For GSX1300R HAYABUSA
[How is it used?
This has become necessary along with the replacement of the Caliper on the GSX1300R HAYABUSA.
I don't need OEMCaliper, but this RADIAL CALIPER needs a color.
At first I wasn't sure of the thickness of the color, so I tried different colors.
For SEA BASSOEMFront fork, 15mm is just right, not 18mm.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Image
Compact, good quality.
The price is inexpensive for the solid quality of the product itself, and I think 6,600 yen for four is a bargain.
Four products from other Manufacturers cost more than 10,000 yen.
Was the installation difficult?
It is not difficult because it only needs to be placed between Caliper and Fork.
How was your experience with it?
Exactly.
[Included Parts:were they on?
There is none
Instruction Manual is not required, so you will know it when you see it.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
I would like to see the compatible Size for each car model listed.

I tried various sizes, but I had to buy several sizes and try them one by one by myself because I couldn't find out what millimeter is the most appropriate on the Net. After all, 18mm is too high and 1/3 of Rotor is not pinched.
13mm is too low and Rotor will not be able to turn.
15mm fits perfectly

To install a 320mm disc on a '21 ZX-6R!
From the first play with the Brakes in 2023 to the Master Cylinder, Brake line, Caliper, and Clutch replacement, it was finished. The only thing left was the disc, and I had a long-sought brembo at the summer We-BigSale.:I purchased a Floating Disc. 310mm OEMDisk size would have been fine with the 9mm PLOTOffset collar I have been using, but I purchased a 320mm…OEMSizeOver, so the Offset collar was also changed.
To select an offset collar, I borrowed an 11mm offset collar from a friend and measured it. However, when I selected 14mm, the measurement result showed that the pad contact surface slightly protruded from the disc. Therefore, we decided that 13mm Offset collar by KOKEN would be the best choice! I decided to go with the 13mm Offset collar by KOKEN. The color of the collar is black, and while PLOT's Offset collar is matte black, Koken's is glossy black. The OEM dwell pin fits perfectly, as expected of made in Japan quality. The only complaint I have is the cushioning material. It is a thin and thin Nylon cushioning material and I don't notice it even if it falls on the floor or table. The only complaint I have is that the thin, dusty Nylon cushioning material is too thin to notice if it falls on the floor or table. (Chuckles)

For ZX-6R
What made you decide to buy?
After taking delivery of the ZX-6R Someday I'll have a Brembo caliper!" I had planned to finish with Master Cylinder and Brake line, but when I happened to wander around Webig, I found a …Brembo caliper at a discount price, and I almost bought it on impulse. I was going to finish with the Brake line, but I happened to be browsing through Webig and found …Brembo caliper at a low price, so I bought it almost on impulse. PLOTbrembo Offset collar 9mm purchased
[How was the installation?
Before purchasing the Offset collar, I read the description section of the PLOT and found something I didn't understand… Brembo radial caliper is "CaliperA". "CaliperB fits." I have been trying to find out what it means on the Net, but I can't. I called the manufacturer to find out. They said that they could not guarantee the product because they had not confirmed that it was compatible with any other models than the ones listed.
So I checked my ZX-6R. 6ROEMFront Disc is 310mm. I checked the disc and pad contact surface and there was about 1-2mm of space under the pad, so I took a chance and bought a 9mm Offset collar. What a JUST MEET!
[As an aside.
The offset collar I purchased is listed as compatible MODELZ900RS and Universal. However, it was discovered that the offset collar cannot be installed on Smooth. (Sweat) I thought I would go to Smooth because we are both Kawasaki, but … the place that didn't go to Smooth was Where we reuse OEM dwell Pin." I checked if the Z900RS dwell pin and the ZX-6R dwell pin are different, but the OEM parts numbers are the same for both. So, I measured the dwell pin on the offset collar with a caliper and found that the difference was a few millimeters in comma, so I used a drill to grind the dwell pin with paper while rotating it and checked it with a caliper several times before I was able to install it. I do not know if my 6R dwell pin was special or not, but if the dwell pin did not fit, it was either due to grinding or thermal expansion. I was worried that thermal expansion would cause discoloration when the collar was heated, so I polished mine. (Please consider this for reference only.)
I found the GROM to be very informative and helpful when customizing, but unfortunately the ZX-6R has less information. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. View Service Manual I'll check with the Manufacturer and have various conversations with the person in charge." And before I know it, I'm killing it. I hope this information will be of help to owners who are planning to customize their ZX-6R! I will publish the information for your reference.
How was your experience with it?

Used for Suzumbo replacement
Installed on a GSX-R1000R 2019
Front brake caliper from OEM Suzumbo to brembo220Series (GP4-RB) used to replace the
Offset volume is 14mm.
Basically, it is determined by the positional relationship between the seat and the pad, so if you are replacing the Suzumbo with a Caliper of the same dimensions as the 220Series, it can be used for any model.
Since it is matte black anodized aluminum, it will blend in well with the black bottom bracket of the OEM suspension.
It is a little expensive to think of it as just an M10 collar, but it is not just a collar, as it is positioned in-low with the Caliper's seat.
Also, for Caliper colors are often unnaturally expensive, but the price is relatively reasonable among them.
It is unknown whether a general aluminum collar can be substituted for the collars, but it is safer to use a dedicated collar since it is around the brake.
In that sense, I would say that it is an excellent cosmetic product in its own right.

OEM 298 from 2021 MT-09SP used to convert to RIOEM320
I purchased this color to replace the OEMΦ298 on my 2021 MT-09SP with the OEMΦ320 on my current R1.
However, Lineup does not have 11mm, and I thought that if the pad was popping out, I could shave the collar and buy a 12mm pad.
The result is that the Rotor perimeter and Pad edge are perfectly aligned without machining.
Perhaps the OEMDisc Rotor has a diagonal chamfer on the outer circumference and the pad end is positioned inside the chamfer, while the R1OEMRotor has no chamfer on the outer circumference, so the difference may be +1mm. (This is just my imagination.)
I had gathered some information on the Net before I made the 320 conversion, but I was unsure because I had heard that some older models had a perfect fit with a 13mm offset, but in our case, a 12mm offset was just right.
If the pad protrudes from the outer circumference of the rotor, when the pad is worn down, if the unworn portion becomes the same as the rotor thickness, the pad cannot be inserted any further into the rotor, so the brake cannot be used. If the collar cannot be adjusted, it is necessary to shave off the protruding part with a grinder or the like to match the outer circumference of the rotor.
