The price forgives everything.
First of all, the design is very pretty.
The sound is noisy and whistles.
The noise level is definitely higher than the original, so I am satisfied.
It's very quiet, but has presence.
Even if you go riding late in the evening, you don't have to worry about your neighbors.

I have an exhaust leak.
The exhaust was leaking and I had to replace it with a new part. I could have used the OEM product, but when I was looking for one, I found the Other Brand Product at a lower price, so I bought the cheaper one. View detail
Exhaust SystemExhaust pipes that may be touched.
I bought this to prevent my heel from hitting the Exhaust pipe part of the Exhaust System. View detail
Baffle itself is a nice inconspicuous shade.
We chose this shade of product because it is embarrassing if the End Baffle stands out.
When actually mounted on Silencer, it is good that the BaffleBody is almost invisible in the shadows depending on the angle.
In fact, I would like to ride with a straight pipe too.

Used for SR400
It is effective to reduce exhaust noise, but the sound quality is not to my liking. View detail
Dissatisfied with volume
Even though it is JMCA Certified, I bought it thinking it would be a little louder and have a little more edge to it, but it was quieter than I expected. I honestly feel that it is not enough for me.
The rest of the installation is intended to replace the Normal muffler,
I had already installed a center stand stopper, but I needed a bracket to install a normal muffler and a NORMAL exhaust band. (Parts that bind Exhaust pipe and Exhaust System)
I did not have any and had to buy more.
That's all I have to say about my dissatisfaction.
Other than that, there were no problems.
The packaging was beautifully applied and the delivery was fast.

More than you can imagine.
The increase in RPM was immediately felt!
After changing from the OEM exhaust pipe to the external Full Exhaust System, the RPMs were not increasing well, but by installing the TorqueValve, the RPMs improved to a large range and the Stress was eliminated!

Used to replace Exhaust System Glass Wool in RZ.
Due to the accumulation of unburned oil in the exhaust system of RZ250, the exhaust sound has become loud, so we decided to replace the glass wool wrapped around the silencer.
DAYTONA's Glass Wool is a repeat because of its excellent cost performance in terms of price, texture, and quantity.
The OEM exhaust system for RZ is not needed in such large quantities, so if you buy DAYTONA's Wool, you won't have any problems for the time being.
The included Wire to secure the Wool around the perimeter is helpful. The quantity is also sufficient.

Effective for single cylinder Engines!
The motivation for purchasing the DAYTONA Inner silencer was that I was looking for an inner silencer that seemed to have a good ventilation because I was looking for a silencer that would be quiet when idling because I have to leave my car in idling condition for a little while to warm up, etc. I was looking for an inner silencer with good ventilation.
After much consideration, the one that seemed inexpensive and effective was DAYTONAInner silencer.
I didn't expect much effect until I installed it and listened to the exhaust sound with Engine on, but it was more effective in muffling the sound when Idling than I expected!
The sound quality is better than muffled, but I am satisfied with the sound quality, which is a little more mild with a high-pitched grating sound when the engine is blown and the engine RPM is increased.
This is a personal feeling, so just for reference... I think this product has a muffling effect on single cylinder Engines.
DAYTONAInner silencer was inserted into the exhaust pipe of the silencer outlet of the Mervyn's Exhaust System for SAVAGE 650.

I was able to install it in FI.
I had tried it on for Fi before.
It was too quiet and was removed on the day of installation.
This time I installed one for carburetor.
I wondered about the 91 decibels,
It is good because I can hear the exhaust sound even when cruising at 80 km/h at about the NORMAL volume of the GB350.
I'm playing around with a lot of things, just FYI,
I thought I was able to achieve both low-speed Torque that allows acceleration even from 1500 rpm and a fluke up to 7000 rpm from 5000 rpm.
Conversely, the Torque feeling of 4000-5000 revolutions seems to be noticeably thin.
Exhaust Band is limited in tightening position with the use of NORMAL. We recommend replacing the band with a commercially available band to avoid grounding during banking.
Also, even though it was new, the Punching area looked slightly rusted, so I sprayed it with heat-resistant BlackSpray.
Washer is added between the bracket and the normal bracket when installing the Exhaust Bracket.

Idling quiet Normal look
The body is 4lMONKEY and the Seat is OEM style Seat, so I cut the Bracket on the Seat side to put the Bracket that comes with the Exhaust System and bolted the Silencer band to the Bracket. So, the collar was inserted.
As others have mentioned, the exhaust pipe is long, so we cut the Silencer up to the punching area.
The OEMGuard was easily fixed and the assembly itself was not too difficult.
I was using the OEM Exhaust System with VM26KITACO on 85ccFlatPiston, so I had to re-set it.
The volume is quite loud if you turn it up, but I think it is quite calm among external exhaust systems, but be careful not to get your hopes up too high.

Slightly muffled
[How is it used?
I'm wearing a Silencer that produces a moderately loud exhaust note.
Prepared in case of emergency.
Was the one you received as per Image?
Is that about right?
Was the installation difficult?
Simple and easy with just one Screw
How was your experience with it?
Idling time was not as quiet as I thought it would be.
When the Engine is blown dry, the bass range is quite muffled.
It feels quite quiet when driving, but the exhaust noise is very interfering and incredibly strange sounding.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Screw and Washer
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
None

I like it
I installed Cabton because I admired the caf?-style.
I like the design well.
As for the volume, is it about 10% more than OEM? I hardly feel any change.
It is nice to see the joint with the exhaust pipe burnt to a golden color as it is ridden.
Without the Stand stopper, the Center Stand will contact the Frame.
The contact area could be protected by covering with Tape or Rubber.
The Stopper will prevent contact with the Frame.
Contact with the ground may occur while turning.
Because of this, I removed the Stopper.

Not much volume reduction. Might need to work on it.
I used Φ47 on a SR400 one-off muffler.
The image is after installation. You can see that the aperture is slightly narrowed at the back.
The construction is good and the Parts themselves are satisfactory.
It is Straight Type, not Interference Type, and the aperture is slightly narrowed.
Since the amount of Glass Wool is only a little apologetic, the muffling by the Glass Wool is hardly functional.
I wish there was at least twice as much because it is too little and blows right off the edge.
The main point of this product is that it has a larger diameter than a typical Chinese baffle, but this makes it less effective in muffling sound.
Even if the aforementioned Glass Wool is re-stuffed, the sound is Large-timed because of the caliber of the bore.
The exhaust energy of SR400Level is about 3db lower than that of SR400Level when this product is installed as it is (I wish I had measured it). Therefore, it is difficult to make an exhaust system that makes a lot of noise to be more powerful.
I think it would be quite effective for 125cc to 200cc with a little less Engine Displacement Volume.
If you want to use it for a larger Engine Displacement Volume, I think you can enhance the effect by putting two in series or creating an impulse in the middle like in the Illustration to eliminate the straitened state. The object itself is good, so it depends on the processing.

Used to replace Wool on external Silencer on KSR2
I replaced the external Silencer on the KSR2 as the exhaust noise was getting too loud.
We used mostly Wool here because we needed an unexpected amount.
The effect has been perfect, and I think I have become a little kinder to my neighbors.
Repeat if it becomes noisy again.
Caution
As expected of Glass Wool, bare hands are strictly prohibited for work.
It is always safer to work in long sleeves, gloves, masks, and protective glasses.

Glass Wool Replacement Challenge
The Silencer of HUSQVARNA's TE250, which I always use for forest road touring, was getting noisy, so I bought this Glass Wool and replaced it. I thought I needed a Riveter for HUSQVARNA's TE250 because the Silencer can be disassembled with Bolt, but I didn't need it.
Also, Wire is included, so there is no need to purchase it separately.
Glass Wool is very easy to work with, just wrap it around and secure it with Wire.
I listened to the sound after installation, and my impression was that there was honestly not that much difference.
However, I am feeling Large satisfied to be able to change it to a new one because it was Glass Wool that I had neglected for many years.

KSR80 PROs KillSilencerGlass Wool Replacement
I bought a used KSR80 with an external (PRO's Kill) Silencer, not OEM, but the volume has become LARGER and it is disturbing my neighbors.
We decided to replace Silencer's Glass Wool for sound deadening.
We selected DAYTONA's products because they are the most plentiful and inexpensive, although several companies offer Wool.
Silencer for PROs Kill is ScrewQuantity:The work itself is very easy as it can be disassembled with 2pcs.
After disassembling and rewinding, it was finished (I didn't get a picture of the finished product because my hands were so dirty). 。
To muffle the sound, wrap the silencer tightly with wool so as not to create a cavity in the silencer, but because the silencer of the PROS Kill is oval in shape, it is used in large quantities.
The DAYTONA Wool we purchased this time was the largest size we could find, but we still used it up almost completely.
After the replacement, the volume has gone down and we are satisfied.
Since the KSR80 is a 2CycleEngine, as the oil permeates the wool over the course of the run, the volume will gradually become louder and the oil will skip pitches, so it is important to change the oil periodically.

Silencer Inner Replacement
I bought this to replace the Glass Wool on Striker's Bolt on silencer that I purchased used about 5 years ago.
At first, I was thinking of using this Ceramic coated Glass Wool in combination with NeoFACTORY's Reasonable Glass Wool, but then I saw information that the durability of the inner lining would be improved by wrapping the punching part with Stainless wool. However, we decided to purchase additional stainless wool, and to use a three-layer structure of stainless wool, DAYTONA's Ceramic coated glass wool, and NeoFACTORY's glass wool. For the work, we wrapped two rounds of Stainless wool around the Punching part, wrapped and fixed the needle Gold, wrapped this Ceramic coating Glass Wool on top of it, and finally wrapped NeoFACTORY Glass Wool, wrapped and fixed the needle Gold, and fixed the Punching part. The Silencer is now completely filled. I relied on the information I found on the Net about how to wrap the Silencer, but I read that too loose or too tight would damage the muffling effect, so I decided to wrap the Silencer with moderate strength and then make the inner thicker than the outer Silencer to compress the Glass Wool by pushing it into the outer Silencer. I made the Inner thicker than the Silencer Outer and pushed it into the Outer to compress the Glass Wool. The sound was not so different from before the replacement, partly because the condition of the inner was not so bad before the replacement. The Glass Wool is coated with Ceramic Coating, which is said to be highly durable, so I have high expectations for it.

Replace Silencer's Glass Wool
I bought this to replace the Glass Wool on Striker's Bolt on silencer that I purchased used about 5 years ago.
At first, we were thinking of a two-layer structure of Ceramic coated Glass Wool and Reasonable NeoFACTORY Glass Wool, but then we decided that it would be better to use Stainless wool for the punching from the standpoint of durability, and we purchased additional Stainless wool. However, we decided that it would be better to wrap the punching with Stainless wool for durability, so we ended up with a three-layer structure consisting of Stainless wool, Ceramic coated Glass Wool, and regular Glass Wool.
It would have been nice if we could have used only DAYTONA's Glass Wool, but the Cost would have gone up if we tried to have the necessary quantity, so we decided to use it in combination with Reasonable Glass Wool.
I wrapped the Stainless wool around the Punching, then wrapped this Glass Wool around the Punching, and wrapped the third layer of NeoFACTORY Glass Wool around the Punching. I found it difficult to find information on how tightly or loosely to wrap the NeoFACTORY Glass Wool, so I decided to wrap it moderately tightly, make it thicker against the outer layer, and compress the Glass Wool by forcing it into the outer layer when I put it back into the outer layer. When I played the engine, I felt that the volume was not so different after the replacement, partly because the condition of the Glass Wool before the replacement was not so bad.
I was prepared for a lot of glass fibers to scatter when working with this product, but I found it to be very easy to use.

Not suitable for painting.
In a completely unnecessary place as a Heat Guard.
It is installed at One point.
On Material, even if the contractor scratches the material considerably, the groove is not so good.
The paint was crystalline and did not shrink.
I don't think it's the right choice; it's been in use for about two years.
I also managed to get a crystal coating that didn't shrink.
It is starting to peel.
