Shorter than OEM
[How is it used?
Since I changed to Marchesini Wheels, I decided to buy Titanium wheels anyway.
Was the installation difficult?
Just apply Screw locker and tighten.
How was your experience with it?
Though it cannot be noticed or experienced by others.
The sparkling Titaniumium Bolt is one of self-indulgence
Also, they don't rust like iron Bolts.
Could be good for someone who wants to clean it up.
[Included Parts:were they on?
No. Prepare and apply your own Screw lock agent before tightening.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
I don't know.
[Points to note]
OEM is 30mm while Zita is 22mm
Change to the optimum length for an OEMBolt that is too long
They say it contributes to weight reduction.
If you're worried about it, there's a 28mm version, so you might want to choose that one.
Marchesini is 22mm in appropriate size, so you can keep 22mm.
The Bolt in the middle of the image is the Bolt that comes with Marchesini and is too long.
Be careful not to scratch the Wheel through the Adapter.
How did it compare to other products?
The good thing is that it is much cheaper than βTitanium
βMaterial:While Titaniumium costs less than 3000 yen for 1 pc, Zita's is less than half the price at 1243 yen.
If this is the only one, βMaterial:You can choose Titaniumium if you want.
The difference between the front and rear wheels is 24,000 yen.
If you want to use with color, you have to choose βTitanium, but I chose Zita because it has a good base.

Stainless Steel anxiety and cleanliness are at odds with each other.
We decided to paint the hubs on the Yamaha car, and since we were going to do that, we also made new Disc Rotor Bolt.
Material:Although I was a little concerned about the strength of Stainless Steel, I couldn't help but be attracted by the fact that Stainless Steel is resistant to rust, and so I decided to purchase it.
In the past, I had heard that stainless steel has lower strength against shear stress than steel or Chromoly, so I avoided using it where large forces are applied perpendicular to the bolt.
The Disc Rotor Bolt and Caliper Mount Bolt are just that.
However, since KITACO has been selling this product for many years, we decided to use it this time because we thought it would not cause any problems and we do not have the skills to do Race or Hard Breaking.
I would like to check it regularly and see about durability.

Although the Rotor bolt
The product is supposed to be a Rotor bolt, but with Stages is just right to hold the Headlight in place, it engages the Grommet well and the length of the Screw is JUST right. I am glad to have it on hand. View detail
The premium was made according to the rotor. It contributes to a weight saving not a little.

Change from OEM
Change from OEMBolt
It will look better.
The accuracy of the hexagonal hole is not so good, so some tools may be damaged.
Beware of Overtorque.

It's pricey, but...
[How is it used?
Since I changed the brake disc, I changed the bolt as well and went to Titaniumium Bolt!
Was the one you received as per Image?
It was a Titanium Bolt. Of course, lol.
Was the installation difficult?
The OEMBolt is removed for replacement.
You need to be careful when you remove it because it is coated with Screw lock.
Don't lick the old screw!
If the Bolt comes off, please use Tap dice or something to remove the Screw Lock!
Of course, be sure to attach the screw lock when installing.
How was your experience with it?
I don't feel any difference, but I feel superior wearing Titaniumium Bolt lol.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Not particularly

Colorfastness!
I bought this to save weight and flair for my Brake rotor purchase.
The color tinted with some kind of treatment? The color tinted by the treatment is very beautiful, but I just wiped it off with Dustcloth where Parts cleaner got a little on it and the color fell off.
Be careful when you install it!

It's cheaper than OEM Product ....
I was surprised to find out the price of OEM Product, I understood that this Stainless Steel is cheaper, I bought this ... ...
Hexagon's accuracy is very suspicious!
When prescribed Torque is applied, it seems that it does not eat firmly and a step mark remains.
It will be low accuracy & soft material.
This can not be reused.

Exchange is recommended in several times!
MONKEY's Bolt licked so I exchanged.
OEM (NSR50) SteelBolt is very soft,
By tightening with Torque prescribed, the part of Hexagonal becomes loose in several times.
But even if I used it without exchange, I had licked it perfectly.
For Stainless Steel I thought that Large would be tough,
It will become somewhat loose if you tighten with Torque prescribed about 3 times.
MONKEY (Diversion of NSR 50) When repairing Front such as Tire exchange and Pad exchange,
If you do not remove Rotor Caliper - Wheel can not be removed.
At the beginning Quantity : 1 Set of 4pcs. Although I bought it, since I ran out of it frequently when I customized it,
Daring 10 pcs. I bought a set.
Stainless Steel But because it is not hard,
Have some spares and early exchange is the Recommendation.
Three highs for material for less than expected + __.

although
appearance is good, the hole of the hexagon head which inserts a tool is pure -- since it is shallower, shortly after applying a Torque, a deep pool will rise.
It is better to prepare the
Torque wrench and a screw-thread Locke agent.
since specification for which
re-use is improper is carried out to the Package -- two or more times -- attaching -- removing -- special attention is required.
