Changed to 42T→38T
Replaced the OEM specified 42T with a slightly faster 38T.
It is cheap and durable, and it is convenient to change Setting.
The drawback is that it is heavy...

Speaking of Sprocket, SUNSTAR
I bought exactly the same number again as last time, but the chain was stretched too hard and it had an early life of 6,000 km.
It's nice and light, but I think it has a shorter lifespan than the Steel because of that.

It's smoother!
I was a little nervous about messing with the drivetrain myself, so I asked my local Motorcycle shop to do it for me. 。
The effect has changed so much that you can see it right away when you ride it, and it's very smooth.
The only complaint I have is that the price was a little high.

This is for GALE SPEED wheel 520Chain only.
This is a special product for GALE SPEED wheel.
For 520Chain to reduce Friction loss.
Steel sprocket.
With OEMSprocket530→520+520Chain, the handling when parking is much lighter.
The Response&Speed ride becomes faster when accelerating.

It's a lot lighter than other Steel products.
The construction is solid and reliable.
However, the price is higher for that.

Damaged packaging
The packaging was damaged when the supplier arrived in my hands. I don’t know if it’s the delivery process or the manufacturer’s problem, but in terms of price, it’s very cheap and it’s my favorite black. If the packaging doesn’t have any Damage is perfect View detail

I bought this for my zx-25R.
Since it is not a Conversion, the Merit is only a Ding number and is uselessly sturdy but heavy.

Change the number of teeth
I tried to change it from NORMAL, but if I don't change and review it together with GEAR and Front teeth number, it doesn't have that much effect? It seems to be …
It is also planned to change, select and review, but production discontinuation? It seems that there are not many types of teeth, so I am considering including other manufacturers.

Material:As for Aluminum, durability is more than adequate.
I bought the 43T.
The image shows about 1500 km with Seal chain.
The anodized part of the gears is indeed peeling, but the durability is Material:I think it is expensive as Aluminum.
I've used Duralumin Sprocket on a non-seal chain before and was surprised at how quickly it wore out.
Material:It's aluminum, so it looks about twice as light as the OEM iron Sprocket.
However, I've replaced the iron→AluminumSprocket many times now, and I haven't noticed much of a change in weight while driving, probably due to changing the number of knives.
The weight under the spring is the GYRO effect of the large rotating parts, but I couldn't feel it in my Level because it is not the large front wheel that affects the operability such as steering, but the parts around the rear of the VTR that is originally heavy.
I can feel it when I do heavy switching on my lightweight Mini bike.
So you may feel that steel is better for higher durability, but anodized Sprocket is very easy to clean.
Even if you have applied high viscosity Chain Grease and it has become black, you can easily restore the shine of Polished and Anodized by soaking the Dustcloth in oil wash and blowing it up.
I've been thinking lately that this is the most Large Merit. It is so-called appearance-oriented.
I'm not going to go into the Final changes here as I'm sure many people have already mentioned them, but the acceleration is better and the engine roars when cruising.

Cosmetically adequate, lighter than OEM
I bought it to change to 42T→45T because the OEM secondary reduction ratio of DJEBEL250xc is too long and difficult to handle on the forest road.
The design is good and there was no problem at the time of assembly. 1T was dropped on the front and the bike runs well.

Cruising comfort.
Used for CT110. The engine speed was high and the vibration was busy, but after replacing it, I can cruise easily. it is recommendation for those who do more on road touring than off road. View detail
OEM same etc. Cospar good
It is made of the same steel as the OEM and is expected to last quite a while.
There's a chance you might get a different result in your environment.
In my case, I increased the number of 48 teeth by 3, but I was able to install the replacement without changing the chain.
With 3 more teeth, the Short Specification is now focused on acceleration.
I chose the 48T for my WillySpec.
The more often you drive on the highway or Bypass, the less likely I am to recommend it.
There is not enough power to go up to a stable angle only with Axel.
Think Willy's practice Exactly at the beginning.
It is made like OEM and easy to replace.

The Engine is quiet on the level ground.
It's a Z125pro with basic commuter use and flat ground.
I used it in combination with the Driven Sprocket 14T.
The Engine noise was not too loud for cruising on flat ground, and the vibration was low and easy.
However, start acceleration and hill climbing ability will still be slowed down.
You need to be proactive and use 3rd gear and sometimes 2nd gear as well in mountain passes.
A lot of stop and go may worsen fuel economy.
This area depends on the environment and preference.

4.4
How it happened:I wanted to change the GEAR ratio from the slightly long GEAR ratio of OEM to the acceleration side.
Installation and Accuracy:I asked the tire shop to replace the wheels. Because the number of teeth increases, the rear axle shaft had to be shifted forward a little.
Quality/Texture:As these are large parts, they are naturally heavy and hard.
Performance/Functions:It's a bit faster than the OEM ratio, so I think the sense of acceleration has increased somewhat. There is no dramatic change.
Feeling:6,000?runs after replacement, no problems. I have cleaned & lubricated it.
Cost performance:It's quite a painful expense as it exceeds ¥10000.
Overall:I'm glad I bought it.

Rear Sprocket.
I bought this Sprocket from CNCRACING to replace the Sprocket as well as the Chain replacement.
Since I changed the number of hinges on the Front Sprocket, I made this Sprocket the same as the OEM hinges.
I overlooked that the CNCRACING Sprocket is simply not interchangeable with the OEM Sprocket, so I purchased and installed an additional one. You have to look closely at the product description.
I like the product itself.:Since it's Aluminum, I'm a little concerned about how durable it is, but it's still Large sturdy, even though I've driven about 10,000 miles since it was installed.

Longevity.
I bought it with the same chin as the OEM Product.
This is a general-purpose steel sprocket. Duralumin's lightweight sprockets are available, but Steel has the edge in durability.
It's been 30,000km since the replacement, but it's still working.
The Steel is heavy, but if you're not a motorcyclist who cares about weight under Spring, it's nothing to worry about.
There's only one disappointing part.
The surface is textured with a pear or shagreeness treatment. When chain oil gets mixed with it, it is hard to remove. Cleaning is strange.

Iron Sprocket for Peace of Mind
It is used for XE50.
The number of hinges, etc. remain OEM and have been replaced with worn out ones.
It's a plain Parts with no flashy colors or anything like that, but as long as it does its job well, it's OK.
It's also nice that you can choose from a number of settings to suit your preferences.

Durable!
It was used to convert a SUPER CUB110 (JA44) to 420 SizeChain.
This New ModelCUB has been changed from the previous 420 chain to 428 for some reason, but because the engine power does not increase, I judged 420 to be sufficient.
I chose the Iron Sprocket for durability because it is a commuter CUB, and I am satisfied with its durability because I have not yet had to replace it after nearly 20,000km.
