Simple design with small and pleasant exhaust sound
The OEM Exhaust System is good enough for me, and I can't install a noisy Exhaust System because I have to leave early in the morning to attend a CUBMeeting in a distant place.
I was thinking that the exhaust system was a little too quiet for an external exhaust system, but then I found this exhaust system and was attracted by its classic design. I found this Exhaust System and was attracted by its classic design.
(My SUPER CUB is CUB100 THAI (JA16). (I have already obtained information that it is possible to install the Tandem Footpeg for JA44 by removing the entire Holder.)
After the replacement, I feel no discomfort when starting and re-accelerating from low speeds, and overall I feel that I can drive smoother than with the OEM Exhaust System.
As for noise, it is quiet at Idling and low RPM, and this would not bother neighbors even if they leave early in the morning from a residential area.
Ba-ba-ba! or bobobobo! It is not a powerful sound like "Toto-toto" or "Ta-ta-ta-ta"! It's more like "toot-toot" or "ta-tah-tah-tah-tah!
Even when cruising at a certain speed on a large road, I personally think it's about the same as OEM.
However, when the throttle is opened to a large amount and the vehicle accelerates, it feels a little more energetic and a little more large than the OEM.
On the way back from the Touring, I thought … if you are looking for a sound like the exhaust system has been replaced, it may not be enough. I thought it might not be enough for those who want the sound of an exhaust system change.
It may be for those who want to play with the appearance and sound in a casual way.

Good texture, good sound, easy installation, and high cost performance.
It was installed on an EBJ-JA10SUPER CUB110 (so called "Chinese CUB").
The sound is unexpectedly subdued, and the volume is Large sturdy even in our house in a residential area without any care.
The bass sound quality is my personal favorite compared to the OEM and seems to bring out the best of the single cylinder Engine sound.
The sound is pleasant to the ear whether driving slowly or cruising at a certain speed.
It also sounds great when Idling, so I look forward to playing Engine.
We are not certain of the effects of the Exhaust System other than its sound, but we feel that it has improved the fluke in the high speed range.
Installation was rather easy.
With my model CUB, it is pontooned and Large sturdy.
I removed the Side Stand and installed it, but it took 30 to 40 minutes.
The installation was completed in
Visual, as the name CLASSICDown Type Exhaust System suggests, is a good parenthesis for a CUB while being a little retro.
All Stainless seems to be more cost-effective than other companies' products.
Riding the CUB has become even more enjoyable.

Kitaco Cabton for little cub - very good
Perfect fit on the little cub. Sounds very nice, not too loud! Personally I don't like super loud exhausts so I can only recommend this one. View detail

I think it's a high Balance product.
I was looking for something that wasn't too explosive, didn't lose the low speed torque, and could extend the high RPM range.
As for the design, it is hard to say because there is a preference (although the CYCLONEExhaust system of YOSHIMURA was my favorite in terms of appearance). This Exhaust System also has a classic appearance as the name suggests, and it matches the atmosphere of CUB well, and I liked this one. It is the sound quality, but it is the sound quality which is modest in the low rpm range from Idling, but it is the sound quality which is light and crisp unlike NORMAL. The volume of the sound also becomes energetic as the rotation is raised, but I think that it is not the volume that it is annoying. Also, it is the change of the performance, but first of all, it is a low speed range, but the fall is not felt compared with NORMAL, and it is the impression that the same etc. or the torque increased a little. And in the mid to high rpm range, you can feel the power up. Especially, the growth of the high rotation range improved, and I was surprised that I was able to speed up about +10km even in Situation which was sluggish with Normal muffler in the sluggish uphill. It is the Sprocket of NORMAL, but after this Exhaust System was put on, the sluggish feeling of the high speed range became not to be concerned, and it became the performance which is satisfactory together with the Quickly feeling of NORMAL. The performance and the sound quality are no complaints, and I think that it is the gem of the recommendation if I like the design (because the design is also a large thing in Custom). (It's just my feeling, so just for your reference...)

This Kitaco exhaust is a good looking product, the chrome finish is flawless. Fitting it onto the Honda NSC110 DIO was pretty straight forward. The DIO is a 2016 model. There is quite a lot of room for adjustment because of the design of the two clamp
This Kitaco exhaust is a good looking product, the chrome finish is flawless. Fitting it onto the Honda NSC110 DIO was pretty straight forward. The DIO is a 2016 model. There is quite a lot of room for adjustment because of the design of the two clamps that go around the muffler and the two piece design. Because it is a two part exhaust system it allows the much easier removal of the rear wheel as you do not need to remove the whole exhaust but only the muffler itself, leaving the header pipe in place on the DIO. There is an increase in noise both in idling and when riding the bike because the Kitaco exhaust is less muffled than the stock one, but the sound from the Kitaco isn't obnoxious or hard on the ears, it sounds a bit more like a race bike. There is some "browning" of the header pipe as the new exhaust "burns in" when you first ride the bike, but it isn't too bad. If you get some loud back firing from the exhaust on engine over run when slowing down from higher speeds it means that you do not have the Kitaco exhaust properly fitted and the exhaust is sucking air into the system. Just make sure all the joins are secure and properly sealed, especially where the header pipe bolts on to the engine. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the new Kitaco exhaust system. It sounds and looks good. However, I have not felt any increase in power or top end speed at all since fitting it. View detail
