Ride Engineering has nailed it!
Great quality. Does what they advertise..crf450 and newer Honda 450, these are a must. The Honda can feel a little twitchy and unstable and higher speeds and in rough conditions. Great in the corners and i didn't have any of the wobble at higher speeds either. These clamps really helped settle down the front end of the bike without sacrificing cornering. They also have enough flex that I didn't notice any difference in feel compared to stock. One of the best upgrades you can get for the newer Honda 450. View detail

Does there job, holds 1 1/8 bars, bars do not twist on any impact I've had.
First thing I wanted to do to my bike was swap the handle bars. I have a bunch of 1 1/8" pro taper bars I ordered off china 1 day, they may or may not be legit. Anyways I likes that this keep the stock height, I did find if you put them in the forward position they raise the height ever so slightly witch was a welcome bonus. I have dropped my bike several times last summer including once off of a bike jack in my garage while doing an oil change with a sketch strap that broke. The bike hit the concrete pretty hard from a couple feet off the ground. The bars did not twist, the left side might have bent slightly but this thing did not budge. I looks awesome I have some bar pads but I don't want to cover bling up. It's a little tricky getting a socking underneath the tripper clamp to install, tight space between the fork, I had to jimmy rig a couple of socket pieces together to make it work.Way more robust of a clamp over stock, yet still sleek and has a low profile. Easy to install, does not come with mounting bolts. So make sure to take apart the old ones to find the mount bolts are bent!!! Order those too ahead of time! View detail
