Why is the same number of Ding as OEMs so expensive….
What made you decide to buy?
I have been working on the ZX-6R for 3 years now, and the mileage is about 10,000 km. I thought it was too early to replace them, but since all the parts were available during the spring sale, I decided to replace them.
[How was the installation?
I found information that the Torque of the Engine Sprocket nut fixing the front sprocket was halfway tight, so I loosened the Engine Sprocket nut using an electric Impact wrench from Tirefor Replacement. After that, I tightened the rear brake with the torque wrench at the specified torque of 147Nm, and finally, I bent the washer over the nut using the water pump pliers to prevent it from loosening.

How was your experience with it?
At first I was not sure whether to go with 16T or not, but I liked the ride quality of the OEM, so I decided to go with 15T, the same as the OEM. So there was no change between before and after the replacement. The normal specifications list on the product page says 16T, but the 21-year ZX-6R has 15T Front, 43 Rear, 2.866 reduction ratio, and 112 Chain links.

OEM alternative.
I have been abusing my car, Clutch, which is 90% safe driving lessons and 10% touring, so it finally slipped. That is why I had no choice. I purchased this one and replaced it.
GPZ900R, but the engine has been replaced by GPZ1000RX, so please be careful when purchasing parts. disc, plate, and spring are one more than 900, and everything is in one pack except Gasket and Oil, so it is easy to change to Large kit. The kit is easy to use and convenient.
The disc corks are painted blue, but the OEM disc has a slit at an angle, but this is a very common type. The cork of the disc has a diagonal slit on the OEM disc, but this disc has a very common type of slit. Before assembly, it was necessary to soak the disc and plate in oil. When assembling the spring, the push rod is pushed, so you must push the center as hard as you can before assembling the spring. If you don't do this, I think you will break Housing.
After the replacement, the clutch lever felt heavier than the Large lever.
We had been using ZX-14 Release and MASTER to reduce the weight of the clutch lever, but after replacing it with this clutch kit, the weight became about the same as that of a NORMAL GPZ900R. Meet point is a little far? I wonder if it was like this.... It is like this.

The clutch was slipping and I had no choice but to replace it with this kit instead of the OEM one. Hopefully, it will last longer than the OEM.

Benefit of having both ends flat
This problem occurs when the clutch release piston of the GPZ900R is changed from the OEM one to the ZZ−R1400 one, which has a slightly larger piston diameter.
ZZ−R1400 Clari Release piston has a sphere embedded in its center, and the sphere end of the push rod and the center of the release piston sphere are slightly gapped, so the sphere end of the push rod and the center of the release piston are gapped if they are left as they are. If the ball end of the push rod and the ball center of the release piston are not properly adjusted, there is a possibility that the ROD will bend and the clutch will not be able to be cut.
The flat end of the rod had been touching the holder of the clutch operating plate and was working properly, but now the ball end is on this side and the flat end is on the release piston side. Reversed. When you do the "+", the HolderCenter is pressed by the sphere, causing it to wriggle and fray. Well, it may be tens of thousands of kilometers away, but it is not good for mental health!
The ends are induction hardened for strength and both ends are flat! I think this product is a large change that will be appreciated by those who have replaced the release piston.

Genuine DID 520ERVT Replacement Chain Link
I always like to have some of these in stock in case of any issue during fitting different chains. The DID 520ERVT is one I do have in stock but have no spares. I found this chain link by just searching through the DID inventory on Webike website. It was really easy to find so you should be just fine. I ordered a few other different chain links along with this as I do like options with spare links. All were shipped together and this saved some shipping cost. My order arrived in 5 days from being shipped. The chain link came in a nice sealed packet with all that is needed to refit. You do get the white grease packet in this size chain so that's always a good thing, I have a lot of these anyway but you cannot have too many. The chain link is very well made one, it also is in the gold colour so nice looking too and it is also embossed with the DID logo so you know it's genuine. I keep the rivet link type and this clip joint type but had ran out of this version, hence the purchase. Very happy with these small purchases and these will keep me going for future. Genuine JT Sprockets 14t Front Sprocket for Suzuki SV 650 ABS 2008
This bike came in for a service and a new chain and sprockets fitting. This was purchased along with the rear sprocket just for the job. Have used JT sprockets for many years and know they are brilliant quality and do last a long time compared to some other brands. Easy part to find, I was surprised Webikes stocked them really and quite a few different versions for different models and makes. Price was pretty good. Ordered along with other parts so the shipping was good too. Arrived with no faults or issues. The outer box had been sealed with extra tape to ensure, nothing could fall out or escape during transit. Any empty space was filled with air pockets and bubble wrap so nothing could move too much and damage other more delicate parts in the box. The machining of these sprockets is second to none. The spacing for the bolts is perfect. No problems with anything really. I have not found a sprocket that is of high a quality for the similar price range before. I will stick with JT Sprockets. This bike came in for a service and a new chain and sprockets fitting. The front was also purchased at the same time so I know I would have all the parts together when needed at hand. I usually already have the chains in stock in various sizes so this did not need ordering. As I ordered a few parts together, the shipping was also a little cheaper which is nice. The order arrived in 5 days from being shipped for the warehouse and all the parts were well packaged. As these are aheavy items, they were kept separate from the lighter ones so no damage was sustained. The sprocket itself is very well made and having used JT Sprockets many times before, I know they do last a long time if you get the steel ones. The aluminium ones do last but not closew to as long as the steel ones. Fitting was straight forward as with all chain and sprocket swaps. Very happy with this purchase. Good quality rear sprocket from KITACO
This is a good quality rear sprocket from KITACO, it's made of steel so it's much more durable than the aluminium ones if a bit more heavy but on the plus side it is a lot less expensive also. This is 32 teeth, it's 2 less than the original 34 one so it's better for top speed. Another good quality product from KITACO as usual! View detail

Chain, I purchased this item from Timing on Sprocket exchange.
The secondary deceleration ratio is now about 2.7, and I can drive Smoothly without feeling a lack of Torque during acceleration. (At first it felt strange when starting off, but once I got used to it, I prefer it this way.)
