R1-Z Mizuno Motors Zess Chamber
R1-Z Chamber, Material:Steel (iron) Made of.
The appearance of the heat resistance is easily recognizable as that of an outside chamber. [Color] Clear coating.
The price is not cheap, but I think it is one of the cheapest among external chambers. I recommend it to those who want to change chamber for a trial.
The carburetor setting also does not seem to need to be changed for city driving or touring use. This is also a good point to change for trial purposes.
I don't know about the durability of the Zess Chamber because I have not been able to drive it for a long time after installation, but I have not seen any reviews that the stay part breaks after 500 to 1000 km on the similarly-priced chambers of other companies. I think this is the main reason why I chose Zess Chamber.
The sound is quieter than the OEM, but the unique dry sound of the Twost is still the same and seems to have gone from low to slightly higher pitched.
OEM weight is 8kg (Probably w) The weight of the R1-Z is 1kg, whereas that of the R1-Z is 1kg, which is considerably lighter. However, it is said that the R1-Z was designed with a heavier chamber as a desperate measure because the center of gravity of the body was at the top, so we do not know what the result of the lighter chamber will be, but we think it will probably improve fuel efficiency.
If you are looking for speed, I suggest you buy something for Race. You will need more than 100,000 dollars to buy a used one. For sound, Material:Stainless Steel, for example, sounds good.
The only thing that is a little disappointing is that the Instruction Manual and the Quantity:Pair (for Left and Right) If you are replacing a Chamber or Exhaust System for the first time, it is recommended that you use the "Quantity" option.:Pair (for Left and Right) It may be a little difficult to tell which is which, so it is recommended to temporarily assemble and check before installing. I bought it because I was using a recessed Φ20 and Φ30 and wanted a Φ40.
For some reason, the convex Φ40 was a little tougher this time. I had to tap it in lightly.

Also, the texture of the paint is clearly different from Φ20 and Φ30, and it looks shiny.

What is the problem?

My year is a 2017 model, so
The OEM has a Dual Exhaust System.
The Exhaust System is equipped with an O2 Sensor.
(What is an O2 sensor?) It measures the amount of exhaust gas in the exhaust system and measures the amount of gas in the exhaust system.
(A role like letting Injection adjust the fuel = Large thing)
The Dual Exhaust System has a quantity of O2 sensors.:Pair (for Left and Right) one place each
Total Quantity:2pc. It comes with a set.
MORIWAKIShort Tube is also a collective tube, but
The O2 sensor was modified so that it can be installed in two places.
Only one part of the zess tube is machined.
The O2 sensor for one location is wrapped with Vinyl Tape.
You can fix it to the bottom of the frame.
Exhaust Gas from one side of the O2 Sensor as described above.
The Engine will change its tune as it becomes unable to take measurements.
Also, the Lamp on the Engine warning light sometimes stays on.
There are quite a few. (I'm running and I'm worried about Brown's pain.)
Regarding sound
Since the Baffle can be removed
You can hear the sound of straight pipes (be prepared for a lot of things if you want to run).
Everyone in the town turned around at the sound of the fighter jet level.
If you take the Sound-absorbing Mat and use it, you can get a lot of sound deadening material.
Sounds a bit like a naughty boy.
You can hear the sound at high rpm.
This part of the story alone sounds good to me.
As for sound quality, MORIWAKIShort Tube is 1000% better!
I noticed the elegance of the sound quality.
And this is the part I regret the most.
Sound quality was good, Japanese Vehicle Inspection Correspondence and O2 Sensor was fine.

Defective item
No performance or anything can be installed.
First of all, the shape of the mating part with the cylinder is different. When I inquired about it, I was told to put a Gasket in between or paint a Liquid Gasket.
In the meantime, I put on two layers of Gasket that I had.
The second cylinder side can be installed, but it is too tight.
The first cylinder side cannot even be installed because of the shape of the welded flange or because the angle of the welded flange is different.
I am currently in the process of applying for a return, but I hope for a quick response.
I don't know why I checked the fit when I ordered it.
I am very disappointed.

Acceleration is good!
I installed it on my CHAPPY 50.
It's completely pimped out.
Acceleration from around 40km is much better than OEM.
But the low speed has no power.

Mizuno is good.
For the record: The X-Cess baffle fit the Mizuno systems. I wasn't sure by the e-mails received and the measurements but they do. My Mizuno exhaust came with a 29.5mm. Which was good. But a litle restrictive for The ECU tune in my 2014 CB1100. This 40.5mm seems just right. Free flowing, LOUD but not not too loud. Just right for when you want to be heard without any rasp of a straight racing exhaust. I am happy with my purchase. For record: The X-Cess baffle fits the Mizuno system. I didn't know from the emails I received and the readings, but it certainly is. My Mizuno exhaust was 29.5mm. It was good. However, my 2014 CB1100 ECU tune has some restrictions. This 40.5mm seems to be just right. Free-flowing, loud, but not too loud. Perfect when you want to listen without using any straight racing exhaust. I am happy with my purchase. View detail

350SS (S2) It goes around to the top with almost no setting.
I bought it for KH250 to install it in my wife's 350SS (Initial ModelS2). It was able to be installed perfectly.
It's cool and I'm happy with the Design.

1. Installation

The installation did not require any special hangs, and it went on the 350SS easily.
Because I don't know KH250, I was not prepared to attach the bracket of Rear, but it was attached without modification.
No matter how careful I was when I installed it, the flange kept falling down from the exhaust pipe, scraping the paint.
If you are replacing the exhaust system, you may have this problem.

Nothing special. I don't know how you can make a profit at this price with this build.

As is true for all integrated pipes, when installing them, they will inevitably hit the frame, so please make sure to install them properly beforehand.
And cured the exhaust pipe side and around the rear with thick Towel and curing Tape.
Gasket is thicker OEM Product and heat resistant liquid Gasket is applied to Both Sides (Wako's GM-T).
Because the exhaust pipe does not hit the seat straight due to the way the exhaust system is made, the Gasket is a copper type.
I went with the thicker one instead of the thinner one. I used OEM Product (number:110091992). Also Gasket
In addition to the above, apply liquid Gasket to both the engine side and exhaust pipe side, and let the engine sit overnight after installation.
The engine has been started. I have run it repeatedly and so far there is no waste leak at all.
2. Performance and functions
After installation, I adjusted the Point and synchronized each carburetor with the air flow meter.
As for tuning, I think you should do it because it changes the way the exhaust flows. It was Gap as expected, so I had to align it exactly.
I've done it. I've seen a lot of 2-stroke cars that don't do anything around here, just put on a set and sound like RoseRose or have a bad rpm drop.
I'm about to do this regularly for Point, so I'll take the opportunity to re-match it and use the Carburetor setting for the ha

Idling, low speed range
The Idol range felt denser, so I stabilized it with only the Air Screw adjustment.
The low speed start is also no problem without any concern.

I haven't boiled it down to perfection, but it cruises normally.
High rpm and high speed range
Of course, it's a 2-stroke with a collective tube, so the thumping power from 7,000 will be Mild.
The OEM Exhaust System is the best.
●Sound
This is Psycho~. The 2-stroke set is decidedly”sound” the best part. It's a brain juice!

What I want to see improved.
If I were to be selfish, I would like the inner silencer to be a trumpet type and reflect the inside of the exhaust system like the Zensin silencer.
I would like to see a Type that can be used. I'm not sure how well it will work:・・・・

The exhaust leak was so bad that other reviewers said that the exhaust leak was Defferential Gearォ. When I ran with the exhaust leak, oil leaked and adhered to the pipe and it was difficult to clean up.
Be careful not to over-tighten or the Flange will quickly bend.
It is very light compared to normal muffler.
The vibration that comes to the Right foot is amazing because it is tightened together with the footpeg.
The Left Side Chamber mounting bolt is longer than the OEM bolt, so you will need a slightly shorter one.
The bottom of the Chamber scraped when I rode two people over a bump.
