Boss does not fit in Pulley.

Cheap but not high quality impression

I decided to replace the Belt, Pulley, and Clutch because I have no idea how the drivetrain has been taken care of on a used car with unknown mileage.
The arrows are marked, so be careful of the direction when replacing.
When the belt cannot be attached, the clutch can be widened to allow the belt to drop down and rest on the shaft on the pulley side.
Even with a reasonable one, the speed is normal because it is new.

Not recommended for AF27SUPER DIO
Ramp Plate of AF27SUPER DIO Late Thick Shaft Type was broken, so OEM Parts (
(22131-GAH-720), but had no choice but to order this as it was discontinued.
However, when comparing this product to the AF27 OEM Product, the thickness is 3mm thinner and the amount of the pulley boss protrusion is reduced, which causes the drive belt to not drop inward, resulting in a condition like 2nd gear starting.
As a first aid measure, AF27 can run for a while, but I think this is almost the same Size as AF28's 22131-GAH-780.
Although the product is compatible with the AF27SUPER DIO, it is not recommended for use with the AF27 SUPER DIO.

OEMPulley face breakage

Daytona Mini Variator
After 1000, I have so far been very happy with this variator. Before this I was using a Polini Hi Speed, and before that the NR Magic. Compared to both of those, this Daytona seems to by longer legged (maybe less acceleration, but a smooth curve and high potential top gear. As the stock drive face is smaller than the variator, I am using it with the NR Magic drive face. I hard to add a spacer to the boss as starting gear was too high as the smallest gap was too narrow for the belt at idle. It is not the best pulley for fast acceleration of hill climbing, compared to my previous experiences with the other variators. It possibly has a higher potential for top speed. The build quality and finish is the best I've seen. View detail
