MINIMOTO Regulator from 6V MONKEY Silicon Rectifier
I installed it on my 6V GORILLA, I bought it to customize it with 6V, the voltage is very stable and the battery life is longer. I will continue to ride on the Large Cutter while maintaining it. It has been my partner for more than 40 years. View detail
MINIMOTO6VMONKEY Silicon Rectifier Fire to Regulator
I have two 6V GORILLAs, so I installed the first one and the voltage became very stable and the battery life improved dramatically, so I installed the second one as well. I did not want to change to 12V, so I bought it to keep driving with 6V. View detail
Battery depletion and bulb breakage countermeasures!
I have the impression that the 6vEngine runs out of battery fluid quickly and is prone to bulb failure…
I was looking on the Net and found out that the voltage is regulated by Lectifire and Battery?
And my own tl50 that I got used had dried up Battery fluid!
This is why I decided to buy it to make it Regulator like a modern Motorcycle.
For MONKEY parts, but there are only 4 Wiring, and even if the shape of the Connector is different, it is only necessary to modify the Wiring, so I guess the threshold is low in this area (laugh).
tl50OEM Lectifirer is vertical and horizontalQuantity:2 pcs of Connectors could be popped in.

MONKEYz50j 6v with a pontoon!
I can install it on my z50j! There are not many 6v products in the lineup, so I appreciate you selling it to me. It is good because it runs without any problem. View detail
Initial 4LMONKEY, Regulatorized
I put a ST50 Engine on my Initial Model4LMONKEY and it was generating too much power and when I increased the RPM, the light bulb would go out. 。 I know I am biased, but I was worried about the quality of Minimoto because there are no good images of Minimoto, but when I installed it, I was very satisfied with the quality of the regulator.
The installation is not that difficult, but since I don't trust CrabClip, I cut the wiring on the 6V MONKEY/GORILLA Main Harness side of the Coupler and add an additional wiring to it, then use the Bullet Type Terminal to force the connection. Then, the waterproof cover is attached and the waterproof cover is removed. Then, the waterproof cover is too tight, so I used Nylon Tape to cover the wiring. It requires a little ingenuity, but I think it is safer this way.

No returns or exchanges, even for initial defects.
The product was initially defective, but cannot be returned or exchanged.
Attention!
If the product is installed in a car model other than the compatible car model, it will not be returned or exchanged even if it is defective in the initial stage.

No returns or exchanges, even for initial defects.
This product is not a Universal Product and is for Honda's 6VDAX and MONKEY only.
If the product is installed on a model other than the compatible model, even if it is initially defective, it will not be returned or exchanged.
If you install it on a model other than the compatible model, we only hope to God that it is not an initial defect. (However, Chinese products are generally known to have many initial defects.)
I was hit with a defective product. It's not a compatible model. They did not replace it because of the following reason.
The connection data of the resistance values between terminals of normal products are not known by the supplier and are unknown. Naturally, there is no standard circuit diagram.

The poor electrical components of the 6VCUB will be slightly better.
When the battery gets weak, the headlight and tail lamp, which are directly connected to the generator When the battery is weakened, the headlight and tail lamp, which are directly connected to the generator, get a large voltage and run out of bulbs.
When I put this product in the wiring, it seems to prevent the voltage from flowing beyond a certain level, and the Valve is no longer out of bulbs because the voltage does not flow beyond its rating.

A must for older cars with 6V
Bought this for my Honda ELSINORE 125.
The ELSINORE 125 has only rectification of the RectiFirea, so it is voltage controlled by Battery.
The electrical system was updated with the modern one without being concerned about the original.
This 6V Regulator, home-made EDLCBattery reply, BlinkerLED and Tail lampLED are working with Battery reply without any problem.
The Blinker and Tail light up brightly even in Idling state.
It is easier than rewinding the coil or rectifying the full wave to 12V.
VANVAN90 is the same thing and I left it at 6V for Battery reply.
It's been 5 years since I installed it and it's been fine.

Cost-effective.
In the case of a 6?selenium or rectifier with only a rectification function, neglecting BatteryMaintenance will cause the electrical system to troubled.
This is a standard item for preventive electrical customization to prevent that from happening.
There are no performance issues, but there seems to be the occasional outlier.
I've used a few of the same ones, but I punctured them once.
Well, it's hard to say if it's an OEM product or a Puncture; (Lol)
The OEMRegulator is surprisingly expensive.
In comparison, the price is better and the performance is comparable.
It's working fine.

It's not impossible to use it
I purchased this product due to an electrical problem with my APE 50 As a result, the OEMRegulator had no problems and when I put this product on it, it was rejected There is a problem with the meters Specifically, when both Tachometer and Speedometer are connected, the voltage is not satisfactory Can't get it? It's either that or the Meter doesn't work So maybe it's extra severe, but there's nothing better than OEM parts View detail
A little bit cheaper would be great!
I installed it on MOTOCOMPO
Wiring was adjusted by cutting and pasting because it was long
I don't agree with taking a simple Tap connection from the generator, but anyone can install it Quantity:Set

Harness if you're willing to make your own
I put it on to make KSR80 MFBattery
I drove around 1,000km after the replacement, but there is no problem
In the OEM state, only the lights are regulated, so the MFBattery is set as is There are lingering concerns such as the lifespan being reduced to Large widths when loaded
There is a coupler connection to Harness on the car body side, so I made it myself You can install it by inserting the Harness
If you understand the wiring, you can remove the OEMRegulator because the lighting system can be put together You can
There is no problem in operation even if you leave the OEMRegulator, so you can leave it as insurance I guess I took it off after I rode it for a while
For wiring diagrams, it is possible to find out about them with a Net search without a Service Manual No information is available You will need to mend the information you need from multiple sites
In addition, the year of the last model is from Kawasaki as Recall It is safer to use RegulatorKit which should be available I think

Electric system Trouble all elimination!
Electric system Trouble for one and a half years.
Finally eliminating all by Regulator exchange.
I almost exchanged Electric Parts up to the investigation of the cause ... In future, if I think that there is nothing to replace newly ten years ahead, I wonder if it was a failure.
6 BoltParts which is hard to obtain at shop front.
It is truly appreciated that you can purchase on OnLine.
Size is more than twice the OEM regulation.
I can not fix it in a normal place, but when I exchange it with the place of CDI Unit, it refuses Refreshing.
All Wiring is nearby, so it's easy to work as you can branch out crisply.

Because I blew away ^ ^;
Will it be around the car delivered three years over 10,000 km. Suddenly the light got dark.
Since I knew the symptoms of RegulatorPuncture OEM Regulator
I easily understood what was blown away.
Just buying this Regulator, usually OEM Product, is reasonable price,
I bought it because it was placed where I dropped in..
Although the enclosure is slightly large, I can use the Coupler as it is without problems.
I am worried about durability, but it will be OK after 10,000 km Large. I do not know yet.

Buy ELSINORE 125 Battery reply
ELSINORE 125 was just rectified by Silicon Rectifier Fire A, so I was worried about the load on Battery.
Along with Battery reply, I bought MINIMOTO's Regulator.
Although ELSINORE was originally incompetent power generation, Blinker, Tail, and Indicator Lamp were made into LEDs, and Condenser was made into an electric double layer capacitor, so Blinker will blink for about 3 minutes even if the Engine is turned off.
Regulator also 7. 4~7. It is stable around 8.
Coil It was troublesome to rewind, so I am very satisfied.

For cars with chassis number 1600000 or earlier.
For old MONKEY, I use Silicon Rectifier Fire. This is only to convert the generated alternating current to direct current electricity, there is no function to suppress the voltage like the Regulator. Always Battery is overcharged.
In my case Battery died about 1000 kilometers.
Black rectangular box of photo is Silicon Rectifier Fire. Cage Lame It is the Large crime of Le. This is fixed under Seat MONKEY is cautionful!
Please turn on Regulator. The life span of Battery grows far enough.
How to install is written in the attached Instruction Manual, but I explain briefly here.
1. Remove Seat and Left Side Cover.
2. Remove the Rectifier under Seat and connect the Connector of the purchased product.
3. Product's Yellow color Wiring and Generator cover (Gold genus Case above Change Pedal) Connect the Yellow color Wiring in the plural Wiring out of it with the attached electric tap.
4. Body ground the product's Black Wiring.
5. Set Regulator in appropriate place. I fixed it under Seat.
6. Add Seat and Side cover.
This is the installation procedure.
Although it is a commodity that you can not handle yourself, I think that it is better to buy this price than to make it yourself.
With this, the worry of the bulb is lost.

This rectifier has been nothing short of excellent. I can not fault it in any way and it is exactly the same as a genuine Honda.
