Just Right Rate
The rate of the center spring that comes with the KOSODrive kit is too high, and while it is quickly good for acceleration in town driving, the rate of the center spring is too low.
I wanted to reduce the rate because the normal RPM is too high and the Damage to the Belt is too large and the fuel consumption is too low.
Before the replacement, Belt had about 5,000 km when using the KN project, and other than that (including OEM) However, after the replacement, the Belt has been able to run for 10,000 km without running out. (It looks like it can go 20,000 km in terms of wear and tear)
When accelerating at full throttle KICKDown, the Large body shifted at about 8000 rpm before the replacement, but after the replacement, the Large body shifted at about 7000 rpm.
However, the Sensep is not too soft and the shifting is not too rough, and the acceleration is now very natural and smooth. (Although there is also the effect of SliderBearing combined with Center spring)
If you want to drive a Scooter as a normal foot pedal without any discomfort, this level of Rate is better.

[How is it used?
I used it on my CYGNUS X for commuting.
The pulleys use KITACO's Power drive kit.
The 7g that came with the KITACO kit was too light and the Engine turned too much, so I used the OEM 9g,
That was not enough to bring out the full flavor of the Power drive kit.
We chose 8g this time, which would be just the right amount of salt between KITACO and OEM.
Was the one you received as per Image?
If you use non-OEM Weight Roller, DAYTONA is the best choice.
The image is OEM's Weight, but DAYTONA's surface Material is also Color:Gray, but made of a similar material,
Durability is expected to be high there.
Was the installation difficult?
It is not particularly difficult, and if you can remove Pulley, it is easy.
How was your experience with it?
Shifting speed is roughly 7300-7400. The maximum speed is still lower than 9g.
but the acceleration just shifts at a rpm that feels like a nice Power.
If you take maximum speed or acceleration, CYGNUS would be acceleration.

Good product at the same price as OEM Product
I was searching for something good to use when replacing Belt and came across this product.
I bought this product believing in the word that it is enhanced compared to the OEM.
I am not sure if the performance is higher because it is replacing a deteriorated Belt, but I am happy with the purchase because the price is not too high.

DAYTONA Weight roller
Used for SUZUKI ADDRESS V100.
The weight combination of six 14.5g OEM weight rollers makes the start of the car feel a little sluggish, so we decided to swing a little in the direction of DASH power and replaced three half of the rollers with the 11.5g DAYTONA weight roller.
The start of movement from a standstill was lighter and the DASH power was increased as targeted.
I think it has become a spec. suitable for city driving.

Replaced to stall on a hill
LIVE DIO suddenly stopped climbing hills that it used to climb with no problem.
The RPMs don't go up at all and it stalls….
I decided to replace the Spring because I thought it was not shifting properly as it was climbing from a 0 start.
Incidentally, parts such as WR, Belt, Clutch, Torque Camshaft, etc. are not climbed with new ones replaced.
The OEM ones were still available, so I was torn between them and the OEM ones, but I decided to go with DAYTONA ones because I knew they would eventually wear out and I had read in the reviews that they do not run out of heat.
The length is about 5mm longer than the OEM one, and I feel that the DAYTONA one is stiffer when pushed in by hand.
When attaching the Belt, I opened the Clutch by hand and had no problem.
On the important slopes, the rpms, which had not been rising before, are now rising, and the car climbs up the slopes as strongly as before.
I can't compare with new OEM springs, but the symptoms of not being able to climb hills with worn out springs were cured by replacing them with DAYTONA springs.
I would like to see a paint job that makes it easier to tell what Spring is attached to the Clutch, even when it is assembled on the Clutch, so that the color of the drills can be more clearly identified.

Driveline Refresh
When the car was new, it had a top speed of 112 km and never hit the rev limit, but after 15,000 km, it started hitting the rev limit and the top speed dropped to 107 km, so we decided to refresh the drivetrain.
Actually, at 5000km, the weight roller was replaced with 17g of DAYTONA and the pulley boss was replaced with DLC of KITACO. I think that the main reason for the decrease in the maximum speed is that the Roller is not shifting smoothly due to the bumps.
The belt may not need to be replaced, but I got an OEM product from AsiaHONDA at a reasonable price, so I decided to replace the belt. So we replaced it.
KITACO's Pulley boss can be changed from 0 to -0.8mm in overall length with a shim washer.
The maximum speed was increased up to 118km/h when the car reached 9400rpm, which is the full Rev limit. were almost the same as NORMAL.

I think it's good
Here are my impressions while using it for less than 8000 km on 1YP2. First of all, the maximum speed has increased, partly because it is a little longer than OEM.
It was still slippery at first, but I think it subsided after driving more than 100 km.
Durability is not bad, as I have not had any problems so far.
I bought it again because I don't feel particularly demerit.Recommendation.

Since I replaced the clutch and pulley, I also replaced the V-belt, which I removed after 1.2000 km on the OEM V-belt, and it still looks good. The installation requires removing both the Pulley and the Clutch due to the structure, and I think it is normal to put the Belt on the Clutch Side and pull it to the Pulley side. At first, I didn't know how to do this. I'm not sure I can really fit it on. It doesn't seem long enough…" But when you grab the Belt with force and pull, the Spring of the Clutch is pushed, allowing the Belt to reach you. Replace while servicing
1.I replaced it while servicing a ZOOMER with 2000 km on it. The original weight roller was a little worn. First time changing weights
I made it heavier than OEM.
I was troubled by the maximum speed of the ADDRESS110.
The result was a slight drop in acceleration, but an increase in top speed of several kilometers.
I'm glad I made the exchange.
It is recommended for those who are rough with Throttle operation, as it provides a somewhat moderate acceleration feeling that is recommended for those who feel that acceleration is too sharp and dangerous.

direct feeling
I have used 3 of these Belts and each one has different durability. The replacement range is from 8000km to 15000km.
This is quite a range considering the season and how you drive. A good rule of thumb for replacement is a slight drop in fuel economy, poor acceleration, and
I replace the Pulley case when it starts to make a tapping sound. If you miss this point, it may suddenly break.
As for the comparison with the OEM, the strengthened belt is the same as the Silver or Gold chain in terms of chain.
There is a Direct feeling to Throttle.
Compared to the OEM, the Direct feeling may come out because there is less deflection, but the force is released by the deflection.
The durability is increased, but the reinforced belt is less durable because the deflection is minimized.
The OEM had the pre-replacement symptoms at about 20000km, but the reinforced Belts have them at about 10000km on average.
However, the price does not go to double, but OEM is pricey. If it can last 10000km with reinforcement.
