Used to make disc Offset
This Bore Ace Rotor Spacer is designed to fit the Brembo caliper on the New Model Disc Hub of the SR400 from 2001 onwards.
However, this 6-hole disc rotor with a PCD of 150mm has been the standard size for Yamaha vehicles for some time now, and has been used on various vehicles such as the XJR1300, VIRAGO750, MT-01, and FJR1300 in addition to the SR400.
YZF-R7 (OW02) It seems like something is the same.
Note that the newer YZF-R1 and R6 have the same PCD but seem to have a 5-hole.
In this case, we used this Rotor Spacer for the hub of VIRAGO750.
The XJR1300's Stem was fitted with Honda's Fork, and as a result, the Fork pitch was widened and the Caliper was also moved outward, making the Disc Rotor and Caliper's alignment totally out of alignment.
Actually, this is still not a docenter, but we consider it acceptable.
It would be great to have the discontinued 6mm thick Off-set Spacer…….
I am thankful that this kind of parts exists, because there are not many people who want to install brembo on the new disc SR400, unlike the old disc.
A slight concern is that there is no rib on the inside for center out.
Depending on the tolerance of the bolt holes in the disc and the bolt itself, there may be a slight gap from the center.
I don't know how much I care when the disc is semiFloating, but ……
