Genuine Kohken Black brake caliper pan pin for Brembo caliper
I already upgraded the rear caliper for a lovely Brembo cnc one and also wanted to swap out the bsically horrible standar steel coloured pin for something that went with the black cnc colour of the caliper. I did find this from Kohken which I have never heard of but apparently is a really good brand. Hey, I don't mind giving a brand I do not know a crack. Besides, this was the only alternative I could find that looked as good as I wanted it to look. The price was really good value for what you get. I did have a few other parts in my order and got them all shipped together using EMS as my preferred courier. I honestly love EMS as they just get your order to you quickly and with no fuss. My order arrived in 5 days from shipping and everything was fine, no issues at all. The pad pin was in a nice little Kohken plastic packet. The pad pin itself is super well made. It has a loveley texture to it, very smooth indeed. The anodising on this is brilliant and really brings out the curves of the pad pin. There is also a nice little neat logo on the end of the pad lin which is cute. Once fitted, the rear caliper now looks amazing and gone is the horrid looking steel standard pad pin. brembo BilletCrab caliper (120.A441.10) Mounting on
brembo 84mm PitchCutting Type Crab caliper (so called BilletCrab) I installed it in
Beta pinQuantity:Pad pin of Type to be fixed with 2pcs.
The BilletCrab came with iron-like pad pins, so I was worried about rust, since it was the undercarriage.
There are some Titanium pad pins available from ThirdParty, but they are too expensive…
So here it is.
The base material is stainless steel, which is resistant to rust, and the surface is coated with titaniumium.
At the very least, I believe it will serve the purpose of Rust measures well.
further (Although it is subjective) It is a classy gold with a high quality texture, a knob on the head for easy maintenance, and even a hole in the head for wiring, with the letters ”K” proudly displayed on the top.
The texture and functionality are perfect.
Although we are fully satisfied with the content, 2,000 yen seems a little expensive from a sensory point of view.
(Material sold for more than double the price.:Titanium is out of the question.)
However, it is a niche product, and I am convinced that it is within a reasonable range.

Preliminary measures to prevent rust
I replaced the pad pin with stainless steel.
It can be installed straightforwardly without any problems with accuracy.
Since it is a sliding surface, it is recommended to apply a very thin coat of Grease when installing.
It was also good for me personally because I made Caliper Black and it was not conspicuous.

I bought this for Brembo. It's hard to tell the performance, but I like the beauty of the color and the shape. It's easier to pick up than the standard pad pin, so maintenance will be improved. Is it nice?
I used it for brembo 40 mm and new Crab.
Can Crab be installed battle? Beta pin enters the hole on the back side without play
The 40 mm Caliper person only entered the hole on the front side.
There is play as it is, but I feel that play is suppressed to some extent with Pad spring.
Nonetheless, Pad replacement will be easier, and if Wiring you can not escape.
Although it looks perfect.

I changed the Rear brake of BuellX 1 to a brembo 2 pod, the Pad pin that was attached with OEM exchanged this with a plane because there was a scratch, I have only been running a little but I got home and touched Rear caliper I feel like I'm getting warmer than before, is it because Pad's movement has become Smooth? Exchange as it rusts
In the former OEMCaliper, this Pin was rusted and replaced
I chose the same color as Body, but it is shining in Caliper's Center with Titanium coating. This will not rust.

Since it is written as 120A441-10 application, the color difference 120A441-40
