Fits: HARLEY-DAVIDSON
Would it be 5 stars if the quality was a little higher?
I purchased this product to produce Full Exhaust System production for YAMAHA's XV750E.
The Flange part was cut-out separately by One-offOrder, but the exhaust pipes are all made by DIY.
Exhaust pipe will start at 38φ.
Silencer wants to use a 50.1φ insert, so we will make it a little thicker somewhere.
It is still under production and is only a "plan".
The XV750E Engine is an engine with a long history, having been used in the DRAGSTAR 1100 and other models until recently, after many improvements.
Naturally, since it is a V-type two-cylinder engine, it is more difficult to handle the exhaust system than a parallel engine.
The V-bank is 75°, so I am not sure whether it should really be a collective pipe or an independent pipe.
I think that Harley and others in 45° bank are often not assembled.
FlatTRACKER's Racer is another example.
The TWIN of the 90° bank is almost certainly assembled, so we will make it a collective tube this time.
This would inevitably make it necessary to make the front and rear banks etc. longer, so the handling of the rear bank in particular would be very large and strange.
It would be meaningless to make a pipe that cannot be attached or removed, so we tried to use a joint pipe like this one.
This Joint has 38.1φ on one side and 38.1φ Pipe can be plugged in on the other side.
I think this is the best choice for those who want to joint with the same diameter.
If I had to say something, I would say that the quality of the rolled Pipe, which is the Base of Material, is not so good.
I guess it is supposed to be welded and finished, but when I first saw it, I thought, "Oh? When I first saw it, I thought, "Oh?
