The low side is connected using the included White colored Electro Tap. No on/offSwitch was installed since there is no vehicle inspection.
I was a little dissatisfied that I could not do wiring without cutting into the headlight unit, but I am generally satisfied with the brightness and parenthesis after installation.

Excellent for OEMHeadlight measures that are too dark.
I purchased this product to address a complaint about the CT125, the OEMLED Headlight.
It would not be bad to install a Fog Lamp instead of a Driving Lamp, but the generator output is also equivalent to the Engine Displacement Volume, so it is not possible to install an oversized electrical component. I have just added an Asahi Leg shield, so it's even more difficult to install it in the right position.
And as a compensatory act for not having the usual time to rideω.
Order this kit to convert OEM LED Headlight to H4, which is critical for nighttime rain on country roads, as the visibility is almost ineffective.
Kelvin is color temperature, not brightness.
I think the work itself is reasonably difficult, but there are too many accessories in my house, so it is somewhat more difficult to access and remove them….
Also, I'm so paranoid that I ignore the work as per Manual and processω.
First, we temporarily assembled the tap to check that it works, and then discarded the Electro Tap without regard to the manual.
Good thing good kids never use Electro Tap.
Because Trouble Frequent Cancer
The core wire is exposed by stripping the intermediate sheath, the plug receptacle is cut open with an electric tool to make an improvised splice, crimped with a branch line, and wrapped with harness tape.
With this, the contact failure rate is as close to 0% as possible!
And the rest is usually as per Manualω.

I had a woodworking holesaw, so I managed with that.
If you don't have one, I'd use a soldering iron to melt it down.
One last move!
The H4 is a very good solution, but it has a LED headlight that lacks the universal nature of the fine connector with a dedicated cooling fan, so it is not a good solution.
When it becomes impossible to light up in the future….
Branch Wiring to UniversalH4-305Connector for immediate replacement
Bullet Terminal connection in the middle and keep the Connector inside the very narrow Headlight case.
Of course, the Bullet Terminal should be on the Female side and insulated with harness tape just in case.

This way, whether Halogen or LED, Universal Product can be used.
However, the use of High Wattage products such as Halogen etc. should be avoided as much as possible.
I think LED is better for Halogen 35w or so.

We need to devise something outside of the Instruction Manual.
The disadvantage of the CT125's most Large is that the Headlight is very dark.
It is an unbelievable Level to sell a moped motorcycle with such a dark headlight at a legal speed of 60 km/h. How can you sell a moped motorcycle with such a dark headlight?
Various people were getting by with Fog Lamps and Auxiliary Lamps, and I had an Auxiliary Lamp with Cutline. It was bright, but I could not switch between high and low, so I had to endure either Situation.
I found Headlight by chance, and although I was worried about replacing the whole unit, the work manual with pictures made it possible for me to replace the unit successfully, although I misunderstood some parts. I think it would have been less hurdle if there was a more detailed explanation of which connection means what.
I would have liked some tips on how to make the holes in the HVAC Larger. I worked by trial and error, so the finished product was quite dirty. I think it would have been cleaner if I had used a holed saw from the beginning. Well, it doesn't matter because it is invisible.
By the way, I chose 3000K (Halogen color). I am satisfied with the good visibility and the classical image because there is a lot of fog in this area.

LED Headlight
Before installing this product, a Hid Kit from Other Brand Product was installed in the vehicle, but I thought that thermal expansion would distort the Lens of the Headlight, so I decided to replace it. The light intensity is the same for both products, but I am concerned about the durability of the product. The only problem I had with the installation was the wiring. Not well made for over 30,000.
Because it is quite large, it hits with the front carrier attached, hits the OEM meter, and is not considered to be Clearance.
Front carrier was removed, OEM meter was installed and bracket angle was modified to secure clarity, but only bolts on both sides were fixed and optical axis shifted while driving.
The enclosed Washer and RubberWasher are also used together to make it a little better.
The nut inside the light is also in a free state, so the light is aligned with the optical axis, the light is removed, and the bolt is tightened.
If it is nut welded to the inner plate. and if it has a separate Bracket for optical axis adjustment.
The light and back boxes are not like the OEM ones, and there are gaps between them.
It is brighter, but 38,000 yen for this?
Fog Lamp from another Manufacturer is recommended.
I went Camping touring the other day and no one was wearing it. I'm convinced.

I understand it is for DAX125 ….
It illuminates the road surface better than OEMLight.
However, the OEM meter was not clear, and the clearance was not secured, and it was facing downward quite a bit.
I had asked the shop to install it, so they managed to do it, but the Instruction Manual said to adjust the optical axis, but there is no clearance for adjustment.

Product defective both times.
Purchased and installed at a certain motorcycle accessory store. Immediately after installation, the Lens fogged up and emitted a yellow color.
The product was defective and was replaced by the Manufacturer, but the product sent back had the same problem.

Very bright LED Bulb
We used to use LED Headlight made by another company.
Protec's CYCLONELED uses a fan system for heat dissipation.
The previous LEDs sometimes seemed a little dark at night, but I had no complaints while using them.
However, I have had the opportunity to use this product with the edge, and it is brighter.
This product was my first experience with Protec products, and I felt that I would like to continue using them in the future, including the sincerity of the engineers toward their products.

How was your experience with it?
I haven't been able to install it yet because I haven't had time to work on it, but the design is simple and the wiring is easy, so it looked like it would fit in pretty well at the tentative assembly stage.

The lowBeam is so dark.
It's so dark that you might think that the lights are not on when driving at night or when driving on the Tunnel. It is so dark. However, High beam is very bright. It is very useful for DRZ400sm which is difficult to pass the inspection with LightTester. I didn't imagine it would be so dark, maybe OEM Lens is bad, but High beam is so bright. I got this on my DR-Z400sm that was delivered today.
According to the father of the shop where I bought it, the OEM didn't pass inspection, so they put it on with Service, and it's certainly bright.
I rarely ride at night, but every time I inspect my car, I raise the Battery direct power supply PlusIdling rotation demon, and furthermore, it is troublesome to store the new Headlight cowlAssen for inspection only Stock, so I am happy about this. The wire was broken at 9000kmMeter after installation.
The brightness is bright enough not to be compared with other products, but due to the disconnection of the 3-pole coupler coming out of the body, both Low beam and High beam are not attached. To improve the visibility when returning home
I had a cheap Chinese LED on the Lo side, but it was too dark to see & when I visited Protec to do something about the visibility, I had them replace it along with the shift position.
You can switch between Single Light and Twin Light by turning on/off the Switch.
Since the illumination range has been increased by turning on the Twin Light, it has become easier to be recognized even in the evening when Rush returns home.
However, you need to switch to Single Light to use it when Passing.
Is it because you are forcing the Hi optical axis to Lo?
The disadvantage is that it is a little darker than RISING H7 which I put in Lo side later. It is a little darker than H7.
It's a little bit Green.
Maybe it's the color temperature difference.
For some reason, when I set it to Twin Light, the Fuse jumps frequently, so now I set it to Single Light.

Solves the DR-Z's weakness, lack of light!
OEMHeadlight's darkness is renowned as DR-Z's Achilles heel.
Some Owner's replace the entire face, but this product eliminates the darkness without changing the OEM face.
The amount of light of LED is as expected. It became bright at once.
The Japanese Vehicle Inspection Correspondence and Waterproof are also taken care of by the domestic brand.
As long as I drive on public roads, it is important from a safety standpoint to improve visibility from oncoming vehicles, so I personally required it.
The installation was done without any large stress.
The price is a little bit high because it is only for the niche car DR.
