Fits: KAWASAKI ZrX1200ZrX1200 DAEG
I cannot recommend it.
The sound is like an ordinary external exhaust system and is very Large-like.
The catalyst was not included in the package and it was a hassle to inquire about it.
The joint between the silencer and exhaust pipe also does not fit tightly.
Please note that cleaning with parts cleaner before applying heat will cause the paint to peel off.

PMC S1typeBaffle broken
On the first Touring after purchase, the weld between the End cap and Silencer came off and the Baffle fell into the Exhaust System.
I think the welding may need to be strengthened due to the two welding points.

It will be a bomb.
Since it is a straight exhaust, it has the nostalgic sound of the Kawasaki water-cooled GPZ series 4-in-1.
The making is Firmly.
We have only used a slide hammer to remove and install the exhaust system.

Purchased to protect stud bolt of Exhaust System
I purchased this for Stud bolt protection as it was not originally included. I recommend it for its accuracy. View detail
Mounted on KERKERMegaphone
The Pipe inside the Baffle that came with the KERKER broke off, so I bought it FOR REPLACEMENT.
I tried Small, but the outlet bore was about 1 cm thicker than the original.
Installation is a single Screw and Size is no problem.
It was thicker, but the sound was not as annoying as before and was just right.
Not quiet, but not annoying, with a KERKER-like bass.
I think it is enough for city driving.

Beautiful
I did not purchase it here, but went to the PMC store on Awaji Island to purchase it after Touring.
Of course, it is used for ZEPHYR1000.
The NORMAL is made of steel with silver painting, but it rusts very easily.
Material:I was wondering if there was anything that would make me look good, even though I am replacing it with a Titanium Exhaust System.
I came across this product when I was looking for it.
Installation is easy as it is just a matter of replacing it.
(Thread compound was applied to prevent galling with the stud bolt before installation.)
The outer diameter of the nut is thinner than that of the Normal nut, which looks better and is less likely to interfere with the frame or exhaust system flange.
Ease of maintenance has also been improved.
I am very satisfied because the shine of the Stainless Steel is shiningly different and looks completely different.
It may be painful to spend 6,600 yen for 8 Screws, but I hope they will be rust-free and maintenance-free.
If you think about it, the effect is Large.

Megaphone is a good fit for ZrX.
I had been using K-FAQ CLRTitaniumium exhaust pipe and Universal Titaniumium silencer as exhaust system, but I liked the look and the lightness, but I really wanted the race ish sound of Megaphone in the high RPM range. So I bought this PMC Laudex Megaphone Racing model.
I chose the medium baffle, and Idling is not so loud with a heavy bass sound, but it is still quite loud when blip pinging (sweat).
The exhaust system with the heat resistant black paint will inevitably get wound and stained when the tools, flange and exhaust pipe come in contact with each other during assembly, but I'm willing to compromise because I can repair it later by touching up the heat resistant paint.
When I started the engine immediately after installation, smoke came out of the exhaust system, but since the paint was Baking King, the smoke disappeared after idling for 5-10 minutes.
After all, the Megaphone Exhaust looks great on the ZrXSeries! (^^)
It's a great sound that makes you explode. (^o^) /

OEMSecond Type ModelExhaust System is worth replacing.
The Second Type ModelExhaust System is different from the Initial Model because of the internal structure of the silencer and the shape of the Baffle. Because the shape of the Baffle and the internal structure of the Silencer is different from the Initial Model, the release is bad and the sound is large, but when I replace it with this mBaffle, the engine came to be able to turn well with a powerful heavy bass sound. However, when I purchase 4 pieces, it is a good price. View detail

For a powerful Sound
The NORMAL 4-pipe exhaust system sounds better than the Large baffle exhaust system.
If you use this Baffle, you will not be able to return. If you have a Second Type Model 76 Exhaust System, please change to this Baffle and enjoy the powerful sound.

Exhaust cover
After less than 10,0 kilometers, the JA07's OEM exhaust system was heavy and the back of the electroplated cover became rusty, so I decided to use a lighter, rust-free material. Because this is a reason, I don’t care much about sound quality and volume. It's quieter than I expected
Mounted on Z1R
It was a Large Size, but it was not as noisy as I thought it would be and it felt just fine
Installation is no problem
The volume varies from person to person so don't refer to it too much, but if it's an older car, this is about right

I replaced it and was able to muffle it
It's in use on the KZ1000J
At first, I was using Large baffle, but I felt that the volume was a little too large I set it to Medium
It's quieter than Large
If you squeeze the exit any further, Carburetor's Quantity:I'm sure the Set will be changed as well, so is it a drop in the bucket?

How to choose the right Baffle diameter?
I changed from the standard size of 20mm to 38mm Small size
carburetorQuantity:If I didn't change the Set, I could feel the Torque fading at low openings Then I thickened the burn a bit and it was just fine
The blowing out is a little sharper, and the sound became large to the extent that you don't care about the sound The Wool was replaced because it was deteriorating, but the next time you replace it with a Medium baffle I think I'll try it

It is not in the normal muffler
The boards are rounded into a pipe, so they're not a perfect circle It's probably cheaper than drilling a hole in the Pipe The finished diameter is about 0.5mm thicker
Exhaust System1 pc out of 4 is too thin to fit Baffle at ;30 is in Limit

95dB at the exit of the M Size Exhaust System
I installed it on my Z2A Before using this product, I only used Baffle, which I believe to be Original, because it was noisy I wrapped the glass mat around it, but the volume didn't change I installed the MSize without understanding the product well, but the same result 。 So if you want to lower the volume, you install the S Size I didn't study it
I'm going to insert something in the Baffle to turn down the volume
The vertical iron bar is thinner than the original
