Just Right Rate
The rate of the center spring that comes with the KOSODrive kit is too high, and while it is quickly good for acceleration in town driving, the rate of the center spring is too low.
I wanted to reduce the rate because the normal RPM is too high and the Damage to the Belt is too large and the fuel consumption is too low.
Before the replacement, Belt had about 5,000 km when using the KN project, and other than that (including OEM) However, after the replacement, the Belt has been able to run for 10,000 km without running out. (It looks like it can go 20,000 km in terms of wear and tear)
When accelerating at full throttle KICKDown, the Large body shifted at about 8000 rpm before the replacement, but after the replacement, the Large body shifted at about 7000 rpm.
However, the Sensep is not too soft and the shifting is not too rough, and the acceleration is now very natural and smooth. (Although there is also the effect of SliderBearing combined with Center spring)
If you want to drive a Scooter as a normal foot pedal without any discomfort, this level of Rate is better.

[How is it used?
I used it on my CYGNUS X for commuting.
The pulleys use KITACO's Power drive kit.
The 7g that came with the KITACO kit was too light and the Engine turned too much, so I used the OEM 9g,
That was not enough to bring out the full flavor of the Power drive kit.
We chose 8g this time, which would be just the right amount of salt between KITACO and OEM.
Was the one you received as per Image?
If you use non-OEM Weight Roller, DAYTONA is the best choice.
The image is OEM's Weight, but DAYTONA's surface Material is also Color:Gray, but made of a similar material,
Durability is expected to be high there.

Shifting speed is roughly 7300-7400. The maximum speed is still lower than 9g.
but the acceleration just shifts at a rpm that feels like a nice Power.
If you take maximum speed or acceleration, CYGNUS would be acceleration.

Good product at the same price as OEM Product
I was searching for something good to use when replacing Belt and came across this product.
I bought this product believing in the word that it is enhanced compared to the OEM.
I am not sure if the performance is higher because it is replacing a deteriorated Belt, but I am happy with the purchase because the price is not too high.

Weight 14 Grams
Since there was no mention of weight in the product description, I relied solely on the product description.
The weight is 14 grams, 6 grams less than the OEM 20 grams.
Installation is not difficult as it is simply a matter of replacing the OEM Product.
The changeover has clearly increased acceleration. The difference can be clearly seen in DASH and overtaking acceleration at the end of a traffic light. Rapid acceleration even on an uphill.
The time to reach the maximum speed is clearly faster, but the maximum speed itself does not seem to have been lowered either.
As for Demerit, the exhaust noise is still too loud.
Fuel economy is still worse than OEM when driving only around town, but not much different when driving at a constant speed in Touring.
The price is the same as OEM and large size, so it can be recommended.

I appreciate the fact that they sell Single Body for consumables.
KOSO Pulley kit is required since the OEM Slide Piece is no longer available.
Some manufacturers do not supply small consumables like this, and have to replace them with kits for small items, so it is nice to be able to supply only consumables at a reasonable price.
However, I feel that the durability is lower than NORMAL, so I would like to see the durability increased.
The Weight Roller and Belt are still usable after 5,000km, but the Slide Piece is worn out and the Ramp Plate and the Gold part of the Pulley are touching each other. (Molybdenum grease is applied to the Slide Piece)

OEM's with Stages for acceleration modification.
As a precaution for installation, …Crank is an Opposite Thread Screw and the length of the Spline is limited, so there is a possibility of crushing it if it is tightened too much.
Grease is applied to the WR, but it is too little, so I applied additional grease. The Plus screw on the back cover is hard, but it loosens easily with the Impact Driver.
The PRESS processing on the back cover is rough in some areas and requires a compromise by the user.
The performance is more than sufficient, and although it may not be as good as the High Speed Pulley, it accelerates linearly with the Axel without any staggered acceleration.
To take advantage of the High Speed Pulley, it is necessary to consider the driven side as well, so if you are assuming that you are going to install it by itself, I think you will not be dissatisfied with this Pulley kit.
The weight of the attached wr is also a good feeling. I think it could be a little lighter for a young girl.
