stupid design
A big problem occurs when replacing the air cleaner (filter). One bolt of the air cleaner box cannot be removed due to the interference of the guard. According to the standard, you need to remove the guard, replace the air cleaner, and install the guard again. Very inconvenient. View detail
This is the Attachment Bar
I bought the handlebar because it was inexpensive and I thought it would be easier to pull up my leg when I had a minor fall or when I was standing on the ground. I tried to pull my leg out to wake it up, but my body was not strong enough and the motorcycle was so heavy that it lay right on its side.
The Instruction Manual for the product includes It's not that durable." But I didn't know it was this weak...
It is likely to be used as a base to install a Fog Lamp, etc., but it is not so strong and flattering that it will bend if you hold it by hand and pull it. "Engine Guard" This was not a product that could be called a Attachment Bar It is
I replaced it with one from SWMo-Tech, although it is a bit more expensive.

I don't like the shape of OEM engine guard of W800, so I installed this one of DAYTONA.:The 2pc pipe cover was so poor that it bent easily. The design is excellent. View detail

For being so expensive, the construction was crude
Since the car has only just been released, there are four different types to choose from, and the Hepco& Becker is the one with the look Purchase
When I received it and opened it, the first thing I noticed was numerous scratches and paint peeling I even wanted to return it, but it took over a month for it to arrive and when I asked for it back, it took probably another two months I gave up as I waited for about a week
It doesn't come on easily
The accuracy of the bottle is too low, so it cannot be tightened, and it is not possible to remove it I bought another bottle
Because the hole on the Guard side does not fit the Smaller Bottle, I had to widen the hole
It came with me anyway, but I regret that I should have gone with OEM
And the instruction manual is in German (?) And I couldn't read myself at all
Now all you have to do is hope that it works when you defeat the Motorcycle If you can't guard it, it's Garbage

You'll have to be careful about the angle of the mounting.
When it falls over, if the installation angle is not exactly right, it will rotate and eventually the Guard The damage to the Engine was prevented, but the Engine was slightly damaged There is no point in scarring them View detail
Looks good,but very weak
I bought this engine guard for it's low price, however it is too soft at the connection part, this may protect your bike only if it is still and it will bend. View detail

Well, I feel a bit expensive in terms of price.
If you do not tighten the mounting Bolt kind on average, the Size is slightly About so it is partially loaded.
It may be difficult to install with Sunday tool.
Building and painting are not bad, but Material : It was unexpected that it was Aluminum.
It is slightly better than Chinese-made, degree.
As for the size of each part, there was no need for processing.

I purchased a 2 support for my CB1300. So when I fall, the guard moves upwards and touches the crankcase where it makes a scare. So anyway I end up with a damaged crankcase.
It might be better to get a 3 support.
At my second fall I got a crack on the mounting section on the engine side. I might not have a next chance.
The scares on the guard can be covered with a black fiber pen.
It seems to lack function because it's made out of aluminum and only has 2 supports but you might be able to avoid damages and use it longer if you don't make big falls.

A photograph is a gap of the hole stopped with the U bolt under the right guard.
It has shifted half.
Even when it was slanting, pressing down a guard's pipe, by Tokoro who was put into the hole and out of whom the head of the screw came about 2 mm, it screwed up with the bolt, and it fastened somehow and bound tight.
Alone, probably, it is difficult.
BINITEPU to a frame -- twisting -- unless it uses about one roll, a U bolt does not start -- :notes:

After engine guard wearing, although it stood twice carelessly and in succession and there is GOKE, it is the 1st time and was already distorted, and by the 2nd time, it interfered in the engine thoroughly and a wound is attached to a crankcase.
If there is no guard, of course, I will think that damage was more serious, but I stand and think what [ being distorted by a GOKE grade ].
Although carried out without the sub frame, with this guard, I think whether to be a twist which is not, or the Massey grade.
