OEM is too expensive.
I was looking for a replacement because the Clutch was getting uncomfortable, and when I looked up OEM, it cost over 50,000 yen.

I started to hear a noise, so I checked the Clutch and found that it was close to the limit … the Belt was still Large and strong. I want to use it as cheaply as possible, so I decided to use this one. The sound is gone and the RPM is a little bit higher, but I'm using it without any problem. Fit perfect. great part. High grade aluminium. Just like factory OEM part that I chewed up. Had to buy a replacement.I bought this for my 03 kxand I was a good replacement for the stock basket that was all chewed up on the fingers but I couldnt afford to put a Hinson inner hub but I had everything else Hinson this paired up nicely. Clutch Spring, to fix Retainer
The bolt that holds the clutch spring and retainer in place was damaged, so I replaced it with this one. I used this bolt on a 94 M900 with no problems. View detail

My jc92 grom girl.
The clutch started to slip after 8000km, probably because I am running the car at full throttle on mountain passes, so I decided to replace it with a reinforced clutch set from Endurance.
Net says OEM Lifter is chipped, so buy it.
Lifter was no problem, but the legs of the Pressure plate are WW.
I ordered OEMPlate anyway.
I would like to have a reinforced type pressure plate.

I installed this on a 2022 MT07. If you have the tools, installation is no problem.
There are three holes, but I used the middle one at first, but since I also drive an Off car, one or two fingers can be used for Clutch operation.
It's a habit, so it's a little bit of a drag because it hits your fingers and you can't pull it all the way to the end, so it feels like a little bit of a drag.
If you are the kind of person who operates Clutch with 4 sticks to pull it to the end, you can use it.
I don't think any hole is a problem. Even at the very front, it is lighter than NORMAL, so it works.
Also, it is better to use the included Ring because the Snap ring spreads when you take it off,
The guide nut should also be screw locked if possible to prevent loosening due to vibration,
If GuideNut is eliminated, Clutch will not be able to be cut.

Easy to see remaining amount
It looks SIMPLY good. I am putting Green Fluid in this.
Depending on the distance of the MASTER plug, it may be necessary to cut the Cup plug.
I used bremboRCS, so I cut the hose and connected it with a mesh hose. (Rubber hose is recommended)
I use it for the clutch and brake, but this time the cap on the brake side flew off while driving. So I bought an additional cap. I think everyone should check the tightness of the cap once in a while.

The inside of the Outer is textured and the Clutch has a good bite.

Great high performance frictions
Bought this as a replacement for my crf450r and it works great so far. Box came with 5 traditional springs that were not used on my bike as the new ones crf use a Bellevue washer spring and at first this made me think it was the wrong part. But once installed it works great and holds perfectly.Easy to install and lasts a long time. On single track in the mountains I am one of those riders who uses the clutch a lot. After replacing my stock clutch with this Hinson I have more bite and better control plus so far it has lasted longer than the stock clutch. However, all the magazines mentioned the clutch being it's downfall. It would fade and slip after lots of abuse and I got about 30 hours out of mine before I had enough. This hinson clutch has been 10x better and actually removes the factory washer and jutter spring. It has stronger springs and definitely clamps harder, which in turn requires a little more lever pull effort. The trade off is well worth it. I soaked the fibers overnight just to be safe. This kit is pricey, but you get what you pay for! View detail

I would like to season Clutch with future Custom
Although there was no necessity to replace the clutch, we replaced the clutch out of curiosity while replacing the Pulley and V-belt. A special tool is required to remove and install the clutch, but as long as you have the tool, it is easy to install. I had not understood the structure of a moped's clutch until now, but I think I understand the structure and mechanism of the clutch by installing the clutch. At first, I thought that I would replace the clutch at a later date and enjoy the changes caused by replacing only the former, but it became troublesome to repeat the process, so I ended up replacing them all at the same time. Therefore, all the impressions are those of the replaced parts. The connection of the clutch when starting is the same as OEM and Large. The top speed has been increased from 63km/h to 69km/h. The engine power will be increased in the future. The power of the engine is scheduled to be increased in the future, so we would like to change the clutch parts and season it accordingly. I replaced the Clutch board on my 78 Shovel with this one.
Open primary, so replacement is very easy.
Judder was not occurring, but the surface of the existing Clutch board was beginning to scrape slightly, so it was replaced.
There was no confusion as it is listed as dry and wet Clutch compatible.
The initial delivery time was about a month, but when I opened the lid, it arrived in about two weeks.
It is a happy miscalculation.
After replacement, the cleanliness of the Clutch was also improved.
Next time, I'm thinking of replacing the SteelClutch Plates as well.
Is it good or bad that Shovel has to maintain the Clutch board on a regular basis so it is easy to notice any anomalies?

Shovel's Kick start Pedal has been removed.
I had no choice but to remove the Kick Start Cover and look inside, and I found that the tip of the ThrowOutBearing had also come off.
In the normal state, an iron part like a gear is fixed to the ROD tip.
It comes with other consumable parts than Bearing, so I replaced them together. I don't know the name of the parts.
I checked the Bearing installation procedure on the Net.
It is not a sturdy construction, so I thought it would be good to stock it in case of emergency.

The lever is changed to brembo, but the weight of the clutch holder is still the same as OEM. The weight was still the same. The lever was changed to brembo but the weight of the clutch holder was not changed. It's a little bit unexpected, but it's not a big deal.
Don't forget to adjust the Clutch Wire after replacement. However, even though it has been blast treated, this price is indeed what it should be. To be frank, it is thought that 3,000 yen or less is reasonable.

Clutch weight reduction
When I go touring for a day with Small Engine Displacement Volume every time, the number of times I grip the clutch exceeds 500~1000 times in the habit of raising it to 6th gear immediately, so when I return home, my grip strength will be gone.
Although it was anxious whether or not it would be attached to the special machine called Gilera CX125 in appearance and Suzuki Wolf 200 in content, somehow Setting completion.
At first, the setting was too severe, and the Large was strange because it idled even if the Clutch was connected, and the half-clutch continued even if the Clutch was turned off.
Clutch wire adjustment is increased from 2 to 4 positions.
If you can do the setting by yourself, I recommend it because it is quite effective for the Machine that Clutch is heavy and Large strange!
I wish I had noticed the product sooner and put it on…
For your information.
With the Motorcycle standard playful Wire handling, you will definitely be out of Setting range.
It is possible to start setting by eliminating 1mm of play as much as possible.
If you understand how the Clutch works and have the patience, it will be Large sturdy.
