I got the wrong item
The product spec. seems to have been changed and I received a product different from the picture. 。 I sent an email to WEBIKE saying that if I received the wrong item, I could have it replaced with the correct one, but the reply was that the item had been Spec. changed.
The picture of the product at the time of my purchase had nothing written in the center, but the product I received had SHARK something written in the middle in the English version. 。 The product description page stated that the manufacturer was ASY, but nowhere on the product itself or on the package was ASY mentioned, and I could understand if ASY had changed the product spec. I thought that a different Manufacturer would not be called a change in the product spec.
It must have been over a week since that exchange, but the photo on the product Page has not been replaced.
I don't think it's up to the consumer to make sure the right product is being sent. 。 It is an inexpensive product, and I can understand why they handle so many items. 。 I think you should replace it with the correct product photo immediately, or if you can't do it immediately, you should temporarily suspend the sale. 。 I ended up returning the product and getting the gold back, but don't forget that the customer also put in a lot of unnecessary effort in exchanging emails, packing the product, shipping it from the post office, and so on. 。 I hope you are not thinking of returning Gold.

Bad accuracy
Purchased as a replacement for a Gasoline leak from an OEM cap.
The installation itself is completed quickly with three Bolts.
The lid was slightly lifted, but since it was an Other Brand Product, we thought it was inevitable.
However, once the lid is opened, it is so inaccurate in its construction that no matter how hard it is pushed in, it will not lock and the key will not pull out.
Rubber packing was the same shape as OEM, so I used it to replace the OEM cap. The Gasoline leak was fixed.
It would be good to use it as a parts holder for Packing to be used for OEM, but it is not cosy to pay almost 4,000 yen just for Packing.

Not attached to Type 3 GSX1300R HAYABUSA

Discoloration after 4 days of installation.
It has been 4 days since installation and some of it is now White blurry.
I requested a replacement, but if you are concerned about discoloration, Urethane [Color] The reply came back that I should blow Clear.

You're a joke.
A corner was damaged. It was chipped. I waited for it and when it arrived, this is what I got.
It would have been fine if Magical had been honest enough to admit and replace it, but I want to say and tell anyone who is considering buying it.
The packaging of WeBig was well packed, even the cardboard ball and the Cushion material etc. inside the box were well packed without any tears, and there were no tears or scrapes at all, but only the corner of the product inside was scraped.
The corners were securely wrapped and packaged in foam Material Seat, so surely the product must have already been damaged when shipped by Magical. However, when I contacted Magical, they refused to acknowledge that this was impossible! They refused to admit that it was damaged.
And they are trying to blame it on WeBig.
They ship damaged products without careful inspection. Recently Magical has been making Carbon badly, and everything is bad. They are famous for their bad fittings. They have become a bad manufacturer, even shipping damaged products.
