Grip is consumable.
This time, I bought the Grip I use for SR because it was getting old. I thought about the Grip again (laugh).
What is ☆Grip in the first place?
It is located at both ends of the Handlebar and is directly connected to the Throttle.
☆ What is your role?
Motorcycles transmit road conditions and body vibrations from the Handlebar, but vibrations and shocks can easily cause fatigue. Therefore, Grip works to absorb such shocks and vibrations.
☆ From what perspective should Grip be chosen?
Various materials are used for grips, such as gold, hard rubber, and soft sponge rubber. What is the best material among them?
→ As a matter of fact, which one will fit you will vary widely depending on your individual preferences and the Situation you use.
☆Situation and example
Harley-Davidson's custom machine→Sponge rubber has excellent shock absorption properties and is used for example in the case (SR and single cylinder are also used here).
◎for Race→ thin and easy to grasp the road surface and tire conditions. Therefore, it tends to be favored by people who enjoy riding. A typical example is the Grip, which was used in Yamaha's production Racer TZ250 on an OEM basis.
◎Touring use→ The thicker the better, the easier it is to reduce fatigue in accelerator operation.
The thicker the Demerit→, the more difficult it is to transmit information from the road surface and tires, and the smaller the hand, the more difficult it is for a small person or woman to operate the lever. The thicker the accelerator operation is, the more it can respond to a large amount of movement, so it cannot be said that the thicker the grip is, the better. 。
This is all a story of difference, so I think it is at least a matter of not interfering with the Lever operation and preference.
This one, which can be called the barrel type Type, was replaced this time.
Why did you choose this one?
→Touring Main to reduce vibration, Style was the deciding factor (lol) and price.
good point
● It is thicker, so it absorbs vibration. Because the vibration of SR without →Balancer is great (laughs).
● Soft and easy to grip. →Durability will be low.
Analog atmosphere suits the car body.
A bad point
The thickness of the Accelerator makes it difficult to perform precise Accelerator operations.
● Because it is held forcefully, it is soft and easily progressively wears out. 2 years may not be enough (laughs).
How to exchange ■ ■
(1) Remove the existing Grip.
Existing grips are generally removed using a slotted screwdriver and parts cleaner.
(2) Clean the Handlebar.
Old glue remains on the handlebar after removing the existing grips 。 Use parts cleaner or a spatula to remove the adhesive and clean the Handlebar.
Before installing the new grips, apply Grip Bond to the handlebar. 。 If too much is applied, the bond will stick out when the grips are inserted, and it is a hassle to clean it up, so apply a thin coat. 。 It is necessary to allow the Grip Bond to cure overnight.
Point to note:When removing the grip, do not damage the throttle cone with a slotted screwdriver + remove the old adhesive firmly (the adhesion of the new grip will deteriorate).
Grips are considered to be consumable parts and not permanently usable parts, so if you continue to drive for a long time, you will probably have to replace them at some point (laugh).

I like normal things like this.
A little thicker, feels good in the hand, feels right at home.
Good texture and normal appearance without being noticeable.
I have it on Condor and it fits in very well.

Cosmo!
It was a replacement of OEMGrip for W650 and I think the atmosphere is very nice.
I especially like the Custom and old car feel.
I thought the Normal grip had a harder grip feel and was a little thin,
After the change, the grips have a moderately soft feel and the diameter is thicker, making it a good fit.
I didn't expect the workmanship because it was cheap, but there was no BALI and it was done well.
I think it is made.

You look good in many ways.
I like the fact that it is mismatched with the car body.
Normally, BlackGrip would be a better choice, but I felt that the Raw Rubber look would give the car a more old-school look.
Rubber quality is not bad either.
good point
It's also reasonably thick, so there is little vibration.
It will look like a VINTAGE.
It looks good on any type of car.
The Diamond pattern may look good on some cars and not on others, but I think it looks good on most large cars.

It's normal. This is fine.
It's a very ordinary Grip.
Normal is best. Easy to grip, moderately soft, and moderately thick. This is the Grip.
good point
Fee Ring is close to OEM.
It's thick enough that your hands won't get tired from the vibrations.
Installation is easy with Parts cleaner and glue.
The shape is not too assertive, so it blends well with any custom.
It is very cost effective.
Grip should match your own senses.

If you're going for looks, there is.
I installed it on the VINO125 made by YAMAHA in Taiwan.
In fact, I was thinking of buying a Bar End because I had an end OpeningGrip on it, but I didn't know what to do.
If you think about buying Bar End, isn't it cheaper to buy End CloseGrip? So I chose this one.
Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) It is not seen because it is closed, and it is not bothered even if it grips it that much though the remainder part comes out.
When you install the Grip, you don't need the Grip bond, which is an adhesive.
If you install it after spraying with Parts cleaner, it will go in completely while it is wet, and if it dries, the rubber will melt a little and stick firmly. Moreover, when removing it, it is enough because it is easy to take off if it does it with Parts cleaner.
If you want to use it stylishly, I think this Grip is fine.

First Custom
I've been riding a motorcycle for a month now.
The other day, I experienced Battery rise for the first time.
I got worried that the Cell was broken and kept turning it, but it didn't take.
I gave up on it and called the motorcycle shop, but it seemed to be caused by the Grip heater that was attached to the bike when I bought it.
I took this opportunity to change the Grip with my first Custom included.
V-TWIN MAGNA fits as described in the official website (1Inch size).
I have no idea what the key process is … sorry, I hired a motorcycle shop to do it for me, so I have no idea!
The Grip heater that originally came with KIJIMA's "GH08 Push Switch 。
The Diamond Grip is about 2.3cm longer in length than this one.
Also, the motorcycle shop said that the glue on the Throttle side didn't work properly and wrapped the tape around it. (Can't see it from the outside, probably inside.)
Maybe Inner Throttle is not an OEM?
I'm not sure, but it was finally put on perfectly.
It doesn't feel slippery in the grip because the Diamond part is a rubber!
The Grip is also silver to match the silver of the car body.
It's 1 inch thick. Fat. Fat! And the length! (More than OEMLever)
The truth is that the Brand's "Rail Grip (1 inch), but Webike didn't have it in stock...
Also, when I received the Grip and opened the seal, there was some oil on it.
Is that what you would do if you bought a new Grip?
It wasn't as much as I would have liked, but just in case you were wondering, I'm here to report!
Just changing the Grip is a great way to change your impression of a motorcycle!
It's inexpensive, but it's a solid build and brand, so you can rest assured that it's a good cosmetic product, so I'd recommend it for your first custom!
I was thinking of changing the Handlebar when I got a little more comfortable with it!

fashion-conscious
You can make it stylish with the Diamond cut shape!
The uneven areas are comfortable to grip and even less slippery!
The ability to change the look and feel of the product depending on the color is also very attractive
