitude and the use of basic hand tools is what is required to secure piston to the crankshaft and fit in the cylinder. I purchased it because of the mounting diameter Φ54, but the actual size Φwas only 45.
I couldn't get a direct fit on my SR400 CVcarburetor. It sucks. I tried to force it on and it deformed and I can't return it. It is a real piece of shit.

Replacing the CDI on a '92 SR500 that had failed.
Thank goodness OEM Product was already discontinued!
Installation is done by connecting the Connector to the Quantity:It was easy to install the 2pcs. CDIBody is attached to the Frame with Tie Wrap.
It is equipped with an advance angle adjustment function, but I have set it to the NORMAL position for now and will experiment with other positions in the future.
I'm not sure how durable it is, but I'd appreciate it if it lasts longer.

It is not usable as it is.
I replaced my mc22 94 with this one because it wouldn't stop leaking.
The replacement itself was easy.
However, liquid is leaking from the Drain section.
I thought this might be the case, so I removed the drain bolt and found a seal washer on top of the black paint, as well as a groove on the bolt for a crimp. It was no wonder the bolt was leaking.
The paint was removed with sandpaper and the Bolt and Washer replaced with OEM.
The leak has stopped.
The product itself is solid. But it needs a little work.
