Leakage from Float Room
Gasoline started leaking from the Float Chamber of the FCR Carburetor Body and was replaced.
The leak has been contained.

I'm sure it can't be reused. But...
You don't reuse them or anything. It's consumable.
The product works well during the annual overhaul and is a big help in terms of Gold price.

Purchased as a spare
I bought it as a spare and I think it will work as well as OEM since it is two-way.
The cheapest one only had one place to connect the Hose, so I went with this one!

I think it is good that the length is adjustable! View detail
It can be used without problems
Gasket around the Engine is all Quantity:Set
The durability of the paper-based Gasket material is unknown because it is different from OEM, but no leaks have been observed to date.
It is good for Eg full overhaul, but since it also includes a Gasket for the Thermostat section, there may be Gaskets that are not used in some cases.
However, if you need Head Gasket and other Gaskets, it is definitely a very good value.

I would like to see Packing improved.
Become a Restore vendor
1KT series engines are OH'd about 20 units a year.
I don't see any problem with general use.
Cylinder base gasket quality is lower than OEM
Also, since Head Gasket is thinner than OEM
Not much, but it may affect the compression ratio.
This product is packaged in a simple laminating pack.
Recently, the vacuum has been so strong that the product body is sticking to the packaging film.
If it is severely damaged, it will tear or bend
I'd like to see that improved.

Fall TypeCook fits into OEM Side cover
Replaced carburetor with PWK28.
It's a little closer to the top of the left side, but it fits in the hole of the side cover without any problem.
It would be better if it had an OEM look, but the location is inconspicuous, so it's perfectly fine.
One thing I'd like to see improved is that the Yamaha OEMs at the time were lower ⇒ later ⇒ upper, but this one is lower ⇒ front ⇒ upper, which is a bit confusing to the senses.

1XG and 3HM need to be processed
I bought it to replace the 1XG Cook, I wanted to fill the holes in the Cowl tightly.
It's functional, but it's molded in a pre-1985 29L.
1XG (3HM) It's somewhat off in the Cowl hole.
So I used a sander to scrape off a little bit of the Cook's perimeter (about 1 to 1.5mm).
Now that it's installed, the Cowl is also in a bit of a state of hit.
The Cowl side was also shaved a little inside with Leutor.
If you have the right tools, it only took me about 30 minutes to do it because they are both soft Material.
You need to do it carefully, though, because you can't take it back if you overdo it.
It currently looks perfect with no Limit interference. The texture is a bit of a thing.
Because the body color is Black and this Cook is also Black, I don't care about it so much.
I think it's good because it plugs the holes in Cowl and looks like an OEM.
I'm happy with the fact that I can now turn Cook off properly as well.

It's made overseas, but the workmanship is good and the price is good.
I am currently assembling the engine, so I don't know how it feels and how durable it is, but I think the workmanship is good.
In addition, I asked my favorite Motorcycle shop to measure the core after I purchased it, but the Crankshaft I purchased was 0.03mm while the Manufacturer standard value was 0.05mm, and the core was under the standard value.
The durability is unknown because I haven't used it yet, but it is attractive to be able to buy it at half the price of OEM.
Also, when doing overhaul, 29L is used for the connecting rod parts and 4L3 for the other parts such as bearing etc.

in accordance with expectations
The shape is slightly different from OEM parts, but the quality and price are fine.
There is a part that protrudes from the cylinder and was cut and installed.
I've used it for about 500?s, no oil, coolant, exhaust leaks, etc.
It's working fine

Cospa good
I used it for the 51l Clutch cover
The size feeling is fine, no leaks etc. so far
I think it's cheap enough to be antsy for this price
Since there is no Instruction Manual etc., you can use the Service Let's look at the manuals etc

Trouble prevention while repairing
The engine malfunctioned due to a defective OEM Fuel Cock diaphragm, so this is the product for you The reason for this is to prevent trouble
The OEM Diaphragm formula is a convenient feature called EngineOff→ Fuel Stop It's easy to cause internal failure due to the age of the car, but it often leads to engine trouble This is not a diaphragm type product This is not a diaphragm type product, but a simple on and off type product The Risk of Trouble is reduced and you can use it safely
For Demerit, it's just a matter of turning off the Cook when you're not riding a motorcycle Isn't it? I recommend replacing it with this one before it turns into a Trouble because it's not a hassle at all!

After all other Brand Product.
Head Gasket has variations in thickness, there is a difference from OEM, probably the compression ratio drops.
Exhaust System Gasket OEM can be used many times, but once tightened it was crushed and was not reusable.
Others are regular Gasket so there will be Cost performance rather than making it yourself.
OEM is soaring. However, buying cheap items... I think that it is better to purchase thinking not to become.

I thought what happened with aged deterioration, but it was saved because of this.
It became shaky when used in conjunction with Reinforcement Spring.
I feel that fuel efficiency has improved slightly.

I am happy about the Exhaust Gasket
Used for RZ 250 RR ? 51 L. Engine's Gasket Set but oRing (YPVS and Pipe? I also thought that it was nice to Maintenance because it is attached.
Since Yamaha OEM comes out oRing let's use it if you are worried.
Because Head Gasket can be easily separated by 3 sets, the initial 29 L of 0. It is also good that it can be used for 25 mm.
