Before installing it, there were three small scratches like something hard struck the junction of Torque head pipe with Cylinder. There is a part that seems to be a welding mist about 1 mm in the welded part inside Others joint part, light appears to be inserted thinly, but it seems that return procedure is too bad and it is not a definite defective item , Heat resistant Pate with Repair. The wound was so shallow that it was mounted as it was. There is no exhaust leak.
As the other person said, Clutch Wire and Exhaust pipe were interfering stresses, so we changed the handling to the extent that it does not affect Clutch operation itself. Later we roll up a heat-resistant bandage in the Exhaust pipe and take other measures against heat.
The crucial fee Ring, surely overall Torque has increased. Although it will be good to exchange at the same time as the Exhaust System, we recommend placing things in the corner of your head that are essential to processing before purchasing.

Measures against Clutch Wire are necessary
I owned Delta barrel 4S and I was not using it because of the weakness of low speed Torque, but I purchased Torque head pipe and converted it to Full Exhaust System.
Slow Torque feels like OEMExhaust System and it seems that high revolution has improved better than NORMAL.
However, other people are also written, but KLX 250 needs a countermeasure against Clutch Wire.
I modified Clutch Wire fixed Bracket and tried to change the angle, although it was slightly lowered downwards.
It is because Bracket is blacked down because it painted with rust prevention.
Exhaust System Bandage is also rolling as it is concerned only by that. For the moment Large seems durable.
Delta's Logo part is made to look intentionally.

Delta Torque head pipe
After all, because the exhaust pipe of the OEM Product is unpleasant for rusting with iron, I exchanged it with Stainless made by Delta. Gasket select OEM, easy to install. I finished tightening with the designated Torque and it ended quickly. In the manual, it was stated that removing the Right Side Side cover, but it did not have to remove it.

Since the Heat protector was not attached, the Z-Carbon EX Pipe Guard (for KLX125) was attached by the Z-CARBON EX Pipe Guard Mount kit.
