s1000rr k67 Material:Twill Weave Carbon
Installed on s1000rr 2020.
The OEM cowl is covered over the OEM cowl and installed with four Bolt On locations.
It is easy to work with and has a great dress-up effect. I like it very much!

I was able to install it on my New Model XSR900 without any problems.
I purchased this product before the New Model XSR900 was released, and I was worried at first that I might not be able to install it.
I wanted to ask a paint shop to install it on my car body color as soon as possible. I didn't have the skill to install it myself, so I asked a Motorcycle shop to do it for me and the labor cost was about 5500 yen.
Before I installed this, it was a foreign-made Under Cowl, but I am very glad that I purchased it because it hides the OEM exhaust system completely, which doubles the goodness of the Parenthesis.

Expectations for Effectiveness
I didn't feel any inconvenience with OEM parts, but I decided to choose Other Brand Product because Tandem seat has poor parenthesis and Single cover is too expensive. I was expecting to be able to install and remove the OEM parts as described, but the size is too small and the installation is unexpectedly large. I wish it was a little easier to install and remove.
Also, the Seat width is wider, so the footing is obviously worse.

I am satisfied with Style.
It is a tightened Style.
It is also a perfect match with the Round Type Bar end mirror.
As a screen, it provides protection to the area under the chin at highway speeds and is in a good position to avoid echoes of turbulence hitting the Helmet and causing it to flop around. (By the way, the shoulders are windy, because they are Slim) The wind cutting sound is reduced and when you are tired of the wind cutting sound, you can take a break by getting down.
Since Unpainting. [Color] It needs to be clear or polished. I am using commercial Spray and SurLuster to polish it to a matte finish and see how it looks. The edges are sharp, so I'm thinking of applying rubber molds afterwards.
The installation was a bit of a puzzle since there are no pictures of the installation in the Instruction Manual, so I removed the OEM headlight cowl and placed it over the lower pointed part of the cowl. I was surprised that the lower part of the Screen did not fit when I first put it on.
Installation is done with the included BoltQuantity:It is 2pc and Bolt On just by co-tightening with Headlight cowl. There was no distortion.

Recommendation for those who can paint & process
I bought this for APE 50.
Since Saiya's products are made-to-order, you have to wait almost a month for them to arrive.
*Good point
Appearance Installation instructions included
*Notes
GlassWool is ParaPara peeling Dents and scratches
Helmet holder attached to APEFrame interferes with Cowl.
Scratches and dents are a prerequisite for painting.
If you are OK with these, consider purchasing them.

For Paint Base
[How is it used?
I was going to install a Chinese Cowl on my MC21, but after waiting for it to arrive after ordering, I cancelled the order and chose Saiya.
The OEM used Cowl is now enough to buy one Scooter....
Was the one you received as per Image?
Upper and SIDE (Under integrated) Of Quantity:Consists of 1 Set of 3pcs.
Screws and Nut for installation were included as described.
The finish of the paint is good because it is a gel coat that is supposed to be painted, but there are foreign objects on the edges. (probably a pool of FRP resin) The workmanship was not perfect, to be honest, because there were
Was the installation difficult?
In past Impressions, it was mentioned that the mounting holes on the Upper and SIDE were misaligned, but I had no problem with that.
Screws for fixing without any additional drilling (both with the body side, of course) could be fixed. (The photo shows a temporary fastening, so some parts may not be attached.)
However, Headlight could not be installed no matter how hard I tried, so I redrilled the fixing holes.
Also, unlike OEM, there are fewer Product Contents, which is good for ease of installation, but all SIDE and UNDER parts must be removed for maintenance.
How was your experience with it?
Material:The FRP is strong, so it is not at all PeLePera like Chinese Cowl.
As for the CowlDesign aspect, it is somewhat similar to OEM, so it is recommended for both preserving valuable OEMCowls and for Restore of vehicles without Cowl.
As expected, White Gel will float if left as is, so it would be good for those who can paint to some extent.
[Included Parts:were they on?
Screws and Nuts are included, but some of the fixing Rivet for the Screen and Fixing Screws to the car body are required separately.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
It would have been a perfect score if only the finish on the edge and the position of the hole for the Headlight could be improved.
【Review】
Material:It is good that the FRP is strong and has little risk of breakage.
Although external cowl always has a hole position problem, I was able to install the cowl without any difficulty.
Since OEMCowls are becoming more and more difficult to obtain, it is quite nice to paint FRP Cowl in your own way.

Not much attention to detail.
[How is it used?
NSR250R (MC21) I was going to get a Chinese Cowl, but I was worried about its strength, so I decided to use Material:We decided on the FRP Saiya Cowl.
Was the one you received as per Image?
The finish is well done at first, although the premise is painted.
However, the R and other fine parts are of a certain level of quality, so those who are concerned about them will need to sand to some extent.
Was the installation difficult?
I am worried that it will crack until I figure out the hang, because it will never fit unless I install it so that it slides in from the front at an angle.
The seat rail is very narrow, so it is put in while interfering with the seat rail, so the seat rail is definitely damaged.
I had to cut off a part of the inner fender side.
The hole position was not correct behind the Right, so the hole was re-drilled.
Lastly, a small detail:the hole for the tail lamp was half full, so it was re-drilled.
How was your experience with it?
I had some complaints about the installation and hole position etc., but when I installed it, the Style was exactly as I had imagined it would be.
Naturally, Accessory Cases cannot be used and Tandems are not available, but the rigidity of the case is high and it seems to be free from cracks, etc.
[Included Parts:were they on?
All of the Included Parts:in the description came with it.
There was no OEMBracket to fix the tail lamp, so I had to make my own, but there was nothing missing.
[Was there anything that disappointed you?
I thought the mounting method and hole positions were indeed a bit more solid, but...
I would like to believe that mine was just like that as there may be individual differences.

Although processing is required, it is not that difficult and can be installed securely if time is taken.
This is good for those who want to keep the OEMCowl or want to use Original's colors.

We hope that GSX-R125User on the Circuit will find it useful!
As is often the case with FRP Cowl. It's just not the right shape. The Bolt hole is a little out of alignment. etc.
There is none. The shape, Bolt hole position Exactly on top and relatively inexpensive.
It is also strong enough and lightweight (some Seat Cowl are even said to be Mi Stainshi just by sitting on them), so I can recommend it for Race use!
This is the only FRP Cowl (as far as I know) whose Seat height is the same as NORMAL. I recommend it to small riders.
The included Seat rubber is also excellent and grips very well and is easy to drive on.

As is often the case with FRP Cowl. The shape just doesn't fit." The Bolt holes don't line up a bit." There are no problems at all. Maintenance, including oil replacement, is now much easier.
It is also considerably lighter than the NORMAL and strong enough to be recommended for race use.

For Circuit
The Tandem Footpeg was not installed because it interfered with the Chamber guard, but after removing the Tandem Footpeg, Chamber guard, and security parts, etc., the Exhaust System outlet holes did not need to be aligned to fit, However, because of the removal of the Chamber guard, only two fixing points were left at the front. I am planning to modify the rear part to have more fixing points. View detail
Under Cowl is a shame.
The upper cowl is squeezed inward near the radiator and interferes with the radiator cap, but the rest of the cowl fits without any problems.
Under Cowl has a bad hole at the bottom, and I am thinking of filling it with FRPRepair material to make it one piece and use it.
Upper Cowl and Under Cowl could be installed without any problem.
Material:I was prepared for the fact that there would be some hole matching and BALI removal etc. since it is an FRP product, but I am quite disappointed about the Under Cowl.

The completion of Naked is the Under Cowl!!!
I really like it. The design, completeness, and bracket fitting of the object were perfect for my standards. The accompanying manual was in Japanese, but the pictures alone were enough to explain. View detail

Installation on SP Tadao Exhaust System (not compatible, modification required)
I was looking for an Under Cowl that could catch oil, and I found this product and ordered it.
The installation was confirmed as AKRAPOVIC Exhaust System, but we have replaced it with SP Tadao Exhaust System (POWERBOX FULL RS), and the expansion chamber part is cylindrical, so we purchased it on the premise of modification.
After confirming that the rear end would hit as expected when actually installed, the necessary area was shaved off a little at a time to match the actual product.
The object is cylindrical in shape and the under cowl is also inclined, so it did not go as expected. After repeatedly removing and shaving, shaving and matching, we finally secured clearance with the expansion chamber, and when we tried to install it, the screw position did not match slightly.
After forcibly installing it and rechecking the clearance, I found that the expansion chamber at the rear end was not hit and the parts at the mounting point were loose enough to allow for some adjustment without tightening the bolts, but when I looked underneath, I found a moccoli that looked like the forward part of the expansion chamber.
I thought about cutting up this area as well, but it would be a complete disaster if the oil receiving function is lost, so I decided to put Heat Insulating Material on it for now and see how it goes.
I completed the installation and test drove it to lightly fill it with Gasoline, but it smelled a little burnt? I thought I would give up and drill a hole in the oil receiver if it burns, since I usually remove the oil receiver rubber plug.
This time, it was installed outside of the conformity. I wished the bottom was 5 to 10mm lower and the back end sloped back a little more, but I am satisfied because it is almost exactly as in the Image.

Cool!
It's expensive, but it's cool.
I'm not complaining because I'm buying cool at Gold.
If I may say so, I was wondering if Brackett could offer a few more suggestions.
I decided to accept the fact that it was a Cowl shop.
