Excellent matching with bremboRCSMASTER
I installed it on a CBR250RR 2023 MODEL. the Handlebar is a kit from Over RACING, but I was able to install it without any problems.
Selected this product to match the brembo RCSMASTER that was already installed.:Pair (for Left and Right) Both can be fitted with Koken's AeroLever, which gives them a unified look and feel and looks great!
The fitting of the clutch cable is not good because it is not an exclusive design of the car model.
Since it is originally an AssistSlipper clutch, the lightness of the operation cannot be felt. The original clutch is quite light.
The rattling of the Pivot on the Lever is much larger than OEM and Eukanaya, Spec. It seems to be
Made in Japan, the texture and construction is very high quality. It also looks good. However, the price is a bit high considering the cost performance. It did not exceed my expectations.

What made you decide to buy?
I had changed to brembo 19RCS Master Cylinder and wanted to unify the clutch side with RCS MASTER, but I had extra income, so I decided to use "KOKEN".:I purchased "Mechanical Clutch Holder L-29 Aero Lever Set". 。 I really wanted to go with bremboLeverSpec. but recently there is no bremboLever Kit for sale, so I bought Lever as Single Item. Well then. Why didn't I buy Holder Only?" is … The included AeroLever is a spare part in case of emergency!
[How was the installation?
At the conclusion … it was quite fiddly. it was easy to remove the OEM Clutch holder and Lever, since I had replaced the U-KANAYA Lever before. (Don't forget to loosen the Clutch Cable including the one on the body side before starting the work!) If the OEM Clutch holder comes off, Kohken:I am trying to install the Mechanical Clutch Holder, but the Outer end of the loosened Clutch Cable does not fit. (Sweat) If you force the work, it will cause scratches. After thinking about it, we separated the Mechanical Clutch Holder from the Lever, and put the Outer End on the Holder first. (ZX-6R uses the included Wire Spacer.) and align it with the PunchMark in the Handlebar, and then use the HolderBolt (7.8Nm) Next, attach the end of the ClutchInner cable to the lever that was removed and merge it with the Holder. Next, attach the end of the ClutchInner cable to the lever that was removed, and attach it to the holder to complete the process. (This is the same method as the Lever replacement process.) The Koken instruction manual does not go into detail, so if you are not comfortable with the work, you can leave it to PRO.

Before loosening the nut that fixes the clutch cable on the body side, measure the length with Caliper before loosening it, so that it will be easier to adjust the clutch after the work is done. 。 It is also a good idea to lubricate the Clutch Cable as you remove it. 。 KITACOConvenienceParts for Roller Type Micro Switch:110"/3-pole Connector set (Black color) and processed to the same color and etc. Spec. as OEM. Better not to buy. Folding Type Clutch Lever that cannot be overturned
I used the Foldable Clutch Holder, and even though it says that the Brake lever for brembo corsa crota can be used, the cormorant was not able to be used. However, when I used it, it was a clutch holder which was not usable.
Quantity:As you can see in the photo of the 1pc. eye, if it collapses just a little, it will not collapse due to interference.
If it falls over, it is likely that the Lever will break or the Holder itself will be damaged.
Clutch lever will cost about 7,000 yen, but if the Holder is damaged, 50,000 yen will fly away.
It seems to be an obvious design error.
I tried to cut off the interfering part, but the other side of the cut off side was also interfering, and I gave up cutting off that side because it was the place where it would be easily seen if I cut off the other side. In conjunction with the brembo RCSMASTER conversion
I changed the brake to brembo rCS and also changed the clutch side to this.
As for the lightness of the clutch, the honest truth is that I don't know the difference because it is originally a light MONKEY125. In the future, when the engine is modified and replaced with a Reinforced Clutch, there may be a difference.
It looks like the color of Anodized is a little different due to the difference in material? It is not enough to be concerned about.
I like it because it gives a sense of unity around the Handlebar.
Short lever is chosen because it is a MONKEY lever, and finger 1 - Quantity:It is claimed to be for 2pc seating, but it is about the same as a normal short lever, so operability is not a problem.
The adjustment is easy to handle with Dial type, and the switch is attached, so it can be installed without a problem if you can connect the electrical system.
It's a good product if you can look past the high price.

What is the meaning of Retractable Lever?
I bought the brembo half lever and installed it, but the lever interferes with the holder and does not fold over, I sent it to the manufacturer for inspection but they said that is the way it is and I ended up buying the Retractable Lever which does not fold over. I think Foldable is the one that can be repaired by Lever only when it falls down. (It depends on how you fall, of course.) This is the best product I have ever purchased. It's a shame that the manufacturer didn't listen to me. If you buy it on the premise that it will not fall over, it will be good because the clutch will become lighter and the meat range will become a little wider and it will be easy to use, but I cannot recommend it. Since I changed the Brake Side to brembo, I diverted the Clutch holder L-29 from the previous car to the Ninja1000SX.
The Ninja1000 is light enough to handle in NORMAL mode, and there is absolutely no need to make it any lighter, but there is no need to make it any lighter than it is in QUANTITY:Pair (for Left and Right) I have a disease that I want to align with bremboLever. (Lol)
I've considered the GALE SPEED before this, and it was tempting to choose the best one for me because of the large number of Lever types, but I'll save that for next time.
Installation, the experience I had earlier when I replaced the Ninja1000SX's Brake with a brembo will come alive here. After all, the signal line of the state switch of Clutch is necessary for the On-Off control of AutoCruise Control as well as Brake Side.
First of all, remove the OEM Clutch holder, but you need to adjust the body of the car because the adjuster on the holder side does not extend the cable.
Hi. Here's a shocking revelation:you have to remove the SIDE & lower cowl to adjust it!
I was aware of this from the beginning, but I doubted that there was a motorcycle with such a bad disassembly and maintenance, but I couldn't do it even though I tried many times.
If you come to the point of removing the OEM Clutch holder in some way, you can also remove the Switch.
The OEM Switch is an integral part of Harness, so you have to cut it off at the appropriate point.
The appropriate position should be aligned with the temporary assembly of the holder to be replaced.
After disconnecting the Harness, I used the Model 110 Connector again this time. It is important to note that the signal line of the new Clutch switch is not reversed on-off.
If you make a mistake, it will be a terrible mistake.
If you can connect the Clutch switch to the Harness on the car body side, it's just a matter of assembling and adjusting the Cable.
Don't forget to install the attached Spacer at the cable end and assemble it to the Clutch holder.
After this, adjust the length of Clutch by Cable.
The reason for this is that the Cable will be stretched as you use it, so it's easy to deal with that by adjusting the Holder side.
It is important to note that the outlet position of CableLine is slightly different between Koken's Clutch holder and OEM.
When I adjusted it, I adjusted quite a lot, so I was anxious and impatient during the adjustment process, but I was able to install it safely after using a little bit of adjustment on the Holder side as well.
Operation power is also slightly lighter, and Lever's pull charges are much lower than the OEM's, so it can be operated more lightly.
If I put back the arrangement of Harness of LeftSwitch to the original, it is the end, but Harness was bundled to Clutch Cable. Because it is impossible to return it to the original position due to the influence of the change of Clutch CableLine, Harness arrangement is reviewed and changed.
I didn't expect to spend so much time on replacing the clutch holder, but after all the hard work, I am satisfied with the result.

Used for ZEPHYR 750

Clutch operation has become lighter

I feel like I installed it, but first I understand that the Clutch operation got lighter. However, because it was not easy for Clutch to get worse, it was necessary to adjust the position of Lever far away. If you have a shorter finger, wearing Gloves for winter is not recommended as it will be poor in operability.
It looks like Brembo's Body color somehow, so it looks like he looks the same as you expect it is as expected.
