A thickness that is often used
0.The 75sp is a thick wire that is often used when doing electrical work on motorcycles and cars, but until recently I had been reusing the harness from an old car navigation system. Because a considerable length remained, I have used it for various things, but I came to purchase it because the stock finally ran out, and I chose Black and Blue for some reason because I had many opportunities to use it for Minus.
This time I made a Wiring with Coupler to attach the Blinker relay to the car body, I used about 15cm of it and it has 5Meter so it looks like I won't need to buy it for some time to come. This kind of item can be bought in just the right quantity, and there are more opportunities to choose Emon, which can be used with confidence in terms of quality. Of course, after all, a new one is soft and easy to handle unlike a used one.

Tachometer installation
Used for Tachometer installation. It's more expensive than the wire and terminals I bought, but it's safe. View detail
Easy Installation
I used it to install the company's Blinker.
I was able to install the Blinker with ease, but I thought it could be a little cheaper.
The installation itself went without a hitch.

For KTM DUKE200Front brake switch
It's expensive for such a small part! The reason why it is not 3 is because this Small Size Plain Type Terminal is not sold at Homsens and Large Hand Car Parts Stores. (Lol)
KITACO's expensive, but it's no wonder Size is unique. (Lol)
Anyway, the hassle of sanding a cheap one is Large strange, so here it is! "Making honeydew."
Take Plus out of Brake switch.
A course for the electrically challenged
As shown in the picture, first remove the Red Vinyl coating, you can use Nipper, Cutter, or burn it with a lighter.
Crimp the terminal with Pliers at three places of the tip
Male-type terminal Quantity coming out of Brake switch:2pc. Use one of them for the Set, so you can attach the corresponding Female type to 1pc.
The wiring tip for the brake switch extending from the car body is a Female type, so attach a Male type terminal somewhere. Both terminals can be anywhere.
One of the three mata becomes the Plus side to take out, and it connects it to Plus side Wiring of the additional equipment. It can be Male, Female, Round Type, Direct Soldering, or Nan according to the side to be connected.
The Minus side can be from the BatteryMinus side or the car body Earth or Nan.
As a precaution, put a Fuse somewhere.
Male-type terminal Quantity coming out of Brake switch:2pc. One of the Sets has Plus running all the time, and the other has Plus running when you hold Brake.
If you want to add a USB port, you can use the one that is always flowing, and if you want to use a light that is linked to Brake, you can use the other one. It chooses according to the use.
Even if you don't have a tester, you can test it by temporarily attaching the Minus to the body ground and connecting it to one of the brake switches. (Lol)

For Blinker repair.
I used it on a non-posh product, so I had to modify it, but it worked fine. View detail
For rainy day measures.
I bought this Coupler because the original Coupler was not waterproof specification. It's a bit large, but I think it's safe for rainy days...? View detail
BrakeThis part is similar to Brake.
This is the same product as the Brake switch. This product is required when Gail's MASTER is installed, and can be installed without any modification since Kawasaki models are equipped with Bolt On Coupler.
The fitting is also a little longer hole so you can fine tune it.
The wiring is a little thin, so I reinforced it with Heat Shrink Tube, and then I bundled it with OEM Harness with Insulated Tape. The steel part rusted after one month of installation, so it's better to apply silicon grease.

Fits: Others For ADDRESS V125LED Blinker and LED Tail Lamp Kit made by KITACO
STREET MAGIC can be replaced in 5 minutes
I changed the Blinker to LED and it stayed on, so I replaced it.
It's between Headlight and MeterLeft, and no tools were needed!
If you do not reuse the conventional mounting rubber, the direction will be different and the wiring will not reach.
Blinker sound is now more subdued and blinks faster than before.

For OEM diversion
In order to use the Yamaha OEM thin switch, I was planning to use the Coupler from the original Kawasaki OEM switch. However, the Throttle of the zx6r that I was going to use at the same time was difficult to install, and there was a possibility of putting it back together. I wanted to make it the same color as the Kawasaki Coupler, but I had no choice.
The Harness that connects to the Switch has the same 110 type 6-pole Coupler Male as this product, and the YamahaOEMSwitch also has the same 6-pole Male, so it was necessary to replace the Coupler. I checked the wiring of each switch and the wiring diagram of the zrx1100, and inserted the 6 wires into the female position of this product. Because the type is the same, it is possible to connect it exactly, and there was no problem at all functionally. I'm very happy with the way the Switch works.

The work can be done with a minimum of a ruler. It is important to read the Instruction Manual carefully. Since the parts are very small, we recommend that you work in a clean place to avoid losing them.

Wiring, Re-Crimping
Wiring (Disconnection) It is old and I bought it for re-assembly. The price is reasonable and good. I thought this was the one I wanted because it was Gold in the picture. When I received it and saw it, it was a silver one.
It's inexpensive, crimpy, and if it connects properly, there's no problem.

Also for OEMHarnessRepair
If you want to do WiringCustom such as Blinker, this is the one to choose.
Even Other Brand Products with Bullet Type Terminal can be SMARTly connected to OEMHarness for older vehicles with this.
It is possible to make a reliable connection and make Wiring easy to understand for anyone to see.
In my case, because the nail of the Connector of OEMHarness was broken, and it came to come off when a little force was applied, I pulled out the terminal this time, and used only the attachment of One Side of Connector.
Now I can run with peace of mind. It's a small thing, but I hope they keep selling it.

Ideal for securing the Earth of the device to the Bolt of the vehicle.
I use it to hold the Earth of the electronics firmly in place through the Bolt on the car body.
The Stag beetle type would have been fine, but it would have fallen off while removing the Bolt. This perfectly round product is attached to the Bolt properly, so there is no need to worry.
Just be careful because you need to remove the Bolt completely.
Also the Sleeve is properly Quantity:It is safe because it is Set.

I use it for Wiring protection of power supplies.
The 12V from the Battery is used for Wiring protection from the bottom of the Seat to the Front section.
I think the Colgate Tube is the best choice because the moving part is where it passes to the Handlebar section.
Regardless of the voltage, it is recommended to cover and wire where Short is concerned.

The size is a little large, but the practicality is perfect.
[How is it used?
ai-net i-Net Waterproof Mini Flat Type Fuse Holder MINI Flat Type is used to protect PL Insurance Products outside the car. The Fuse holder itself is waterproof, but in order to increase the degree of waterproofing, this Wiring Cover is also used together.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It's a little bigger than I thought it would be.
Was the installation difficult?
It's not difficult at all because it's just threading a cable, but it was difficult to find a place to place it because the body is large.
How was your experience with it?
I wrapped it with WaterproofTape because rain enters from the part where I pass the cable.

Fits: HONDA LITTLE CUB, HONDA LITTLE CUB, HONDA LITTLE CUB, HONDA BENLY50CD50, HONDA DAX, HONDA SUPER CUB 50
I used it on my AB26DAX.
I bought and used it when I installed the power advance full digitalCDI of DAYTONA to HondaDAX12V (AB26).
It is possible to convert from OEM 6-pole Coupler to 4-pole + 2-pole Coupler.
Just to make sure, I checked the Wiring color of the 6 pole side, but there was no problem with the color and the line, and I was able to install it as it was.
I found a similar product at Minimoto, but I was told that this product from KITACO fits DAX (AB26).
I chose this one because it was properly described.
The OEM CDI is hidden under the Battery case, Battery, Battery case.
It needs to be removed.
It seemed to be possible to make it by myself, but when I think about the purchase of Coupler and the confirmation of Wiring
I figured it would be more affordable to buy this product and I was right.

Refreshing the appearance of Wiring.
The RoseRose Wiring can be wrapped neatly, and the appearance becomes Refreshing. It's easy to install and efficient because you don't need to use any tools. This Spiral Tube is indispensable for the installation of the electrical components. View detail
Durability not tested, everything else is fine.
There are a lot of reviews about the durability, but first of all, the impression at the stage of installation is not that bad.
I was just curious.
Because Wiring is long, and NORMAL is a terminal directly to Switch, when the terminal is put on Wiring, it is inevitably long and it is excessive, and if it attacks to the Heat Shrink Tube part of the root, it may be different, but because processing is troublesome, this time Pass
Wiring is too thin and difficult to caulk, so it needs a holder.
The good news is.
The position of the hole is perfect (it is reported that it was Large strong because it seems that there is a bad individual difference).
The switch does not need to be adjusted when changing the lever position, which is great because the external switch for the Brembo racing master used to need to be adjusted every time the lever position was changed.
I'll report back if it breaks.
