Gradual work to improve the performance of the HONDA SUPER CUB 50 CUSTOM engine has led to the need to replace the leading star with more teeth. I did not experiment with manufacturers and looked at the availability of a star with the necessary parameters from KITACO, in their assortment I found the detail I needed. As always, KITACO was not let down, the material and processing quality are at their best!!! View detail

Might increase fuel economy?
The FSprocket has not been replaced yet and has not been run much, but it feels good.
The Meter reading was previously 4000 rpm at 60 km travel, but after the replacement, it became 3500 rpm and I was able to travel up to 6th gear without any discomfort.
Next time I will replace and adjust RSprocket and see.

Why is the same number of Ding as OEMs so expensive….
What made you decide to buy?
I have been working on the ZX-6R for 3 years now, and the mileage is about 10,000 km. I thought it was too early to replace them, but since all the parts were available during the spring sale, I decided to replace them.
[How was the installation?
I found information that the Torque of the Engine Sprocket nut fixing the front sprocket was halfway tight, so I loosened the Engine Sprocket nut using an electric Impact wrench from Tirefor Replacement. After that, I tightened the rear brake with the torque wrench at the specified torque of 147Nm, and finally, I bent the washer over the nut using the water pump pliers to prevent it from loosening.
*We are planning to describe this replacement work in our maintenance diary. Please take a look if you like.
How was your experience with it?
At first I was not sure whether to go with 16T or not, but I liked the ride quality of the OEM, so I decided to go with 15T, the same as the OEM. So there was no change between before and after the replacement. The normal specifications list on the product page says 16T, but the 21-year ZX-6R has 15T Front, 43 Rear, 2.866 reduction ratio, and 112 Chain links.

Genuine JT Sprockets 14t Front Sprocket for Suzuki SV 650 ABS 2008
This bike came in for a service and a new chain and sprockets fitting. This was purchased along with the rear sprocket just for the job. Have used JT sprockets for many years and know they are brilliant quality and do last a long time compared to some other brands. Easy part to find, I was surprised Webikes stocked them really and quite a few different versions for different models and makes. Price was pretty good. Ordered along with other parts so the shipping was good too. Arrived with no faults or issues. The outer box had been sealed with extra tape to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit. Any empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap so nothing could move too much and damage other more delicate parts in the box. The machining of these sprockets is second to none. The spacing for the bolts is perfect. No problems with anything really. I have not found a sprocket that is of high a quality for the similar price range before. I will stick with JT Sprockets. Have fitted before and know how they go on really easy little job. As I said, great quality parts from a great UK company. Thanks Webike for the great service as always and help with anything I need. Optimized with Front1Down
[How is it used?
This is an IMPRESSION with 100% Circuit running.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Yes.
This time, we dared to choose 525 without 520Conversion, but even though Steel is the same as OEM, it is MADE IN SUNSTAR. (OEM may be SUNSTAR as well.) is lightweight due to the lack of meat removal and the RubberDamper, which is present on the OEM.
Was the installation difficult?
The shop is in charge of the front replacement, so the process is basically to loosen the axle of the rear wheel, lower the tension of the chain, and then remove and install the front sprocket. The front sprocket nut has a high torque of 140Nm and the OEM is very tight, so it may be difficult to remove the front sprocket without a proper tool.
How was your experience with it?
The OEM YZF-R1/M has a secondary reduction ratio of F16/R41, but even in Circuit, it rarely goes into 6th gear, and most people change it Large. Most people change the ratio to a large one. Unless you want to adapt it to a specific Circuit, it can run in any Circuit to some extent.:As for the Set, I think Front1Down is the best solution, running with the OEM GEAR ratio, In second gear, it's hard to ride at high rpm, and in third gear it's a little heavy." You can drive comfortably in 3rd gear on the Point where you feel like you are in the middle of the road. The appearance does not change at all, but expensive Parts (Exhaust System, Suspension, etc.) I think it is more expensive and outstanding than replacing the

C125 is the best choice
I purchased it to replace C125 consumables. I chose it without hesitation because the price was cheap and the brand Kitako was trustworthy.
You won't feel a huge difference, but I think it will still be better than the stock version. FSprocket exchange 15T → 14T
The start acceleration, which was a little sluggish in NORMAL, is now smooth and smooth.
And in return, the sky looks better with the highest speed Down&Wide opening! (Lol)
Naturally, acceleration has improved, but I am satisfied with Large because I have fewer situations where I have to worry about selecting GEAR on congested commuting roads.
I heard that people who go to forest roads still use Short, but … this is good enough for now.

I wanted to get closer and closer to SUPER CUB 90 (laughs).
Driven Sprocket was changed to 14→15.
[Sprocket's role].
Sprocket‥
What is Sprocket? Sprocket." The gear-like parts in the center of the wheel of a tire that transmit the engine's power to the tire.
Driven Sprocket‥
It is one of the essential parts to transmit the rotation of the engine to the saw chain.
The word drive (drive) is, Driving." Although it is widely known to mean, "Driven." does not translate as 。 In fact, the Drive has a Drives the ~." means.
■Change the number of Driven Sprocket hits.
High Speed Oriented
Lower Fat → Focus on acceleration
*I would say that raising the number to 14 →15 guns this time is the most High Speed Oriented.
■ Replacement procedure (for CUB)
(1) Remove the chain cover.
Remove the Side Cover and Chain Cover.
The side cover can be removed with a large-trimmed slotted screwdriver.
↓
Remove the chain cover, and note that there are four 10mm bolts and one bolt next to the rear shock has a different bolt length.
↓
? Remove Bolt of Chain Cover with Glasses Wrenchetc.
↓
(4) The upper part of the Chain Cover is removed by pulling it up at a right angle.
↓
(5) Next, remove the lower part of the Chain Cover as well.
↓
(6) Set the Chain play to the Most Large.
To use an analogy, it is a dull state.
When only the front sprocket is used, the chain does not need to be removed and is Large sturdy.
↓
(7) Replace the Driven Sprocket.
First, remove the Change Pedal.
*The fixed Bolt is located at the base of the mounting shaft.
↓
Remove the Bolt for fixing the Pedal with a 10mm Wrench (?).
↓
Next, remove the Crank Case Cover. There are three fixed bolts.
↓
Remove the fixed Bolt of the Crank Case Cover with a ? 8mm socket wrench.
↓
When the 11 (11) Cover is removed, the Driven Sprocket appears.
↓
Remove the Bolt with a ?10mm Wrench and remove the fixed Plate of the Sprocket.
↓
Install the ? new Driven Sprocket aligning it with the groove. Insert the Fixing Plate in line with the groove in the middle of the mounting shaft, and turn it slightly to align it with the Screw hole.
↓
?After that, tighten the Bolt firmly and install the Sprocket.
☆ Effect ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆ Effect
◎Maximum speed has increased, from 80 to 85 and beyond.
◎The second speed is easier to use.
Changed from 2nd gear → hill only to 2nd gear → medium speed cruising.
Work Precautions
When touching Sprocket, bare hands are dis→ed.
● The work process is tedious because there are many work processes.
Since it is related to power, I think there is little demerit in replacing it.
Even if the power is increased by bore-up, it is a waste of power if the power is not transferred to the drivetrain parts.
The reverse idea is that if the low-speed Torque is too weak, we can lower the number of hits.
