Expensive but good product.
I bought it for a place where I really want to fix Wiring.
It's Titanium, so it's expensive, but I'm satisfied.

Titanium!
I bought this for a front caliper for my VSTROM250SX.
M8 P=1.25 M8×35mm XQuantity:2pc (Universal:ZT03-0835)
I can see it, but it's invisible and fashionable (laughs).
I used them quite a bit for SEROW before, so they are reliable and safe.
It is a good product with a high degree of self-satisfaction.

With big rotor
In parallel with the big rotor conversion, each part was replaced with a Titaniumium bolt.
The lightness and brilliance of the product are not only different, but also the level of satisfaction is different.
It is pricey, but I think it is worth replacing.

The finish is perfect.
I am a bit addicted to Titanium and am gradually replacing Bolt that is starting to corrode on the surface with Titanium.
The low head of the titaniumium cap bolt was very useful because it was hardly available.
I have purchased M6 and M5 cap bolts, and the M6 cap bolt in particular has a 2mm lower head than the regular cap bolt.
A mere 2mm is a mere 2mm, but depending on where it is used, the finished product may vary significantly.
The dimensions are basically the same as OEM, but extra long items are shortened, and for items such as the Master tankBolt that require a reamer section, aluminum tape is wrapped around the reamer to match the diameter.
Titanium is expensive, but considering the fact that it has almost no surface corrosion and is beautiful, I think it's a good choice.
I would like to see a simplification of the package, which includes 1 pc each in a modest package, to reduce the price a little.

Titaniumization in progress
We are gradually replacing the OEMStainless bolt with zeta's 64Titaniumium bolt.
I don't know if I'm not using the right tools, but I don't like Stainless bolt because the hex holes are easy to lick.
In this respect, 64Titaniumium Bolt is safe to use.
The only problem is that the price is too high, although it cannot be helped.

Taper cap bolt with high cost performance
I was curious about the texture of the Bolt that tightens the Arm of the Shift rod, so here is the Material:I replaced it with a TitaniumTaper cap bolt.
Material:Although the texture and price are high due to Titanium, it is still inexpensive and cost performance is very high.
However, when I ordered the Bolt in question, it was extremely hot and I was careless and only took rough measurements while it was mounted on the car body, so I got the size wrong.:I promised myself that I would take it off and measure it properly next time.
I am writing this impression while looking at the images of the actual installation, and I realized again that cleaning the Shaft should have come first before talking about the texture of the Bolt.

Replacement of the attached Bolt with Babyface Rear Sets for MT-09SP
Following the replacement of the damaged mounting bolt of the rear brake master cylinder with a ZETA Titaniumium Bolt, the mounting part of the rear sets was also replaced with this ZT07-0820 (M8 P1.25 L=20mm) I replaced the mounting part of the Rear Sets with these Titaniumium Bolt.
A low head bolt was required for the Master Cylinder installation, but a regular cap bolt was sufficient for this part, which is attached to the frame.
Compared to the included Bolt, the TitaniumMaterial has a higher texture and is very self-satisfying.
*The included Bolt may be sufficient in terms of performance, but while I appreciate the availability of the Titaniumium Bolt at a reasonable price, I feel like I have stepped into the Titanium swamp.
The reason for this was to change the bolt of the damaged Rear master, but we have been interested in other bolts and have been reducing the weight of both the body and the wallet.

in the right place at the right time
The bolt for mounting the rear master cylinder of the Babyface Rear Sets for the 2021 MT-09 was damaged, so this material is available as a replacement.:I purchased a TitaniumM8 Cap Bolt (P1.25 L=20mm).
The bolt included in the above Footpeg Kit had a slightly special shape with a 4.5mm high head and a 13.7mm (machined?) outer diameter. As a result of various searches, the cap bolt of the low head made by ZETA could be installed without contact between the heel plate and the outer diameter of the bolt and without protruding in the height direction.
The other bolts included with the Footpeg Kit above were torqued exactly, but this bolt for fixing the MASTER had a gap on the tool for some reason, and I thought it might be an inch, but when I measured it with Caliper, it was 5.3mm, so 7/32. (5.556mm) If you feel something bad when tightening Bolt, stop and calm down.
If you tighten it forcibly and it completely licks when you remove it, it will really cost Large strange labor and extra expense, so it is recommended to replace it with a new one or a countermeasure.
*However, it is not all Titaniumium Bolt, but why is the Bolt used for that product? (Material and head shape and strength) I think that there will be fewer failures later on if the selection is made after considering whether or not the

To replace Button bolt
This is a Titaniumium Bolt from a trustworthy Manufacturer.
The product description also includes appeals such as hot forging, rolling, etc. The material is also clearly stated and tensile strength, etc. Specifications are also compared.
Generally speaking, the motivation for wanting to replace the Titaniumium Bolt is
It's kind of cool.
It won't rust.
I think it's right around the corner.
However, it's obvious by looking at the price that it's a bit overpriced for a Bolt.
How much Gold can you pay for Titanium that everyone loves Large?
And to begin with, you should know that there is nothing better than OEMBolt for the function of “ conclusion ”.
From a simple bolt, the manufacturer determines the spec. to cover the necessary functions such as strength classification and surface treatment, and sets the tightening torque to match the bolt.
You can find many Risks to replace such OEMBolt with Titaniumium Bolt if you look it up, so check it out beforehand.
You should be particularly concerned about...
Since it is easy to bite, I will care by Thread compound etc.
Even if ↑ is assumed, the part where heat is applied (Exhaust pipe installation, etc.) It is better to avoid
It is better to avoid the part which is severe in the strength such as a high-load part.
I guess that's just the way it is.
Titaniumium Bolt itself can get cheap Chinese products at Amaz*n, but I think that it is good to use this kind of manufacturer's product for the part that becomes a little worried.
Of course, a reasonable peace of mind fee is required.
ZETA's Titanium Bolt has a wide range of sizes for each head shape, so it is recommended for those who want to have a uniform feeling.
This product is a low head type of cap bolt, but the button bolt is easy to damage. (Bolt shaped like a mushroom) It is recommended to replace the
If your head height is not restricted, the normal cap bolt is the best recommendation, but if it is, this product can provide both a low head height and a tightening torque similar to the normal cap bolt, reducing the tension when attaching and removing the bolt to a large extent.
The Button bolt which is often used with Screw lock when installing external Rear Sets is not suitable for this type of kit, so if you change to this before it is too late, you can get a sense of security while improving the quality.
Also, the fastening part of Retractable Lever to keep the head low.
In general, the balance between reliability and cost is reasonably good for Titaniumium Bolt, so I think the focus of consideration is on the pros and cons of “Titaniumium Bolt” rather than the pros and cons of this product.
