Long Bolt required to change from 47X system
Compared to the 47X series regulator, the thickness of the bolt threading area has increased, so a longer bolt is required.
If it is YAMAHAOEM, M6 Bolt of 95027-06025 was attached perfectly.
However, this regulator requires a body ground, but the important body was painted and had no continuity, so the paint was removed from the parts that contact the bolt and frame to make continuity.
I think MAX 14.5V with Light lighting is quite good.

Used in full-wave rectification of JAZZ
It is used in full-wave rectification for JAZZ.
So far it works fine, but you might want to check the mounting position.

Puncture in less than a year
I was expecting this regulator to be a good choice because it has a Heat Radiation Fin, but it's just another brand product.
However, I think it would be good to have it as a spare Parts, as a good luck charm. Since it is an old Motorcycle, it is nice to have the Parts.

At R1-Z
It was used as a thermal countermeasure product for R1-Z.
The mounting pitch did not fit even after shaving and could not be installed with two screws, so it was fixed with one screw.
Coupler's Flat Terminal was also slightly thinner than the OEM one, and the couplers were not inserted properly.
I have reworked it.
I think heat dissipation is improved.

Bolt holes
The Mounting Bolt hole did not fit and I had to cut about 1.5mm off the long hole side.
The RegulatorBody is also very large, so I installed the Connector side upside down.
It's in good working condition, 14.6V, and it's charged.
If you think you can replace the battery with a sealed MFBattery with a little modification, this product will be large and durable.

Harness extension is required.
I installed it on the TRX850, but the Harness length was insufficient. But if you put it in the opposite direction of normal installation, it can be reached somehow. I drove about 700km after installation, but there is no problem at present. If there is something, I will add a note.
Honestly, I wish I had bought the OEM Product as normal.

I'm done after 400km.
I thought it was time to replace it with a new one because of the OEM's ageing and it was 19,000 yen when I checked the OEM.
I checked and the H.Craft products were almost half price, so I bought them.
Even though it was touring in the heat of August, there was nothing special about it, nothing wrong with it.
The lamps are off or the MainFuse is turned off suddenly while driving.
Replacing it with a spare Fuse will cut it off, check Wiring but can't find it on the spot, first Wrecker move
When I came home, I took off the Regulator and found it was Crack and Puncture on the back.
Puncture in just one touring session, and then the OEM was immediately reapplied.
After all, cheap is dangerous, especially for other brand products related to electricity
It was the same as throwing away $8,000.

I think it's a real MOSFET
I'm using a single-phase AC-powered motorcycle and I'm getting 14.6V at Idling
It was virtually unchanged when running and the body was only slightly warm However, it is single phase so it was missing one Dummy cap There are no instructions

I think it's good
I used it on an old 2ndYamaha car
The original parts can be carried as a spare so you can rest assured that you will not have to worry about them breaking down on the road
I think it's a good idea to replace it in conjunction with Battery replacement
But Screw should be 30mm
Also, since it's an electrical part, it's best not to use stainless steel screws

Harness if you're willing to make your own
I put it on to make KSR80 MFBattery
I drove around 1,000km after the replacement, but there is no problem
In the OEM state, only the lights are regulated, so the MFBattery is set as is There are lingering concerns such as the lifespan being reduced to Large widths when loaded
There is a coupler connection to Harness on the car body side, so I made it myself You can install it by inserting the Harness
If you understand the wiring, you can remove the OEMRegulator because the lighting system can be put together You can
There is no problem in operation even if you leave the OEMRegulator, so you can leave it as insurance I guess I took it off after I rode it for a while
For wiring diagrams, it is possible to find out about them with a Net search without a Service Manual No information is available You will need to mend the information you need from multiple sites
In addition, the year of the last model is from Kawasaki as Recall It is safer to use RegulatorKit which should be available I think

An authentic positive ones blew out and it exchanged. Since it was an occasion, he thought that he would exchange for MF battery, and it purchased, but it is rather good. Since he would like to attach a good thing if it changes at any rate.
