Volume control
[How is it used?
The volume of the external exhaust system that came with the used car when I bought it was too loud,
After Fire was also available at the same time, so it was purchased for exhaust adjustment purposes.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The size error was very small, and it was possible to mount the unit on a pontoon.
However, in our case, it will be installed in the exhaust pipe side of the exhaust system,
Drilling + Rivet fixation.
Was the installation difficult?
In the case of our vehicle, the exhaust system was inserted into the exhaust pipe,
The fact that we could not bolt on was something we could have anticipated,
Also, I had all the necessary tools on hand for processing,
It wasn't a difficult task.
We have an O2 sensor attached to the exhaust pipe on our vehicle,
It was also necessary to machine the contact points with a hole saw.
How was your experience with it?
I was able to reduce the volume from the original explosions,
For starting up (when cold), the volume is still too loud to be noticed in residential areas,
Once the Engine is started, it is ready to go.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Quantity:I bought 2pcs, but one of them had a bolt nut that came off,
It was playing in the bag.
However, it is not visible once it is installed,
I'm not talking about the scratches.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
none in particular
Other items that would be helpful
At the very least, measure the inside diameter of the piping at the planned installation location before purchasing.
For those who intend to install the product by themselves, some manufacturing errors should also be taken into account,
It is advisable to have some processing tools and liquid gas available.

AKRAPOVIC can also ensure exhaust pressure, and the volume is lowered just right.
WR's are too subtle with too much exhaust pressure. Volume goes down.
Glass Wool burns quickly, so it is a recommendation to wrap Stain Wool on top of the purchased condition.
Since the exclusive for RepairGlass Wool is expensive at 1,000 yen, commercially available for RepairGlass Wool with Stainless needle Gold is sufficient.
By the way, if you open your fingernail so much that it is too hard to insert it, if you open the Axel all the way, you can….

having an effect
Used for MV83 470mm.
The bombing sound has been softened and my head no longer hurts.
However, the volume is on the large side compared to Earls Gear's Japanese Vehicle Inspection Correspondence Slip-on Silencer.
It became moderately loud and fun to ride.
Sound quality is good, appearance is not spoiled, and I think the price is a little high.

[How is it used?
Exhaust System of Z900RS was replaced and Silencer was Bullet Silencer by K-FACTORY.
The kit came with two baffles, one for the outlet and one for the inlet, and the combination of the two was supposed to allow adjustment of volume and exhaust pressure.
When the outlet type was installed, it sounded like a large dump exhaust system and I could not bring myself to use it. The exhaust resistance of the inlet type was too large and the volume went down a little, but at mid-speed or higher, the exhaust clogged and the large width performance went down.
So, I thought there must be a way to lower the volume while maintaining a reasonable exhaust resistance, so I used this product.
Was the one you received as per Image?
As per Image as I had seen the actual product at the store.
Was the installation difficult?
There is no difficulty if you choose a Size that fits within the inside diameter of Silencer.
However, the Silencer exit diameter is 55Φ for use with Bullet Silencer,
The inside of the punching pipe had to be 45Φ so it was necessary to fill the 10mm gap at the exit.
I looked for a gasket that would fit, but could not find one, so I wrapped a heat-resistant aluminum tape around it.
Also, the Silencer fixing bolt that came with the kit was a retro black ordinary Hexagon bolt, so I used a silver cap bolt that I had on hand.
How was your experience with it?
The volume did not go down as much as I had hoped, but at the moment of startup without any Absolutely not!" The explosion was so loud that it felt like "I know it's annoying, but can you forgive Limit?" This was the Level that
Unlike the Silencer-attached baffle, the Straight structure is maintained, so exhaust resistance is not increased excessively, and the sound quality is not muddy and high-frequency components seem to be suppressed.
In terms of performance, it is not too much at low speeds, but it is not too much at high rpm, and it is not too much at high rpm.
However, the Bullet Silencer, which I almost gave up using because it was too noisy even though I like the look of Large, is now available, and the Silencer is also black and retractable, so it is unobtrusive and I am glad I purchased it.

[Was there anything that disappointed you?
It would have been nice if the volume could have been a little lower, but then it would have been a poof clogging.
Once again, I felt that the OEM Exhaust System is well made.

I usually run without Baffle, but when I use Income for touring, I sometimes have difficulty hearing the Exhaust System sound, so I use it only when I use Income. View detail
Effective for Torque up (Sound deadening effect?)
AKRAPOVIC's Full Exhaust System&Silencer on MC51 (for Race) The combination of the two was used.
In the Circuit, the inner baffle was too loose without the baffle and the Torque was insufficient at low RPM. (BF50S/M) attached.
Torque recovered, but the exhaust sound was still too loud and bothersome, so I purchased a one size small BF50S/S this time.
The sound deadening effect of the BF50S/M is virtually non-existent.
In addition, all of the sound deadening material burned out after about 20 minutes of Circuit driving.
I would like to check the effect of BF50SS in the next Circuit run.
The results were measured with a sound level meter before and after the replacement of M&arr;S.
(1m away from Silencer)
*Please use it only as a reference, as it varies depending on the measurement conditions.
BF50SM (Sound deadening material burned out)
12000rpm (114.6dB)
4500rpm (Not measured)
BF50SM (Sound deadening material rewound)
12000rpm (113.5dB)
4500rpm (96.4dB)
BF50SS (with sound deadening material (new)) )
12000rpm (110.9dB)
4500rpm (95.3dB)
Idling (82.1dB)
For those who drive on the street, we recommend installing JMCAMODEL's Silencer.

Baffle itself is a nice inconspicuous shade.
We chose this shade of product because it is embarrassing if the End Baffle stands out.
When actually mounted on Silencer, it is good that the BaffleBody is almost invisible in the shadows depending on the angle.
In fact, I would like to ride with a straight pipe too.

sound
For those who like the BALIBALI feeling of direct feeling, I would prefer the Large Kinahole or no Glass Wool. This product has about the same sound quality as the "BALIBALI" at the "Limit" level. It is about the same sound quality.
The volume is loud enough to be heard over the full face even at 100 km/h, without losing the sound of the wind noise.

Effective for single cylinder Engines!
The motivation for purchasing the DAYTONA Inner silencer was that I was looking for an inner silencer that seemed to have a good ventilation because I was looking for a silencer that would be quiet when idling because I have to leave my car in idling condition for a little while to warm up, etc. I was looking for an inner silencer with good ventilation.
After much consideration, the one that seemed inexpensive and effective was DAYTONAInner silencer.
I didn't expect much effect until I installed it and listened to the exhaust sound with Engine on, but it was more effective in muffling the sound when Idling than I expected!
The sound quality is better than muffled, but I am satisfied with the sound quality, which is a little more mild with a high-pitched grating sound when the engine is blown and the engine RPM is increased.
This is a personal feeling, so just for reference... I think this product has a muffling effect on single cylinder Engines.
DAYTONAInner silencer was inserted into the exhaust pipe of the silencer outlet of the Mervyn's Exhaust System for SAVAGE 650.

Is this about right?
I purchased the Spenser type. Straight pipe indeed. I bought Baffle because it sounded like a "Baffle".
If you replaced it with a Normal muffler, you can put a Baffle on it. I think it's still a little on the large side." You might think.
However, I feel that this level is just right after replacing the exhaust system.
The sound quality is also bass heavy and the atmosphere is nice. 。 I am glad I installed it.

Slightly muffled
[How is it used?
I'm wearing a Silencer that produces a moderately loud exhaust note.
Prepared in case of emergency.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Is that about right?
Was the installation difficult?
Simple and easy with just one Screw
How was your experience with it?
Idling time was not as quiet as I thought it would be.
When the Engine is blown dry, the bass range is quite muffled.
It feels quite quiet when driving, but the exhaust noise is very interfering and incredibly strange sounding.

Drilling holes in the Exhaust SystemBody...
Motivation
I am trying to muffle the TricksterShotgun on my GPZ1100 (water-cooled) and purchased this product because Universal's Inner silencer is not as effective as I thought it would be.
Was the one you received as per Image?
It is a type that is attached to the outlet of the Silencer, but unlike the Universal Product, it was just the right size for the outlet diameter of the TricksterShotgun.
Was the installation difficult?
Insert it into the outlet portion, drill a screw hole, and bolt it in place to complete the process.
How was your experience with it?
The objective of muffling the sound was achieved.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Installation bolt nuts were included.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
I don't know if the strength of the outlet of the Shotgun Exhaust System's GP type baffle is strong enough to handle the exhaust pressure. I am not sure if the strength of the outlet part of the GP Type Shotgun Exhaust System is strong enough to withstand the exhaust pressure, so I hesitate to drill a hole in it.
[Others]
No instruction manual, etc. is included, but you can find it on the homepage. Prolonged use or driving at full throttle with the End Baffle installed is not recommended." I thought it was only used to temporarily reduce the volume, not always for sound deadening. I would like you to consider making a baffle on the exhaust pipe side in the future.

Not much volume reduction. Might need to work on it.
I used Φ47 on a SR400 one-off muffler.
The image is after installation. You can see that the aperture is slightly narrowed at the back.
The construction is good and the Parts themselves are satisfactory.
It is Straight Type, not Interference Type, and the aperture is slightly narrowed.
Since the amount of Glass Wool is only a little apologetic, the muffling by the Glass Wool is hardly functional.
I wish there was at least twice as much because it is too little and blows right off the edge.
The main point of this product is that it has a larger diameter than a typical Chinese baffle, but this makes it less effective in muffling sound.
Even if the aforementioned Glass Wool is re-stuffed, the sound is Large-timed because of the caliber of the bore.
The exhaust energy of SR400Level is about 3db lower than that of SR400Level when this product is installed as it is (I wish I had measured it). Therefore, it is difficult to make an exhaust system that makes a lot of noise to be more powerful.
I think it would be quite effective for 125cc to 200cc with a little less Engine Displacement Volume.
If you want to use it for a larger Engine Displacement Volume, I think you can enhance the effect by putting two in series or creating an impulse in the middle like in the Illustration to eliminate the straitened state. The object itself is good, so it depends on the processing.

Used for techserfu's Silencer
Used for techserfu's Silencer which is mounted on GOOSE.
The dimensions are almost perfect. Purchased a second one after it fell off & was lost on the street the other day.
One thing to note is that there was only one hole on the Silencer side for fixing the baffle, so when the baffle was fixed in one place, the fixing hole was shaved off and the baffle disappeared due to vibration.
Two screws are cut on the BaffleBody side for fixing, so be sure to fix it in two places.

YOSHIMURA style?
I don't know the sound of the YOSHIMURA of the time, and the KZ1000 is a race car, so it It is naturally quieter than "is a racing exclusive parts.
Z1, Z2, and KZ1000 each have obviously different sound quality, but I like the heavy sound of the 1000cc.
On my Motorcycle, the sound was almost the same with or without the Baffle. So, I use the Baffle to reduce vibration.
I think that a Silencer 5,000 yen for a 70mm Short Tube is a good idea to buy it for fun and enjoy it in many ways.

Mostly Satisfied
Used with NojimaExhaust pipe + TricksterShotgun.
I chose the W Wall S Size because the sound was much louder and the after sound was great. As a result, the sound became 10% quieter or not?
I feel that the sound quality has been improved. But I feel that the sound quality has improved. The sound is now beautiful and low quality.
After has also improved a lot, albeit somewhat.
Has the low-speed Torque recovered?
I guess I was satisfied with my purchase when I looked at the Total.
As for the muffling, it may be no sound at all in M and L sizes.
