Front sprocket replacement
Since the rear sprocket was replaced, the front sprocket was also replaced.
The OEM is 14T because we want acceleration, but this time we will replace the Front with 13T.
Lowering the front sprocket sacrifices fuel economy and top speed, but I want the acceleration that makes it easier to ride with WineDINK….
Nut is a 32mm Socket.
I haven't ridden it yet, but I am looking forward to seeing how it will change.
When I changed the front sprocket, I also purchased the OEM 14T so that I can change it back if the characteristics are too large to fit.

Expecting better fuel economy when touring!
My impression after installation is that there is little difference in fuel consumption, acceleration/deceleration, etc. in town.
I haven't gone on any long-distance Touring trips yet.
I am looking forward to seeing how much it will affect fuel economy when touring since it is now about 200 to 300 rpm lower in the same speed range as before.

TZr250R (3XV) Used for
[How is it used?
TZr250R (3XV) Sprocket was replaced with Restore of
We chose this product because it is compatible with MAJOR models such as YZF-R25, and we can choose from various manufacturers' products, but we chose this product because of its reliability.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I have experience using this product in other types of vehicles.
It is stamped 325 and SUNSTAR.
Was the installation difficult?
The shaft was old and rusted, but the splines were intact and there was no rattle.
The installation itself is easy, but the Torque value for the Yamaha Nut is a frightening number, so it is quite scary when loosening and tightening.
How was your experience with it?
Although it has not been driven yet after replacement, there is no rattle with the shaft and of course the chain is perfectly aligned with the shaft. Of course, the fit with the chain is also perfect.
It is also used in other types of cars, so you can rest assured that it is safe.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Naturally, it is a SprocketSingle Body.
It is recommended to replace the surround stop and nut with new OEM parts at the same time.

If you choose reliability, choose SUNSTAR!
It is not as lightweight as the Rear Sprocket, but it is also lighter.

I haven't exchanged it yet, but after trying it out, I'm very satisfied with it, so I bought it again in advance.
After replacing the chain, large gear, and small gear at once with Sunstar products about 12,000km last year, I liked it so much that it was different from the genuine product, so I bought it to keep it in stock before I exchanged it. It is said that there is a little noise compared to the genuine, but I personally did not feel it, and the feeling of acceleration is faster than the genuine because of the lightness. View detail

Cheapest!
[How is it used?
Since we do a lot of highway touring, we decided to switch from the OEM 15T to 16T to lower the engine RPM during highway cruising and to improve fuel economy. In addition, the chain was converted from 530 to 520 to reduce drive resistance.
Was the one you received as per Image?
I searched around in Webig's Site and found the cheapest Sprocket available for the FZS600. This research was pretty Large weird.
What I received is just a gear, as per Image (laughs).
Was the installation difficult?
I have an Impact Driver, so I did the work myself, but normally I think it is better to have a motorcycle shop do the work. Since the drive shaft mounting surface of this Sprocket is thinner than that of the OEMSprocket (because it was converted from 530 to 520), it is necessary to install a washer on the reverse side (engine side) of the Sprocket.:1 pc. was used to adjust the Chain line.
How was your experience with it?
When I had OEM 15T, it was 5,000 rpm at 100 km/h. When I changed to this 16T, it was 4,500 rpm at 100 km/h. I want to lower the rpm another 500 rpm to 4000 rpm at 100km/h, so I plan to change to 17T in the future. So, it was a good decision to buy a cheap one this time. I have driven more than 1000km since I changed to this Sprocket and so far I have had no problems. There is no drastic improvement in fuel consumption, but I can run 23km/ltr on a conStunt. I don't feel any slowness at ZeroStart or acceleration in town driving even if I change the secondary reduction ratio to high speed type. 95hp is enough to spare. I think the original OEM 15T setting is too low for the FZS600.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Included Parts:is nothing.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
It's cheap, so I have nothing to complain about (laughs).

I'm converting a w650 to a 520. I wanted to aim for a little more acceleration. from 15T to 14T… the problem is that I need to adjust the Offset portion with a lock shim or something. Reliable SUNSTAR
[How is it used?
We used this product for YZF-R25, which is used as a competition vehicle.
How was your experience with it?
This time, I decided to replace the front and rear sprockets along with the chain.
Sprocket is SUNSTAR every time. I like their accuracy and finish.
How did it compare to other products?
I trust the technology and quality control of SUNSTAR.
[Points to note]
In the installation of the counter shaft, YZF-R25 is equipped with the screw lock application to the tightening nut and
The tightening Torque is 75 Newton.
If you forget the screw lock, it may come loose.

Front1T, I wanted more
The W800 is capable of reaching approximately 2000 rpm in 5 mph (60 km/h), and has the same high-revving engine characteristics as the SS Compared to Motorcycle
It's a low rpm and tosses and turns...
This is when you get into the 100km/h range of speeds above 80km/h on the highway
It doesn't bother me as a thumping vibration of the Engine, but as an unpleasant Vibration
I put Weight in the Handlebar to absorb the slight vibration, but
Still, through footpegs and grips (Personally.) The unpleasant vibration continues
The SDR that used to be my favorite car (200) It's better than that, because that thing was a sharp vibration that made my feet itch
But uncomfortable
So I decided to change the GEAR ratio to deal with it
I can't find a 16T model that fits the W800's standard 15T
The same goes for the Rear Driven Sprocket, which is a 37T, so I'll be looking for a 35T or so I can't find the
I found both front and rear while trying to change the compatible car model from W800 to EN-6f
Let's try it! Since it's a project, I bought FrontSprocket this time with an emphasis on Cost
Since the Speed sensor is a W800 located in the front sprocket, the speed Meter value is out of whack
If you do the math, it's 6% more Well, I guess it's within acceptable limits
I have no complaints from bottom to top thanks to the slow Torque, which was rather fat when I tried it out
I'm going to ride this for a while
SUNSTAR's Sprocket has been a great help to me with the SRX-6, so I'm comfortable with it

Cheap but high hardness
SUNSTAR and Afam are famous for Sprocket, but I purchased the SUNSTAR product I used before..
good point
The point that the price is inexpensive
It uses S45C, Vickers hardness HB 160 is sufficient and it can be expected to have a long service life.
A bad point
Difficult to understand front and back (Perhaps it is better that the letters are written).
important point
I think that there are more people to exchange for Chain exchange, but if you turn off Chain, you will need Impact wrench to remove Center check nut. Let's remove DriveSprocket first.
In the case of Yamaha car Center check nut's Piece is 32 mm.
Let's use the new article to stop looseness of Center check nut.
Let's look at the condition of Oil seal of Drive shaft together.
As a reliable Manufacturer you can recommend it.

After I bought R1-Z at second hand, I decided to replace the front and rear sprockets and chain when the travel distance exceeded over 10,000km.
I was worried that it might be hard to remove the original sprocket, but the job wasn't that troublesome after using a gas torch, CRC (anti-rust lubricant), and a spinner handle.
I also exchanged the lock washer and nut, and changed to 13T from 14T to improve the acceleration performance.
I think it actually has become better.
The maximum speed should have fallen, but I don't mind, for I don't drive in such high speed. I think it was a good choice.
