Here is an imprementation for a '90 C ZZr1100.
Meter panel is Color for C-type ZZr1100:Unpainted resin is obviously cheaper than the D-type, and when exposed to ultraviolet rays, it becomes white and has a texture that is hard to look at. The resin can be kept clean to some extent with regular use of a resin luster revival agent, but it is a 30+ year old motorcycle to begin with, so … it is not a good idea to use a resin luster revival agent.
I decided early on when I started riding my ZZr to get the Carbon Meter Panel from A-TECH, and I'm glad to see that they produce handmade exterior parts for 30+ year old Motorcycle's. I have no choice but to buy it.
So I placed an order with Webig in February, but the delivery date was mid-August, six months later. Well, we are not in a hurry, so we waited patiently, but half a year is a long time no matter what we think.
The parts we received were beautiful plain weave Carbon, and they were solid. [Color] The installation work was done by myself. The installation work was done by myself. Although the assembly accuracy was not as good as the OEM parts, I did not have to file the screw holes to make them larger. I was happy to see that the installation was completed without any modifications to the screw holes, which I had expected to be done by machining. If I wanted to perfectly match the chili, that would be a different story, but for now, I am satisfied with the results.
I like the carbon inner panel because it gives the car a custom look and feel. It looks very cool. It is very cool.
The only drawback is the delivery date and the small window to access the reserve tank for Coolant. A-TECH's Small window cannot open the Reserve tank lid, so it makes no sense at all. If you just want to inspect it, just shine a light on it. Well, Coolant replenishment is not a work to be done so frequently, and I dare to say that there are some drawbacks.
If you have a C type ZZr1100, it will give you a great atmosphere. Personally, I am glad I bought it.

The servicing side gets worse than NORMAL but the looks gets preeminently better.
I chose Magical as Cost performance and tried installing it myself. This is quite a struggle with Large strange work. In the attached manual, I described Handlebar ... but as a result of trial and error as to what I managed to do without removing Handlebar, I removed the Inner panel, Side cowl, Under Cowl, Clutch lever, Brake lever and finally Upper By taking Bolt fixing Cowl and shifting Upper Cowl a little while ago, Handlebar was able to fit CarbonInner without Rose at all.
Since Carbon hardly warped, installation should be done very carefully, around the junction of Normal cowl, CarbonInner, horn etc etc. For those who have always done Masking with curing Tape will be able to prevent scratches. Since this is a personal installation method to the end this time, I think that it is better to consider those who have experience in maintenance, or alternatives to be installed on Shop.

Compared to OEM, it has an overwhelming presence.
Regarding the installation, although it is all self-installing, it was pretty daunting.
First of all, in addition to ordinary tools, Front-up Stand : Try twisting and detaching difficult unless you remove the Top Bridge.
Masking tape : Side cowletc. Masking to prevent scratches on parts that are likely to come into contact.
Hang the tank from the top : On the OEM's pillar will disturb the movement of the Top Bridge.
Removed parts etc. To prepare for installation, Top Bridge, Screen (It is necessary to divert the edge of TopCowl) ,
TankUp (It is necessary to move the Top Bridge to get it under the tank) ,
Brake and Clutch lever (Hose can not move to Tank side by bracing) ,
Either Handlebar (If the top bridge is not oblique at 45 °, the bar interferes)
If possible, if you leave Front fork, it will be easy to install without scratching the surroundings - - -
The attached state Fit feeling is Fit without firstly processing, but to OEMCover there is a Grommet,
There is no protrusion to push down from the top. Therefore, Quantity : Pair (for Left and Right) Can not fix bulging of.
Clearance with Tank Parts is wider than OEM, and insulation treatment is not done on Reverse side, so it is quite a while driving
I'm afraid to have a fever.
From 08 onwards, even under OEM, insulation measures at the bottom of the tank (Heat Insulating Material directly above Mission) Because of the hotness of the Engine is transmitted to the feet from the gap of Tank as soon as possible, further heat damage is likely to accelerate.
There is Fuse in TopCowlLeft Side, but it is possible to exchange somehow by floating the Cover around Meter.
It will be a rather troublesome and large-scale task, if you can not think this is fun, we will ask for a shop request.
Aside from those who are suffering from hot air from the bottom of the Tank since 08,
Automatic for Vehicle gap Tape is pasted between Tank and Frame to remove heat insulation treatment on the bottom surface of the tank bottom part Pump part and OEM Mission upper heat insulation seat to let the hot air escape from the Swingarm part.
By installing the WaterproofSmall Type electric fans at the bottom of the tank if possible, it is hardly hot.

Other holes were too small, and process was necessary to mount the well nuts.
It would have been better if they'd put 2 more well nuts into the set.
I think the product costs too much after going through all that hassle and despite the fact that it's a product designed by model.
