Lighter and better made
It was installed on 87KMX200.
I purchased this product after trying many other models for other cars so that I can operate the clutch with only one finger since I use Course.
I set it to the lightest setting and it is lighter than ever.
It was not amazingly lightening, but it was definitely effective.
The sharpness was not a problem with the lighter settings.
The construction is good, and the Clamp is easy to slip on, which is also a plus for OffSpec.
The large clutch adjuster is designed to be easy to turn and may interfere with some guards.
Also, I thought I could adjust it by turning it like Racer, but like TRAIL cars, it is just easier to turn the nut.
Since the initial position of the lever can be adjusted, this is a good product for those who feel that the lever is too far away or the clutch is too heavy.

Impressed by the dramatic before and after
To cope with the weight of the WR250R's clutch, I usually held it with four fingers, but I wanted to lighten the weight somehow, so I bought it. I removed the original clutch switch, so the engine starts only with N or not at all. Anyway, I set the clutch switch to the position 4, which is considered to be the lightest position, while keeping the clutch free play and ensuring the clutch cut. The weight of the clutch was clearly reduced to the point where I could grip it with just one finger. There are various parts, but it is rare to see such a dramatic change before and after. If this product was less than expected, I would have considered a Hydraulic Clutch, but it seems that there is no need. View detail
Good to be able to put Mirror on.
[How is it used?
We chose this product, which allows Mirror to be attached, when we replaced the Perch.
Perch, a pro taper, would be fine.
It would be awkward to attach a separate Mirror Holder, so this is the only choice.
Note that you have to Grease up.

If Perch can be replaced, no problem.
How was your experience with it?
It seems to improve sharpness, but I don't know because I haven't used that feature.

I want to lighten the Clutch.
I didn't think OEM was that heavy, but I replaced it with a dress-up as well.
It sure makes it lighter! We are looking for the best Position while adjusting.
It may be a matter of course, but since grease up, retightening, etc. are not done, please make sure to do so after installation. I forgot to tighten the screws for fine adjustment, and the clutch started to slide while driving and I thought I had done something to the board (;^_^A

I have a KOHKEN MechanicalClutch”Avanza”L=29mm on my other car, and it felt heavier than the KOHKEN even with the Ratio 28. The cut seems to be good.

Happy with Clutch's lightness, Style, and functionality!
The Motorcycle Clutch I use for commuting was too heavy, so I bought this product to make it a little lighter.
The result is good! Clutch is much lighter, so I am satisfied. It's lighter." For now, in addition to saying It's cooler is one of the points.
And there is the fact that the included Dial allows for easy Wire play adjustment, and as a result, I am glad I made the change.
One thing to note is that Mirror HolderType is not Lineup.
In my case, the OEM clutch holder also served as a mirror holder, so I purchased an external mirror holder separately.

In conjunction with the brembo RCSMASTER conversion
I changed the brake to brembo rCS and also changed the clutch side to this.
As for the lightness of the clutch, the honest truth is that I don't know the difference because it is originally a light MONKEY125. In the future, when the engine is modified and replaced with a Reinforced Clutch, there may be a difference.
It looks like the color of Anodized is a little different due to the difference in material? It is not enough to be concerned about.
I like it because it gives a sense of unity around the Handlebar.
Short lever is chosen because it is a MONKEY lever, and finger 1 - Quantity:It is claimed to be for 2pc seating, but it is about the same as a normal short lever, so operability is not a problem.
The adjustment is easy to handle with Dial type, and the switch is attached, so it can be installed without a problem if you can connect the electrical system.
It's a good product if you can look past the high price.

Effective
The Clutch of XEF250 was not heavy originally, but I wanted to lighten it as much as possible, and the design of ZETA was good parenthesis, so I decided to buy it.
This product can adjust the lightness of the clutch in 4 steps from 1 to 4. This product uses the principle of leverage, and 4 is the lightest, but the distance until the clutch is connected (half-clutch state) becomes a little longer.
If you value Clutch's sharpness, set it to 1.
When I tried it with the lightest 4, I got the impression that it was 30% lighter than NORMAL.
As the engine warms up, the position of the Clutch connection will change, so it is important to adjust the play.
What I would like to see improved is that when stretching the Clutch Wire (to reduce the play), it is easy to do with a Large Dial, but when stretching the Clutch Wire (to reduce the play), it is not easy to do with a Large Dial.
When you put it back, you have to turn the vine. (Please put GizaGiza on the part you turn.)
It also has a screw to adjust the Lever's grip position, but it's hard to turn because there is no screw head.
There are a few things I'd like to see improved, but the original goal of making Clutch lighter has been met.
Parenthesis is also better and I am satisfied with it.

I'm less tired.
I was told that changing the Lever ratio would make the clutch operation lighter, but it did not change dramatically. But it did not change dramatically. It is a degree. However, the feeling of fatigue of the left hand is small even after returning home when I went out far, and this slight lightness seems to be effective. The details are unsatisfactory.
I used it on my FZ1, my hands are large and the lever position is far away, so I selected a light ratio and the clutch broke without any problem (Clutch is a STM Slipper clutch for 04R1).
You can adjust the lever position, so if you bring the lever to a close position and select a light ratio, it may not cut.
I'm almost at the farthest Large of the adjustment range, and the play is as close to Zero as possible, so if I grip the lever normally without fully gripping it, I can cut without any problems.
The effect is larger than I expected, the clutch is clearly lighter, and the half-clutch area has expanded.
It looks and feels luxurious.
However, the fixed Nut of Lever is Nut and Washer separate body for some reason.
The Lock nut was used, but the OEM used the Flange nut, so they used that, and what do you mean it's a CostCut over the OEM Parts?
Also, the Bolt that holds the Clamp in place is slightly dirty, which is also not possible at this price Level.
In addition, Clutch switch is not working properly, if I put oil on it, it works, but I need to check it first. (In the case of FZ1, the worst OEM diversion seemed to be possible from the shape)
Also, if it's the same as Brake master, Clamp's Pivot should come rusty.
It's a shame that it's so expensive, but it's a Level that can be easily dealt with, so I guess it's up to each individual to decide if they want to deal with it or not, but I think it's a good one.
The Clutch switch is the only one that needs to be checked first, and it's double the embarrassment when you realize it's defective only after the car stalls.

But if Clutch switch is 2-pole type and OEM 3-pole, you have to hold Clutch every time to turn the Cell;

Yay, it's installed! The hard work is satisfying enough.
Since I changed the Brake Side to brembo, I diverted the Clutch holder L-29 from the previous car to the Ninja1000SX.
The Ninja1000 is light enough to handle in NORMAL mode, and there is absolutely no need to make it any lighter, but there is no need to make it any lighter than it is in QUANTITY:Pair (for Left and Right) I have a disease that I want to align with bremboLever. (Lol)

First of all, remove the OEM Clutch holder, but you need to adjust the body of the car because the adjuster on the holder side does not extend the cable.
Hi. Here's a shocking revelation:you have to remove the SIDE & lower cowl to adjust it!
I was aware of this from the beginning, but I doubted that there was a motorcycle with such a bad disassembly and maintenance, but I couldn't do it even though I tried many times.
If you come to the point of removing the OEM Clutch holder in some way, you can also remove the Switch.
The OEM Switch is an integral part of Harness, so you have to cut it off at the appropriate point.
The appropriate position should be aligned with the temporary assembly of the holder to be replaced.
After disconnecting the Harness, I used the Model 110 Connector again this time. It is important to note that the signal line of the new Clutch switch is not reversed on-off.
If you make a mistake, it will be a terrible mistake.
If you can connect the Clutch switch to the Harness on the car body side, it's just a matter of assembling and adjusting the Cable.
Don't forget to install the attached Spacer at the cable end and assemble it to the Clutch holder.
After this, adjust the length of Clutch by Cable.
The reason for this is that the Cable will be stretched as you use it, so it's easy to deal with that by adjusting the Holder side.
It is important to note that the outlet position of CableLine is slightly different between Koken's Clutch holder and OEM.
When I adjusted it, I adjusted quite a lot, so I was anxious and impatient during the adjustment process, but I was able to install it safely after using a little bit of adjustment on the Holder side as well.
Operation power is also slightly lighter, and Lever's pull charges are much lower than the OEM's, so it can be operated more lightly.
If I put back the arrangement of Harness of LeftSwitch to the original, it is the end, but Harness was bundled to Clutch Cable. Because it is impossible to return it to the original position due to the influence of the change of Clutch CableLine, Harness arrangement is reviewed and changed.
I didn't expect to spend so much time on replacing the clutch holder, but after all the hard work, I am satisfied with the result.
