Installation is a big deal?
Exhaust pipe and engine joint parts do not fit together because the screw and screw hole on the engine side do not match slightly, and when the two exhaust pipes, the assembly, and the exhaust system are connected first, they do not fit together with the engine exhaust. The position of the bracket to be connected to the middle frame was also not aligned as per the instruction manual. I ran about 50 km and there was no exhaust leak and low speed knocking was reduced and the sound was good. I hope the manufacturer will improve the accuracy of their products. View detail

Disappointed with the roughness of the finish.
[How is it used?
I switched my car to a Z900RS and the NORMAL sound was not bad, but
Purchased because the sound quality was a little different from my taste and I wanted to change the appearance and reduce the weight.
The following impressions are in comparison with the SC-PROJECT full titanium exhaust that was installed on the previous Z900 (unmarked).
So it is very dry.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The finish was worse than expected.
All of the pipes have scratches from the manufacturing process, and all of the exhaust pipes have weld marks.
It looks as if it is not a Pipe, but a plate material that has been rounded and welded.
The surface of the bending part is decorated with wrinkles.
Roughened surface like sharkskin can be seen throughout the entire surface (especially on Tail Pipe). (Tail Pipe is especially bad.)
Material:I also felt it was surprisingly heavy for Titanium.
The SC-PROJECT product was surprisingly light, with excellent finish and precision.
I assume the lightness is due to the use of thinner-walled Pipe than this product.
Naturally, the thinner the material, the higher the technology required for bending and welding.
Was the installation difficult?
The joint with the Tail Pipe also went in without any problem when combined with the same K-fac Bullet Silencer.
Aluminum's split flange seems easy to install, but in reality, it is not easy to install on the Stud.
It is difficult to do because of the "Rose" effect.
The installation of the assembly was easy, with no particular misalignment.
Clearance with the lower part of the Engine is quite low, making it difficult to set an extreme Pushing Up Style.
The Bracket that fixes the Wiring of the OEM's Lambda sensor was removed because it hit the assembly area.
The Lambda sensor mounting part is for the Z900RS, but for some reason, the position is on the opposite (back) side of the OEM.
It looks hard to do when removing it because it is about 10 cm away.
Since there are only two fixation points, one at the exhaust flange and the other at the silencer, it can be used for a long period of time.
Durability is a little uncertain.
How was your experience with it?
The thick exhaust pipe that looks like a hand bent, and the silencer angle of the pusher is also good for Parenthesis.
Material also gets a burnt color if it runs.:The good thing about TitaniumExhaust pipe.
The sound may depend on the Silencer combined, but since the catalyst and SaPig equalizer are eliminated, the sound is basically bombastic.
The sound quality is muddy from the Idling, with a rough, dusky sound rather than a clear, pleasant sound.
Exhaust pipes are just bundled together and not etc. length, which may cause turbidity due to exhaust interference, etc.
Frankly, I do not prefer it compared to the pleasant sound of SC-PROJECT.
Combined with Bullet Silencer but with Inner baffle
It seems that the exhaust resistance is quite low and I don't feel that the low speed Torque is extremely low, nor is the AfterFire at all.
It feels like the performance is down because it feels like it is stuck on top of the bomb.
I would like to eventually try it withwithout Baffle and other Silencer to see how the volume, sound quality, and performance changes.
If you think that you can get a Titanium Full Exhaust System at a relatively low price if you choose a cheap Silencer, you can get a Titanium Full Exhaust System at a relatively low price.
I would recommend it if you think it's cosmetic but don't care about the rest as long as it looks good.

As already mentioned, the roughness of the finish, weight, and sound quality are all disappointing.
Perhaps it was made by an apprentice? The finish makes you think
I must say that it is a bit disappointing to ship this Level in a product that costs more than 100,000.
According to the Instruction Manual, it is not returnable once the Vinyl containing the respective Parts is broken.
It is better to Check well before opening the package.
What does it mean that the initial four-month wait was suddenly delivered the following month?
Would it be too much to suspect that a B-grade shipment was made...

Strange noises and breathing occur.
First of all, there is a resonance sound like intake sound around 4,000 rpm (it does not change even after reassembling), and when accelerating in first or second gear, or when the rpm drops with shift up, there is a symptom like uneven rpm or valley in torque around 6,000 to 7,000 rpm, which always appears, making it difficult to drive, I originally installed YOSHIMURA's Full Exhaust System and changed to MORIWAKI, but I can't say that it is a good product because the performance has deteriorated.
It was an expensive purchase and I would have returned it if I could have.

Not well made for the price.
Exhaust pipe is poorly made and not a perfect circle.:Difficult to connect the parts that converge on the 2pc.
I managed to screw in 3 of them, but the size of 1 pc did not fit, and when I tried to force it in, it became stuck and there was nothing I could do. Also, there is a drain plug to cover the hole for the o2Sensor, but it does not have a hole, so I do not think I will use it.

The looks and sound are good, though.
The sound is not too loud, but it is not a problem on public roads.
The Torque feel at low speeds does not seem to have increased, but the high-rpm extension has improved.
Unfortunately, as mentioned in other reviews, there is a slight exhaust leak from the Silencer's Rivet section.
There is no problem immediately after starting the engine, but when the Silencer itself starts to heat up, there seems to be some distortion or slight leakage in some parts due to heat.
We did not return the Rivet because we did not install it until after we received it and the return period had expired.

Accuracy is problematic.
The exhaust system I purchased came in, but the finish of the exhaust pipe was so crude that I thought it was brand new. I had to have it replaced. The new exhaust pipe was better than the first one, but was it Chinese quality? The replacement exhaust pipe was better than the first one, but it was not the quality of a new one. The first thing I thought when I put it on was that the low-speed Torque had become thinner. Well, the theory is that if you install an exhaust system, the lower Torque will disappear, but the upper Torque also disappeared. As a result, the overall power was just reduced. The sound was like a big scooter, which was a little embarrassing when we stopped at a roadside station, etc. There was a ChangeBaffle, so I put it on, but it didn't change the sound much. I was still embarrassed to hear a nice large guy making a bebebe noise, so I went back to OEM. I think that the sound of 250cc class two-cylinder engine will not change even if you change the exhaust system. It looks cool, but it might be a little difficult for an amateur to install by himself. I used a Motorcycle fastening rope to prevent scratches. ? Does not fit the current model R25!
It says it fits the current model R25, but it does not.
Since it is based on the old model, the shape of the cowl is also different, so it interferes with many places.
You can use a drill to shift the bolt holes on the bracket that holds the canister in place, or you can use a bracket from Thailandga Performance that changes the direction of the canister itself.
For the parts that interfere with the Cowl, you can put a few pieces of Washer between the Bolts that hold the Cowl in place.
As for the sound, it's a blast.
There is a sound that makes everyone turn around.
My ears were hurting myself until I got used to it.
After Fire is also tremendous.

What are the inspection standards for Yamamoto racing?
First, there were two scratches on the lunch box. These are scratches that you can scratch with your fingernails.
I was wondering if I should negotiate a return with Webike since it was a two-month wait for a made-to-order product, but I decided to cry.
It was wrapped in plastic wrap, so I guess Webike doesn't do that much inspection.
I think the noise is on the loud side.

The sound is a little high with the standard baffle, so if you want more bass, you may want to get a separate baffle. If you want more bass, you may want to get a separate Baffle. On the other hand, depending on the setting, it may sound a bit unrefined when you turn it all the way up.
There are many manufacturers of Baffles, and I think it is a fun exhaust system that you can enjoy your own taste by setting.

The price is easy to buy for Exhaust System, and it can be used for Bore up because it has a good release there.

Parts are installed with high precision.
A bad point
There is no crisp exhaust sound characteristic of Cabton.
The design is safe and easy to get bored with.
To be honest, I don't think the exhaust sound is what you'd expect.
In the first place, Engine of SR and Engine of CUB are completely different, so you can't get the expected sound.
However, I think it's good to have that look and the omission to be able to Bore up to some extent.

Inaccurate installation and explosive noise
First of all, the hole accuracy of Flange was not good and it was impossible to install without machining.
Because it did not come off with the part Single Body even if it expanded the hole, it corresponded by forcibly putting it in the vice and expanding the hole with the Drill of 8mm.
The band of Silencer is too small or the bolt is too short, and it cannot be fixed with the bolt easily.
This was also installed with a lot of sweat by re-bending and pinching with Vise pliers.
The spring that connects the Silencer to the exhaust pipe is too strong and requires a lot of force even with a special tool.
There was a spring for the exhaust system that was a little bit long, so I used it.
When I run the Engine, the Idling state is fat and good sound, but when I start running, the sound is cracked and explosive.
They told me not to come home, so I put it back.
The sound is different for everyone, but the accuracy of the installation is quite poor.
