[How is it used?
Used in YZF-R1 Race base car (2017).
Was the one you received as per Image?
It is exactly as shown in the Image. The manufacturer's thoughtfulness can be seen in the anti-scratch Film that was attached when the product arrived.
Was the installation difficult?
It is an Exclusive Screen for Cowl by the same Manufacturer, so it can only be attached as it is attached.
Rather than fastening the Bolt one by one, it is easier to install the Bolt by first temporarily fastening it sparsely and then tightening it at the end.
How was your experience with it?
The Screen position is higher than OEM, so it is easier to get down in a straight line and the visibility is much better. [Color] I was amazed at the Clear. No distortion at all.

Increases the sense of Hold.
Compared to OEM, the tank shape is raised so that the body can be held without moving too far forward when breaking.
The use of a tank pad will further reduce slippage and increase the hold feeling. It is especially recommended for those who run Circuit with GunGun.

I bought this for APE 50.
Since Saiya's products are made-to-order, you have to wait almost a month for them to arrive.

Helmet holder attached to APEFrame interferes with Cowl.
Scratches and dents are a prerequisite for painting.

Not much attention to detail.
[How is it used?
NSR250R (MC21) I was going to get a Chinese Cowl, but I was worried about its strength, so I decided to use Material:We decided on the FRP Saiya Cowl.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The finish is well done at first, although the premise is painted.
However, the R and other fine parts are of a certain level of quality, so those who are concerned about them will need to sand to some extent.
Was the installation difficult?
I am worried that it will crack until I figure out the hang, because it will never fit unless I install it so that it slides in from the front at an angle.
The seat rail is very narrow, so it is put in while interfering with the seat rail, so the seat rail is definitely damaged.
I had to cut off a part of the inner fender side.
The hole position was not correct behind the Right, so the hole was re-drilled.
Lastly, a small detail:the hole for the tail lamp was half full, so it was re-drilled.
How was your experience with it?
I had some complaints about the installation and hole position etc., but when I installed it, the Style was exactly as I had imagined it would be.
Naturally, Accessory Cases cannot be used and Tandems are not available, but the rigidity of the case is high and it seems to be free from cracks, etc.

There was no OEMBracket to fix the tail lamp, so I had to make my own, but there was nothing missing.

Presumption of painting
Since it is longer than the OEM Fender, it will provide some protection from sand, but it will be placed near the Mono Suspension. Also, if you don't paint it or add WrappingSeat, the white FRP corner surface will be noticeable from the back, so if you buy FRP, it is better to install it after you become a person who cares about it.
The work itself is easy for those with small hands.

Usable but subtle, that's what FRP is all about.
I was able to install it by adjusting the position of the holes.
Because of its age, the Meter Bracket and other parts may have been deformed by the fall, so you may need to bend or fix them to position them.
But isn't it a problem on Cowl's side that Under Cowl seems to interfere with Tire? I think so.
The finished product has a certain amount of raised and dented gels, so it might be a good idea to buy Pate and File together.

Although there was a description that recommends painting when using it in the manual, I think that it is difficult to use in unpainting because the surface is full of scratches in Gel finish.
However, because it was within the assumption, after polishing with a paper of # 800 to 1200, Primer treatment was done, and matted paint was done by painting three times, and it installed.
I think that the assembling accuracy, finish is a good one.
The manual is very unfriendly, but those who have experienced Cowl's snare will snap off.

OEMFender fixes 6 Bolt, this product is fixed with 4 pieces.

Worried about Damage to Cowl
I arrived on the day before the 8th tomorrow was done at Suzuka and I am glad and went to Solo touring on the next day installing.
After running for 5 hours back and forth in summer hot summer, Damage from Cowl was attached since installing, so I tried removing it
Although it is not enough to peel off the paint, it rubbed somewhat with Cowl.
If you want to attach it all the time, you must use the scratch on the side of Cowl in preparation.
Although making is not complicated, it is better to be careful when installing as there are scraps etc. in some places.
I recommend that you use the basic, painted and used, but I think that it would be OK if you just think that Black is good.
