I bought this car as the first step to making it into a Race Specification car.
Was the one you received as per Image?
As shown in the image, D-TRACKER-XOEM front brake disc rotor, caliper support, mesh hose, and mounting bolts are available in quantity.:It was set and I was looking forward to installing it.
Was the installation difficult?
To install the Caliper, simply remove the Caliper mounting bolt, attach this product to the Caliper mounting area, and then attach the Caliper to this product.
Ten years ago I asked the shop to do the setup for me, and ten years later I can do it just fine. lol
Also, if you are working on your own, you should prepare a service manual, torque wrench, precision tools, and brake fluid if possible.
The more weapons you have, the better, since you will be customizing critical components.
How was your experience with it?
The brake disc rotor is OEM and has been used for 8 years without any trouble, the anodized caliper support has not faded, and the strength has not been damaged by fatigue. I had a lot of hard braking in a motard race, but there was no problem.
However, there is one point that I am concerned about, and I guess it was a little difficult to design this product. The pad and brake disc rotor are not aligned properly, and the outside of the pad does not come in contact with the disc, and there are parts that remain unshaved.
I was aware that they were called RaceParts, and I would periodically remove the calipers to visually check them, and if there were any bumps, I would grind them with a file or disk grinder to smooth them out.
Those who introduce this product should pay attention to the above items and use it.
In order to improve the performance of Brake even a little bit, I decided that I had no choice but to do the work. (Never perceived as defective.)
The mesh hose was also used heavily with Enduro etc. on the way, but it did not leak.
On the way, I replaced the Caliper supportMounting bolts with new ones. This was done as a precaution before the bolts broke.
I've heard that D-Trackers are becoming less and less common in Motard races these days, but I'm sure that the enhanced braking will be reflected in the level up of the vehicle in Gymkhana applications as well. This product is also recommended for those who use D Tracker for gymkhana.

Used to install the successor model, D-TRACKER-X Front Brake Disc Rotor. Used for about 8 years.

Just like the image, it was a beautiful anodized black.

How was your experience with it?
I used it for about 8 years and it never anodized, never faded, never broke due to fatigue, and never had any problems with hard braking in motard races.

It's all here.
This product has excellent Cost performance because you can save Points rather than collecting OEM Parts.
I want to choose Fluid freely, so if I choose this one, I can be sure.

It was easy to install
Except for the Caliper support, it's easy to install because it's an OEM parts diversion It can be done
Brake hose is not available for OEM products

I returned it..
Since the ground plane of Pad and disc is too Gap, the edge of Pad will remain undiminished, so if there is no Maintenance properly there is a possibility that Brake will not work. View detail
Brake reinforcement & Dress-up
Because the OEMRotor has been exhausted, I tried replacing it with a Rotor with a large diameter.
Regarding the installation, I was worried about the handling of Brake hose, but it was installed easily.
However, since the attached Bolt was a little short, I changed it to a long one.
Without this ...
The feeling of running is more effective than OEM, and the impression that it became easier to control.
Although Brake Pads was a brand-new OEM Product, I did not think that I could feel it up to here.
Red alumite's Bracket also has a presence, and it looks better as well.
