Is there a problem with being thinner than OEM?
I'm sorry I couldn't provide a photo, but when I used it on my NINJA2 Helmet 50RSL, I compared it with the OEM one, and the shaft part that holds the pad is clearly thinner,
The measurements were taken from the OEM, so they should be the same diameter." This was the case
I have a question for those who are familiar with Brake, is there any particular problem with the thin shaft part?
Has anyone who bought the same Stainless Steel Pad Pin had a similar case? I would like to hear your opinion. Thank you in advance.

One point
OEM brembo pin, Thailand is a little weird to remove. It is really tiny one point and shiningly! I'm satisfied with it, but I'll pay more if it's a little bit cheaper. View detail

Replace before it rusts
I changed the rear to a Crab caliper and after running for a while, I saw that the wheel was covered in dust and it rusts when wet. I was thinking of replacing the pad and while I was researching what would be good for it, I found out that the OEM pad pin was a bit of a nuisance.
Rusty, sharpened, and large to pull out. If you are going to replace the pad after reading such a review, you should also replace the pin. Material:Titanium and half the price of Koken! There is no reason not to choose them!
I don't know the manufacturer, RISE, but from what I've seen, it's solidly built, no bali or weird distortion, and it feels and looks like Titanium, but I don't know if it's 64 or not.
I started the installation work immediately, and it is true that the OEM pin is a press-fit, so it is difficult to pull it out. I also wonder if it is also affected by the pad spring pushing on it. It's a bit of a hassle to pull it out with Hammer and tools, to be sure. Quickly replace it with a new pad and plug in the Titanium pin. I had been wary of this pad because I had read on other pad replacement blogs that the spring that holds the pin was troublesome, and it seemed to be having a hard time shrinking, but then I realized that even with my non-dominant left hand, I could easily insert the spring with a little effort. I could insert it easily with my non-dominant Left hand.
The part is subject to rubbing, so it is advisable to apply a thin coat of grease to the surface.
I thought Titanium was not so resistant to abrasion...
Well, it's not expensive, and if it's worn out when you replace the pad, you can replace it, but it's better than rusting out.

Stainless Steel will not rust.
OEM pad pins are made of steel and rust quickly. This product is rust-free and easy to maintain. Iron pad pins can absorb things like iron sand, and if not maintained for a long time, they can absorb dirt and become inoperable. The pad was worn out because it had been neglected. I hope it will be replaced and the pad will no longer be worn off. View detail

superior article
I tend to remove the pad spring because I don't like the trivial drag of the Brake, and as a result, it wears well with the OEM pad pin.
Stainless steel is strong and does not wear as much as OEM and prevents rust, so we replace it with the OEM pad every time we replace the OEM pad.
The price seems high when replacing this part with a single body, but by replacing the pad at the same time, the price seems like an error, so it is a recommendation.

for BremboRust measures Pad pin
brembo BilletCrab caliper (120.A441.10) Mounting on
brembo 84mm PitchCutting Type Crab caliper (so called BilletCrab) I installed it in
Beta pinQuantity:Pad pin of Type to be fixed with 2pcs.
The BilletCrab came with iron-like pad pins, so I was worried about rust, since it was the undercarriage.
There are some Titanium pad pins available from ThirdParty, but they are too expensive…
So here it is.
The base material is stainless steel, which is resistant to rust, and the surface is coated with titaniumium.
At the very least, I believe it will serve the purpose of Rust measures well.
further (Although it is subjective) It is a classy gold with a high quality texture, a knob on the head for easy maintenance, and even a hole in the head for wiring, with the letters ”K” proudly displayed on the top.
The texture and functionality are perfect.
Although we are fully satisfied with the content, 2,000 yen seems a little expensive from a sensory point of view.
(Material sold for more than double the price.:Titanium is out of the question.)
However, it is a niche product, and I am convinced that it is within a reasonable range.

You can't see it after it's installed.
It's not visible after installation, but OEM is a part that rusts quite a bit, and it's a large cut to start with to keep it clean. I am satisfied with the price. View detail

More than OEM?
I usually use OEM, but this is the first time I'm using OEM. OEM is getting strange wear & rust even after applying CopperGrease. I wish they didn't rust. I will replace the pad when I replace it, as it is consumable. View detail

Rustproof, but lickable.
It's been a few years since I replaced it when the OEM rusted out.
Naturally, there is no Rust whatsoever.
The only thing is that the hexagon bites into the head.
So, if you use Caliper for a long time, the hexagonal hole will be licked, so you might want to choose Titanium if you frequently maintain Caliper.

I appreciate the setting itself.
This is a Brake PadsPin from Daytona for Nissin.
I purchased this because I had tamed the NORMAL Pin, but because it is Stainless Steel, the texture is good, and because it is naturally an Exclusive Design, I had no trouble installing it. I grease it up well, but I think the result will be tested again when it is removed.

This is a must!
Since the Pad pin that comes with the CP2696 Caliper is like the Split Pin, I bought the Quick release pad pin without having to install the Caliper.
If you're going to be doing frequent Maintenance, this is a must.
It looks GOOD!

Let's replace it once in a while.
As we all know, the Pad pin wears out and dents the contact area with the Pad, so sometimes you can't do that. It's a good idea to replace it, as TitaniumPin is prone to wear and tear. I think OEM Pin is safe. By the way, but brembo's β Pad pin of the type that stops with Pin is the βPin. beta;Pin's Wiringmust. Brembo has announced that they should do the same. I am. If you don'tβPin off→Pad pin off→Pad dropout& rarr;good-bye, with Corner after Willy without Willy. I know of an example of a no-BrakeCrash. View detail

i used it for cb400sb I don't feel that it became so light in part Single Body, but I think that the occurrence of Rust etc. disappeared However, I think that the occurrence of Rust etc. has been reduced Moreover, the wear of with Stages is also less
It's pricey, but ( cb400sb requires 4 pieces) Things are good

For a little Maintenance Free
These are the front and rear normal calipers for CBR400RR/NC29 It is used in many middle class on road motorcycle of Honda Nisshin's PinSlide-style single-pod Caliper and Rear's 1-pod It is used for Caliper The model number is 32991
The PinPlug that comes to prevent the OEMPad pins from falling out is slotted The reason why it is easy to stick and lick is because it is a screwdriver type You are all correct 80% of the purpose of my replacement was to make this lid removable with a hexagon
OEMPad pins are made of steel and have rustproof coating, but they are not Grease as the Manufacturer also recommends regular replacement Coating peels off and becomes rusty The one I was using was also slightly worn with Stages The Steel Pad Pins are expected to be more durable, at least in terms of rust In addition, the OEMPad pin was also used by Grease up In addition, the OEMPad pin was also used with Grease up was virtually unchanged, and as for the Rear, it was quite rusty and rusty, so the Fee Ring It became smooth and Brake noise was solved Rear caliper is a modest part, but it seems to be worth maintenance I'm glad I changed it because I've had a lot of rusting and sticking due to the rainwater roll-up of the rings
Front caliper seemed to have a little long dimension, but it was not interfering with the Wheel So it's not a problem, and it's just size for Rear
Basically, I'm happy with it, but for a Stainless Steel bar, Cost The performance is one more thing

Overspecifications (Lol)
VTR250 (06') mounted on
It could have been a cheaper one and not Titanium, but We-Big has a VTR This was the only one for Rear Caliper
I couldn't see the benefit of this slight weight reduction and rigidity when I installed it (Lol)
But compared to a rusty OEM Pin with Stages, the Pad runs smoothly I can now get it No wonder (Lol)
For some reason I found it a bit longer than the OEM Pin Is it because it's shared with other cars?
Well, don't worry, you can go deep into it without any interference and the lid can be placed on it without any problems
Then there's the durability of the product after you've used it

Goodbye, rust
The NORMALPad pins on the Brembo caliper are very rusty, aren't they?
It's a pain in the ass to install and remove
This will not rust
It goes in smoothly, too
Easy!
Forever Polished!
It's for 4 pot casting calipers, but it works just as well for the new Crab
I replaced the entire 1 Set for 1 Vehicle with this one
There is one drawback to this Pad pin though it has a lot of good things
The βPin that comes with it is lurid
βInstallation to Wiring and Fastening Pin Openings Manual
But hey, it's too small and hard to tie up with wire In addition
Next time you take it off, it's a pain in the ass
It's probably best to use a small Split Pin in place of the βPin

Is it nice?
I used it for brembo 40 mm and new Crab.
Can Crab be installed battle? Beta pin enters the hole on the back side without play
The 40 mm Caliper person only entered the hole on the front side.
There is play as it is, but I feel that play is suppressed to some extent with Pad spring.
Nonetheless, Pad replacement will be easier, and if Wiring you can not escape.
Although it looks perfect.
