Durable for an Aluminum Sprocket
I use it 70% for Winding, 20% for Touring and 10% for Circuit.
At 23,000 miles, my teeth were sharp.
Does it hold up well for an Aluminum Sprocket?
I think it's a good Cycle to change at the same time because it's about time to change Chain.

I always choose Steel because of its durability, but I'm not sure why this color is for Gail.
It looks like a cheap plating and the smoothness of the surface is inferior to SUNSTAR.

It got easier to ride
I changed to Front15T, but the OEM Rear sprocket (42 pistons) didn't give me the maximum speed and I felt that the first gear blowout was too fast, so I bought it to try.
I personally think it's easier to ride because the range of the low speed GEAR has been expanded.
The top speed also seems to be increasing, but since the APE 50 itself is slow, there is no place close by where you can measure it until it reaches its maximum speed.

Aluminum sprockets are said to have a limited lifespan, but after using a made in Sunstar aluminum sprocket on my Mega Sport for over 30,000km, I decided to go with the Material!:Select Aluminum.
If you ask me if you can tell by riding it, it depends on your personal sensitivity, but at least the weight in your hand with the Single Body is clearly lighter than the OEM steel.
The look is as good as it gets.
Also, because of the light color of Champagne gold, the aluminum ground is not so noticeable even if it is exposed at the engagement part of the chain.
By the way, GSX-R1000 (L7 and later) There is a trap that Sprocket fixed nut is treated as non-reusable in the service manual.
Nut if you are nervous. (08319-3110A) You can also ask them to do the same.

I'm using SUNSTAR's Aluminum Sprocket.
It was worn out and had to be replaced.
At some point the hub mounting bolt nut started to come loose.
I've had to retighten them at least twice in the morning and afternoon for each day of driving.
I'm sure the direct cause is due to vibration.
It was unclear why it had suddenly started happening.
I thought the wear on the teeth could use a little more work.
I was wondering if the looseness could possibly be caused by wear? So I thought.
Since SUNSTAR was discontinued, I replaced it.
I chose this one because of its reputation for accuracy.
As a result, the looseness is gone.
Has wear changed the resonance point of the vibration, or is it the performance of the ISA Sprocket?
I can't judge, but I'm glad anyway.
I'm running low on options, so if it's not a problem, I'll choose this one next time around.

I don't feel any particular difference.

520Conversion of the ZrX1100 to TouringSpec.
I converted my ZrX1100 to 520Conversion, and this time I made it longer to TouringSpec.
This ZrX1100 has different Sprocket size from its successor ZrX1200S and DAEG, so there are few parts that can be used for 520 conversion. Until now, we have been using MADE IN SUNSTAR Front 17T or 18T and Rear 45T for the sprocket and DID 520ZVM-X for the chain.
This time, I found this 41TRearSprocket, so I combined it with Front17T. It will be Longer than standard.
The product (RearSprocket) is made in Sunstar, which is known for its high quality and reliability. It is exactly the same feeling of security as the SUNSTAR Brand RK-124-45 that I have been using. You can't feel any deflection or eccentricity after installation.
It would be easy to just install it, but since my car is over 25 years old, I have to disassemble it and do equal cleaning and maintenance (rust removal and replacement of consumable parts), so I take my time. I took half a day this time because I also changed the chain.
I've just done a short test run and I'm happy with the changes as expected. The start is sluggish, but no worries about stalling, and cruising is very comfortable with the engine rpm kept low, just like the TouringSpec.
By the way, the MADE IN S?NSTARDuraluminRearSprocket (RK-124-45) that I had installed before lasted less than 20,000km with frequent chain cleaning?lubrication?adjustment. I am expecting the same durability this time.
