This offsets those who are putting in TR-011Tourist.
I went from 15 to 14 on NORMAL, doesn't seem like much of a change? I thought so,
The reason for this was that we changed the tires to TR-011Tourist at the same time, so the larger outer diameter of the tires offset the higher geared tires.
If I had only changed the Sprocket without changing the Tire, I might have thought, oh?
This is not exactly a product impression, but when tightening the lock washer, it is convenient to use water pump pliers for easy and clean tightening.

Acceleration Spec.
I changed from NORMAL 15T to 14T, and the acceleration is much better than NORMAL, and the top speed is also good because the speed range is low because it is SEROW, and the body can keep up with it. View detail

Easier and quicker to order from Japan than Europe!
I was very sceptical about ordering via webike however I could not find this particular part anywhere but the USA or Japan. I took the gamble with Japan and I have been very impressed, not only can you track your order whilst it's in Japan but it also works with Royalmail, ordered on the 16, processed on the 17, delivered to my door on the 20th. I don't usually leave reviews and after all this is just a front sprocket but it's Japanese quality not rubbish from their neighbours. Afraid to say it Europe but I'm going to start my searches with Webike first from now on. View detail

The wear was replaced to suit the intended use.
[How is it used?
The chain of my SEROW250, which I had been using mainly for mountain play, was getting longer and the DrivenSprocket was getting worn and sharp. I bought DRCDura Sprocket which has a good reputation for durability and low price.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was a product that passed the image as if it were the embodiment of the word "quality and solidity" without any decoration.
Was the installation difficult?
With the engine stopped, put the GEAR in 1st or 2nd gear, remove the DriveSprocket cover on the Left Side of the body, remove the nut at the center of the Driven Sprocket, remove the Washer lock, and remove the worn Sprocket.
Installation is done in the reverse order of the above procedure and tightened firmly to complete the work.
If you are not confident, you can use YouTube or other videos. SEROW250Driven Sprocket Replacement" You can watch the videos repeatedly until you feel confident before attempting the challenge.
Still, it's hard." or It's a pain in the ass." If so, ask PRO to do the work (for a fee) or ask a reliable friend (probably for free) to do it for you.
How was your experience with it?
The only change from before is one less DriveSprocket (DrivenSprocket has the same OEM number of 48 Chain Pieces), but you can clearly experience the difference.
The speed at each GEAR drops by about 5 km and the Shift change at startup in city driving becomes a little busy.
In the crucial mountain play, you will be able to climb the Hill climb, where you used to be confused between 1st or 2nd gear, now you will be able to climb in fixed 2nd gear and concentrate on Axel and weight shifting, quite fun.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Nothing, it is a graceful product with goods and pacage only as shown in the picture.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
None of this.
I really appreciate the fact that the sales price is affordable by eliminating unnecessary items.

Point and hang of installation
Just install it as you did when you removed it, and if you are concerned, search for a working video on YouTubeetc.'s VideoSite, as mentioned above.
[Availability and clarity of the Instruction Manual
No Instruction Manual, the product is so easy to understand that it is not a problem for those who feel the need to purchase this product.
[Notes]
I'm sure it will never happen, but.........................Never work on the Engine while it is running.
[ITEMS TO BUY TOGETHER
For those who are replacing worn out units, replace the Driven (Rear) Sprocket and Chain with new ones as well.
[Opinions and requests to Manufacturer
The price is low, durable and long-lasting, and we look forward to working with you in the future.

I purchased this product when I converted my XG250 TRICKER to full size.
The Rear Sprocket was also changed to DRC at the same time.

For driving on forest roads
Purchased for SEROW250.
Changed to OEM15t→13t
It was a little harder to drive on public roads, but once in the mountains, it really came into its own.
I am satisfied with the ease of front up.
The Lock washer claw is set to "Quantity" because the Sprocket is small in size.:If you don't fold 2pc, you will hit Chain.

SEROWFront sprocket
We have been using OEM products for the front sprocket of SEROW for many years, but this time, when we changed the chain and the sprocket, we decided to use DRC for the front sprocket as well. Since they are the same manufacturer, the texture of the Rear and Front sprocket is the same and the quantity is the same.:It has a nice Set feel to it. Actually, I replaced it a while ago, but the durability seems to be fine. View detail

The 14T provides good balance on both forest roads and paved roads.
With the OEM 15T, it was very difficult to ride the OffRoad course and I was very frustrated when my friend with a 225 got agitated, so I switched to this product.
It may be easier if two or more people work on it, as it requires a bit of strength to replace.
As soon as you start the car, you will feel the acceleration.
If you open the Axel, you can now get such a strong acceleration that the load is removed from the suspension.
As I had hoped, the off-road course became easier to drive, and the frequent gear changes that I used to have to make seemed ridiculous.
Of course, after the replacement, the speedometer will be out of whack and the maximum speed will be reduced, but it is too much to ask for maximum speed from a trail bike.
Let's all drop one gun and taste this acceleration!

best upgrade i did.
depending in on how you use your serow. i use mine 95% street. i tooth more really makes a difference. i feel less vibration now since i dont have to push the engine to get to speed above 60kph. the bikes runs much much better. i felt the 1st to 2nd gear gap before was too far from each other and over all it was really geard too short for street use. i was always finding the the right gear. i can recommed this upgrade if you use your bike like i do. take note of the riders weight though. i am 80kilos. no problem on the hills that i use to pass thru with the 15 teeth OEM sprocket. No need to change the chain. i suggest you order a spare lock for the nut of the sproket. FYI this review was made after i tested the bike for about 60 km only, so far so good no regrets. recommended!!! View detail

You should replace Sprocket as soon as possible.
If you ride fast and so-so, I would recommend this product.
I tried a lot of things and converged on 16-48, but I think it's better to use 16-47 or 16-49 as much as possible because it's so weird to be split.

SEROW Forest Road Spec.
I dropped the DriveSprocket from the OEM 15T to 14T on the SEROW, the Washer lock didn't come with it so you have to buy it separately, but it didn't bend and break when I removed the OEM so I used it this time.
You can see the difference in the start of driving immediately after changing. I will practice to be able to do AxelTurn and Front up on the forest road.

Makes driving fast a little easier!
NORMAL was enough to play in the mountains, but long distance at high speed was hard, so I bought it.
The work is relatively easy if you're a bit of a tinkerer, but you might want to get a new Lock washer.
It's been effective enough.
I used to find it hard to cruise at 100km/h at high speed, but after the change, I can now cruise at 100km/h at about 80km/h.

It's a GEAR ratio for Touring~!
I replaced it because I wanted to lower the RPM of my XG250 TRICKER when driving on the highway.
On the highway, the RPMs should drop by about 6%. Even so, I calculated that it was close to 6000 RPMs at 100 km, so I didn't feel much of an effect.
On the other hand, when I was driving behind a slow car at around 50km/h in 4th gear, I felt like I was going around and in 5th gear, I felt like I was going to snatch.
A little while ago, I put on the PowerBoxPipe, and the 5th gear 50km became delicious, but it became delicate and I feel lonely...
If you like to rev the engine a lot, or if you have a lot of roads where you can drive over 60km/h, you'll probably prefer the Merit because it has a delicious 5th gear Zone that extends upwards.
As for the quality of the product, the finish is also beautiful with SUNSTAR, and although the damper on the NORMAL is gone, there was no such thing as machine noise becoming a concern after the replacement.

We installed it with no problems.
It installed with no problems at all.
We'll see how durable it is.
The OEM Product is replaced at 46,000km, so I hope it will last until 100,000km.
Driven Sprocket will be ruined before Driven, so
I think it's Large sturdy unless it's a big deal.

Proven Manufacturer in Off-Car
Speaking of Sprockets, SUNSTAR and XAM are famous in Japan, but DRC is not to be outdone with Offfor Vehicle's Sprockets.
I chose this one this time because it was in stock and also because it was cheaper, but it is good enough that I would buy it again.

Frequently Asked Items
What made you decide to buy?
I was looking for it when I needed to change the settings in a hurry, and only this DRC was in stock
Moreover, it is more Reasonable than other manufacturers
How was your experience with it?
I was worried about the lack of in-posts and low User base, but the accuracy of the site was perfect
Lighter than OEM and other manufacturers because of the padded backing, and for durability I will judge after using it in the future
Was the installation difficult?
Sprocket's Nut is the most torqued on Motorcycle, so it's a If you don't have an Impact wrench, it's Large weird to remove it
【Please tell me the installation point and hang】
It's best to work with two people, especially when loosening and unfastening SprocketNut for the first time It is
If you're doing it alone, you can sit on Seat with the Front brake applied and Rear with your Right foot While stepping on the brake, use your left foot to step on the long ratchet and kick it off Loosen SprocketNut
If this doesn't work, go to the motorcycle shop and get it loosened up once
[Was the Instruction Manual easy to understand?
I didn't read it specifically
[Included Parts:were they on?
It wasn't attached
[Others]
The OEM Lock washer can be reused up to two times, but it's a pain in the ass to align the nails, and it's a bit of a hassle It's about 200 so I recommend replacing a new one every time

Satisfied
XG250 TRICKER with 16T and a custom made 43Rear with only 44Rears available It is set to the super-highest speed oriented by having the driver make a decision At high speed, it marks to 145km/h. Cruising is very easy But, if it is NORMAL, Response becomes quite heavy Therefore, I am Full tune of the ignition system and change of the intake system, Exhaust System Replace it, and it accelerates pretty sharp, if you're going to focus on Power Recommendation View detail
